The absolute best experience I've ever had at a dentist office! From the office all the way to the dentists and techs and I really mean that.10/10 I recommend them highly.

Had a very pleasant experience. Katrina, Jessica, Richard, and Dr. Nathan were very attentive and did everything to ensure I'm comfortable throughout my appointment. I will be back. Thank you all.

I agree with many reviews stating they will try to upsell you on many procedures. Also, I was made to feel uncomfortable when deciding against a special $500 "laser" cleaning, as if I had wasted their time. Also, was told my "basic" cleaning would be covered at 100 percent. Well, it was sent to the insurance as a "specialty cleaning" (a level above a "basic" but below the "laser") that the insurance did not cover and ended up paying the difference.

Please ask the office for the procedure code they will send to your insurance, then call your insurance FIRST to verify everything before letting them do any procedure on you. If not, don't be surprised when they bill your insurance for a service you truly didn't understand you were receiving.

Love the friendly staff they made me very comfortable and like they knew me forever. Dentist is efficient and friendly

MYS Sienna is the best! The ladies in the front are AMAZING and doctor and hygienist always take good care of me.

Made Ya Smile is the best dentist I've ever been to. They honestly are amazing! Shonda was such a sweetheart. She handled me with such care, the doctor himself was wonderful and patient with me throughout my extraction procedure. Thanks to their entire team for taking care of me.

Jeff. "deep clean" scam places where they hit you with a $700 bill on your first visit and refuse to do a regular cleaning". All I wanted is just to clean, if I cant afford the $792 and $8256 for 3 crowns. I paid $79 for nothing. Just offer a simple cleaning and you will get less 1 star reviews. Not recommended. Can you offer me a refund for my $79?

The Best dental experience I've ever had! Staf is friendly, greeted me by name, on each visit. Dr. Nathan was always friendly and always took my comfort into consideration. Very sterile environment. I would definitely recommend Made ya Smile!

Katrina was very polite and quick to acknowledge me when I walked thru the door. Dr Nathan is amazing I will be recommending him to everyone.

I've been going here for over 5 years and the service has always been wonderful. I've gotten regular and surgical services, and never had any issues. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and professional. The treatment began on time and there were few delays. I moved through their process (X-rays; cleaning; and Exam) without waiting more than 2-3 minutes. On my way out, they were ready to discuss treatment plans and cost. This is a Veteran friendly establishment!

BEWARE! BAIT & SWITCH! WORST DENTIST IN THE AREA! I saw a $79 new patient internet special which includes exam, x-ray & cleaning. Since I get a routing cleaning every 6 months and lost insurance because of unemployment. I wanted to take advantage of the the special before returning to work with new insurance. The hygienist took pictures of my teeth and determine I needed 3 crowns because of some old fillings and she saw some decade under the filling with just a picture not an x-ray.

Then she determine that I have severe gingivitis and I would need a $607 treatment. She made the decision before the dentist saw me. Then she coached the dentist before he examined me so he could agree with her. I told her that my gums are healthy because during and after flossing I never bleed and the scaling on the low front teeth is from plague that builds up.

This is why I have a cleaning done every 6 months. Bottom line they will take your $79 and never clean your teeth. Try too up sale you on a none necessary dental work of $2381.

Worst dentist I've ever been to. My Dentist was HORRIBLE! Can't reminder his name, I think it was Nguyen. Would not listen to my wishes, just wanted to sell me on veneers for all of my top teeth. I have perfect teeth, except for 2 that have bondings that I would like redone for cosmetic purposes. I've never had cavities in all my life but had "several" when I came here. (I take better care of my teeth now than ever) I spent half a day getting teeth cleaned and cavities filled.

I have blue cross insurance and paid over $500. Never have spent this much at a routine dentist appt. My husband spent thousands at his appt. on random UV treatments that were not necessary and was diagnosed with "gum disease" when after a second opinion was determined a scam. We then later received bills for over $600 because insurance determined the treatments were not necessary and would not cover them.

Very scary that places like this exist and are not held accountable. The whole time we were there, it was like a used car salesman with the business office personnel stepping in to sell other unnecessary services. Customers please beware. Ask around before choosing your health care providers. Honesty is hard to come by these days.

In Nov. 2019, the dental hygienist at this location botched my laser cleaning, leading to a severe infection, abscess and weeks of intense pain. After several trips back to correct the problem, no solution was found. Ultimately, I consulted a different Dental who performed a root canal and placed a cap. A simple prescription of antibiotics would have eliminated the need for all of this. While the staff was courteous, my overall experience was horrible.

This place is amazing. I had a TERRIBLE toothache and I called a 24/7 dental service. They didn't have any openings but transferred me to 1800dentist. They scheduled a apt for me. When I called the apt was not in their system. I spoke with KATRINA and just like that I was in. The pain was unbearable she was so nice and accommodating. I was seen fast and got the antibiotics and pain relief I needed. I am going to make this my home dental office. They were amazing. Thanks Katrina for being so amazing

I drove to Sugar Land from San Antonio for a gingevectomy. I was super nervous, but the assistant and Dr. Chakaki made sure that I felt safe. Dr. Chakaki has changed my smile and I'm so grateful that I was able to get my procedure done with her. It was painless and I was super picky, but she exceeded my expectations and I am very pleased with the results.

I have to concur with other posters on this thread about this dentist. It seems they are more worried about collecting money and how much services cost and giving the best service. After our first trip here we are already considering another option.

Im truly dissatisfied with how this Made ya Smile dentist works. I truly agree with the other reviews that they have on here. I went to one located in Kingwood were they did an excellent job and truly went by what I really needed. However 2 years later I decided to go to this one because I moved and it was closer to me. Let me tell y'all! I went in for a promotion they have regular cleaning for. $100.

