Dr. Scheidel and his team are wonderful. I've always been treated respectfully and with great care. The doctor always takes the time to explain what I need and what I ought to do next. Highly recommend. 10/10 would revisit.

We recently switched over to SBDC after years with another dentist, and we wish we had done it sooner! Dr. Scheidel, Linda and the rest of the team are so knowledgeable and friendly. You really feel like they care about your dental health. The atmosphere is wonderful. And the location is great too!

I've always thought of myself as taking pretty stellar care of my teeth, and going to see Dr. Scheidel has made me feeling someone else finally cares about my teeth as much as I do. He's great at pointing out any issues he sees, even the smallest ones, explaining them in very easy-to-understand terms, being incredibly up front about any associated costs, and last but not least, doing really incredible and high quality dental work. If you're in the Littleton/south Broadway/Southwind area there's really no better choice for excellent dental care.

I've been a patient at South Broadway Dental Care for almost two years now and it is hands down the best dental practice. The staff is very friendly and professional and the facility is always pristine. Like most people I've never been a fan of the dentist and have overcome a lot of dental anxiety, but I always look forward to my appointments and feel completely calm when being treated by Dr. Scheidel and his dental assistants. I've received cleanings, fillings and am currently using Invisalign and I've been happy with every service!

Doctor Scheidel is very friendly and personable. He's always provided good care and a coherent plan for my teeth.

I went to the Dr. Scheidel and he told me I had 6 cavities, which seemed like a lot considering it had only been a year since I had last been to the dentist, and I had never had that many at once. I decided to trust him though because he's the expert, right? So, I had half of them filled. One of the fillings made it impossible to floss, and it felt like it had moved.

I go back to get it checked, and I really didn't feel like I was being heard. He said it looked fine and that he would try to smooth it out, but there was nothing wrong with it. I still had issues with the tooth afterwards. Fast forward a few months, we had issues with billing and even getting ahold of the office (that NEVER answered and rarely called you back) was incredibly difficult, so I didn't end up getting the other 3 cavities filled.

We go to a new dentist who tells me the dentist (Scheidel)did my filling poorly and it would need to be redone (the one with the floss). This new dentist refilled it and I've had no problems. He also made NO mention of the other 3 cavities I supposedly had according to Scheidel. I'm not confident he truly knows what he's doing, and I would not say he is one of the best in the area. I recommend going elsewhere, to a dentist that validates your concerns and actually fixes them?

Poor customer service and slow response time on calls and inquiries. I was sent a balance bill in May 2020 due to an insurance issue that was my fault. They were supportive in helping me to figure out what happened, and they ended up waiving the full amount of the bill. Fast forward to September 2020, I received another balance bill for double the May amount even though I hadn't been back to the dentist since then and they hadn't sent statements in June, July, or August.

It took over a month to get a hold of their billing department with no one returning my voicemails even though their policy is to return calls in 1-2 business days. When billing finally left one voicemail for me, they did not acknowledge that they waived my original balance. I tried to get a hold of them again and left voicemails explaining that I had proof of that May conversation, but no one returned those calls for another few weeks.

It took a claim through the Better Business Bureau to finally resolve the issue. When I contacted the dentist a few weeks later to transfer my records to a new dentist, they said it would be done in 1-2 business days. However, they still hadn't transferred them after almost a month. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I feel so confident in the hands of Dr. Scheidel! He truly cares about the long term health of his patients and recommends treatment plans that make sense not only now but also in 5-10 years. He is not a salesman and had a transparent approach to treatment. His staff is very welcoming and enjoyable to talk to. He goes above and beyond the expectation and I am so happy I was referred to him!

I have been in search of a dentist I could trust for my grandfathers dentures for what feels like forever, and I'm so happy I put that trust in Dr. Scheidal! He's walked us through every step of the process and has made my grandpa feel very comfortable and taken care of. The staff that works here as well is so friendly and welcoming. I will be coming here for all of my personal, dental needs as well! I highly recommend South Broadway Dental.
