I have been a patient since 1996 (sound like an old timer right?) but they genuinely are still as good today as back then. Constantly caring, kind, compassionate, and professional. If you happen to be looking for a new dentist then you should make an appointment; They are wonderful! You will see - give them a try.

I've been going to Southbridge Dentistry for 4 years since I moved to Denver & have had every kind of dental procedure, including crowns & implant. The dentistry is very skilled, professional, careful; all the hygienists I've had have been excellent & coordinate well with the dentists. The office staff is friendly & knowledgeable. I highly recommend this team for, frankly, my least fave, though necessary medical procedures.

Dr. Svaboda and his incredible team of dental assistants did magical work and created for me a beautiful new smile. The office staff is very friendly and helpful! I had many questions about my treatment plan and insurance coverage. Ashley was incredibly helpful and patient with getting my questions answered. After doing a lot of research upfront, I trusted Southbridge with major dental work for both myself and my daughter. I am SO GLAD that I did! They did not disappoint.

Had to have a cavity fixed that was under a crown, and then get prepped for a new permanent crown. No pain through it all and no pain still, it's been 10 hours and it doesn't feel like anything was done. Awesome experience, and that's saying a lot for a dentist visit that I was sure going to be rough. UPDATE: I had the final crown placed yesterday and it was easy and painless as well. Aurora was awesome, she let me know every step that was going to happen.

The crown looks amazing and is a perfect fit, I couldn't be happier with this entire experience from start to finish. Love this dental practice and the awesome people there who care for the clients with great care and expert work.

Southbridge Dentistry is an outstanding dental office. Dr. Barker is the best dentist I've ever had (and I'm 60+ years old). They are friendly, helpful, and do quality work. Just had my teeth cleaned by Jordan. She did a great job - quick, gentle, and thorough. I highly recommend this dentist.

Very rude staff. Insurance coordinator especially insensitive. I was given an appointment today to have a temporary partial made. I am missing a front tooth due to injury and they showed no care. They wanted $1700 up front and I wouldn't receive it until next week. My husband has been a patient there for over 20 years. No consideration given. The big girl in insurance and the rude receptionist should be furloughed. This office is going downhill fast.

Who can say that they look forward to having a dental visit? I can! I moved to Colorado eight years ago with my family. I wasn't sure if I would locate a dentistry that would be able to accommodate my dental needs. I am so thankful I took the leap and chose Southbridge Dentistry! I have had multiple root canals, crown work, veneers and routine periodontal cleanings. Dr. Hoover and her staff are beyond exceptional!

They listen and value your concerns and input. Office staff take the time to work and explain insurance coverage and treatment plans to where there is no confusion. I truly believe if it wasn't for Southbridge Denistry I would not have a confident smile. I would absolutely recommend Southbridge dentistry for all your dental needs!

They brought me back right on time. Very friendly staff. The hygienist was great and had me prepped in nust a few minutes. Moments later the dentist was there, drilled out the tooth and the let the hygienist complete the work. In and out in twenty minutes and zero pain. I have been going here for decades. Highly recommended

Shameful billing practices. After having my insurance information for 2 weeks prior to my initial eval they did not mention that I was out of network and would be forced to pay for my exam until after my cleaning another 2 weeks later. Got stuck with 2 bills at the same time and promised that "we try to do our best but it doesn't always work out".

This is my first visit. They are friendly, professional, and efficient. Very good.

Wow! Southbridge Dentistry is truly amazing! Was looking for a new dentist and went to see Dr. Barker on a friend's recommendation. He made me feel at ease, and his entire team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

I've had the hardest time finding a dental practice that I can trust and feel comfortable at. I am so happy to have found Southbridge! Truly the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. The front desk staff is so friendly, Dr. Hoover was very warm and genuine, and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with every step as I have super sensitive teeth. 10/10 would recommend.

I have severe anxiety from dental work that was done as a kid and thank you to Dr. Barker, Fawn, and James they helped keep a calm environment the whole time Dr. Barker's upbeat and positive attitude set the mood and when Fawn was doing my filling she explained what she was doing with each step which really calmed my nerves. Then my treatment ended with a cleaning from James who has such a fun personality and really distracted me from what was goin on with nice conversation and letting me listen to music! By far best dentist office I've been to in my life!

It's hard to find a GREAT dentist I've learned. I'm from a small town and didn't know any better when I first started looking. After trying out the big box dentist with revolving dentist and sales pitches to buy more stuff.and. the dentist where fillings were replaced a year later or I was in "the chair" for 4 hours! Yikes! I found this one through referral!

Many people had been going for years and I see why. No sales pitches, great hygienists who take pride in their work (Sarah is amazing) and have been employed there for years and dentist who stick around and keep business. This is a top place because of the service and expertise. I've been to other places with fancy tools, state of the art gizmos and young hip staff, but I'm sold on this place, it's like being back home.