And they truly were pressuring me to get over 2,500$ treatment because they said my gums were really bad, that my teeth were in bad condition. I got really worried but decided to go to a dentist an hour from my home to see if it was true, now this is the dentist were I went for my braces and check ups long ago. They told me that my gums were fine and had no cavities and all I needed was 6month retainer and regular cleaning. Made ya smile was lying!

They want to take your money and get you worried. Don't go here, and if you do before getting any treatment go verify at other places like I did. Thank God I didn't attend to their stuff.

They hosted a Free dental event years ago. I love them for that. However I never actually visited there clinic for work I only went to the event. I wish they have one again as dental work is very expensive.

Maybe they should change their name to Made Ya Frown! I highly agree with the others posting in regards to them pushing expensive treatments. Also, they have many 5 star reviews because, in the past, they pushed the "give us a favorable review and we'll give you free whitening solution" The hygienist along with her assistant is rude and full of sarcastic remarks. The dentists are okay but they don't stay very long. I'm excited to finally make the decision to move on, plenty of other places to try.

I would strongly recommend that people consider a dentist other than Made Ya Smile. My concern with this practice is that they put a lot of pressure on patients to have work done that is not medically necessary. I understand that Made Ya Smile is a business, and that it needs to earn a profit to operate. However, dentistry is a medical service, and as a patient I expect to be given recommendations based on what is best for my health, and not merely a way for the dentist to generate extra income.

I used Made Ya Smile for about three years, and at first they recommended procedures such as sealants which were not covered by insurance, and a night guard, which was covered. These were easy for me to decline. The incident that ended my relationship with Made Ya Smile was when they suggested filing away two of my teeth and replacing them with crowns because the fillings had deteriorated.

This was going to include a large out of pocket charge to me and result in having two of my existing teeth ground to stubs. Since I have never had a crown, I was uncomfortable with this and sought the advice of a dentist in downtown Houston. He was able to replace the fillings and stated that it would probably extend the life of the teeth for 10 to 15 years. Needless to say, I have switched dentists and will never use Made Ya Smile again.

In my opinion, Made Ya Smile takes advantage of their position as medical professionals to pressure patients into undergoing medically unnecessary procedures. My wife also used Made Ya Smile and had similar experiences. She is currently looking for a new dentist.

I've been to different dentists over the years (I'm 45) and always been pleased with my experience. My visit to Made Ya Smile was easily the worst dentist visit I've ever had. From the time the hygienist took me to the back to when I left was an hour and a half. This did NOT include any type of cleaning or service other than X-rays.

I spoke with 4 different people and aside from the hygienist and dentist I'm not sure what roles the other two women held. The "spiel" that the hygienist gave me to tell me about the services offered and what I needed sounded like she gave it 10x a day and was rushing through it again. Even though I have insurance they proposed a $640 dollar cleaning and other work for me.

At that point I said I needed to think about it. I was pissed and after that amount of time my teeth weren't even cleaned. They did give me a free teeth bleaching kit, I'll give them the 1 start for that.

We have been coming here for years and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. They take time to answer my questions and explain everything thoroughly. I highly recommend The Sugar Land location.

No stars if I could! It's Made You Cry! Started going in 2011 and stopped in 2015. My mouth/teeth are worse now than it was 2011. Last thing they did was a crown which went bad and now I am having to pay out of pocket! Also they "fixed" front bottom tooth 3 times and it broke again! Very unprofessional staff, always talking about what to have for lunch or where they were going after work.

Some of the hygenist we're not nice, nor consistent. Some times you got goggles sometimes not. Mess all over your face and they say nothing! Oh but here comes the girl to tell you how much they are going to charge you. Always paying out of pocket cause the prices are outrageous! Yes I Had insurance! You pay for All the advertising! Trust me. Found another dentist no where near as expensive!

Dr Frost and dr joe make you very comfortable if you hate going to the dentist and if you are nervous they make sure to relax you. My only complaint is there prices are ridiculous and way too expensive and some of the assistants don't know what they are doing.

The people here are very kind which is why I gave at least 2 stars. That's where it ends. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00. By 2:00 I was still being "consulted" on various different services I would need when I just went in for a cleaning. In full disclosure it had been a year since I have been for a cleaning so I expected to have some extra treatment done. An hour and fifteen minutes later, after feeling like I'd been at a used car dealership, I decided to leave and see what my other options are.

I had a wonderful experience last time at the beltway and west road location and it's unfortunate there seems to be different processes or sales tactics across locations.

I'm here right now. Waiting. Three fellow patients are here with me in the waiting room. They can't help but complain. The adverage wait for orthodontic is 30 minutes. (My sisters and I have been to several) But at made ya smile, there are people who have waited 50 minutes and therefore are probably going to leave any second. Each patient feels each other's pain.

Post appointment* I'm comparing this ortho with my prior one in cali, where the wait was always less than 15 minutes and the overall professionalism was better. The ortho at made ya smile didn't give me time to prepare myself for numbness, discomfort, etc. It felt like he would ramble really fast and then saw a gap into my teeth. He didnt give me a second to actually grasp the meaning until metal was scraping a millimeter of a teeth off. Unpleasant but manageable.

In retropect, because of the groupon, i feel lucky to give my invisalign for a cheap price. For this price, I would normally have to go to more disreputable orthodontic, which I have checked out. Bottom line: there's a lot of room for improvement. But you get what you paid for (assuming you used the groupon) P.S: Bring your kindle, laptop, books, to the waiting room. There's also wifi, if you ask, I believe.