I don't have to worry about the work they do or the quality when I hop out of the chair. Everything is efficient and well done. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed!

I have put off going to the dentist for several years due to bad experiences. Ended up breaking part of my molar off and needed to get a root canal and crown. Was so nervous about going in. After meeting Dr Bowen. And all the staff here I was more then impressed by their professionalism as well as how nice the office is. They made me feel so comfortable through the whole process. Needless to say I will never neglect my teeth and fear the dentist again! I will be coming here from now on.

I was told they take my insurance and when I arrived for my appointment to learn they did not take my insurance I was accused of not providing information that they never asked for. The front desk staff didn't seem to care and the office manager was rude and unprofessional.

Been coming here for years. So professional and truly care about their patients. I saw Dr. Hoover for an emergency and she was awesome. Diagnosed what I needed and did what she could to get me out of pain. I have bad teeth and they have never once judged me for having horrible teeth. They work with your insurance and don't recommend unnecessary expenses. Would recommend them to anyone!

Southbridge has been my primary dental care provider for some years now and I have never been disappointed. Amazing team of professionals.

I stopped going here in August of 2016. While I was happy with Dr Barker and Kissinger, I was not happy with the other dentists on the staff. I think that a dentist should be willing to work with the patient, rather that insist that all treatment be done at once, regardless of your insurance limitations.

As usual, the service was EXCELLENT. Will not use any other dentist. I had an emergency and they saw me right away. The Dentist was extremely eloquent in in explaining what he was doing. Made me feel comfortable.

Excellent service. They do an assessment the first time you come here and recommend where to go next. I just needed a cleaning. I was happy with my cleaning and the dental hygienist. I'm hard to please with dentists, not the my idea of fun. This place was recommended and I think it lived up to its recommendation.

I've been going here for 10 years and love it! Hygienists Sarah and Sue are amazing! The office staff is really friendly and were able to accommodate my last minute schedule change. They have flexible hours for those of us who work. And wow.their office renovation could be in a magazine. Shows they care a lot about their patients. I drive an hour just to go to Southbridge!

This is the first Yelp review I've ever felt the need to write. With how horrible my experience has been, accompanied with their high reveiws online that led me to choose South Bridge Dentist - the record should be set straight. Dr. Hoover and several dental hygienist have done a horrible job filling some cavities I had. In the last couple weeks I've been in South Bridge twice to have cavities filled. BOTH times they provided in insufficient job where I had to go back days to have the fillings repaired.

The first time a filling broke the day I got it, as well as my bite was off. My next appointment, they filled the gaps between my teeth with so much filling I cannot floss and my bite's painfully off again! I have to go back again to have my second filling job repaired! I've been to several dentists in my day and had several different doctors provide quailty fillings. South Bridge Dentist provide the worst dental experience I've had TWICE in one month. Will never go back once I get my last bad filling fixed.

I had been going here for 25+ years. The Doctors are great, but the office staff is so bad that I decided to change dentists. I guess I didn't notice them overcharging when I wasn't on my own insurance, and that was something BCBS took care of. However, every time I've been in since I changed insurance I've been overcharged, even though I requested they look at previous records to charge me correctly, since I know my ins pays 80% of composite fillings.

On another occasion my sister was overcharged, and they gave her refund check to someone else. Overcharging once, is an honest mistake, but overcharging every visit is unacceptable.

I spent three hours in the chair to get a routine filling, and I experienced ample pain after the numbing agent wore off. I was pricked a total of 21 times (I counted) because the procedure took so long. Megan, the office manager, called me the next day to talk. I learned Dr. Barker was NOT in the room during the botched procedure. I highly recommend this place if you want a dental hygienist to mess up your teeth and a dentist who "nervously paces outside the room." Thanks for the info Megan, and thanks for dropping the $25 fee to copy my records so I could have a more competent dentist see if I needed additional work. My $25 savings won't cover it.

Been coming here for years. My elderly Mother, children and I have seen many of the hygienists, office staff and Doctors. Never a problem. I recommend them. For the negative reviews, I think people just dislike coming to the dentist. Don't come often enough and by the time they do, they need major work. Take your preventative measures so that it doesn't get to that point of big $$$ repairs and painful surgical procedures. I love their hours. They accommodate early appointments and late too

Awful experience! I had a tooth extracted here and a bone graft done for a future implant. I asked for an honest quote of what the work might cost and I made my decision to move forward based on the price. I was terribly overcharged after the fact. I rely on honesty and did not find it here! Also, as the dentist pulled my tooth his tool slipped and gouged my tongue!

I was willing to let it slide but after the recent bill I feel I need to let people know how terrible my experience has been. Their oversight in billing might seem like pennies to them but to me its a considerable sum! Get Real!
