Dr. Caldwell & his entire team are beyond amazing. They are extremely caring, knowledgeable and put the patients best interest first. My kids love going to the dentist because of their compassionate team.

We love this dental practice! Met Dr. Steinbring on recent visit and he is very dynamic and just as fabulous as Dr. Caldwell! Love all of the hygienists we have ever had as well. everyone is awesome! Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Caldwell and his staff! He was my dentist as a child and I recently returned with my daughter as their patient now and it was so great to see majority of the same staff still there. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and great with my 18 month old. I highly recommend!

I am happy that my friend recommended me this place 7 years ago when I was looking for a dentist. My daughter has been with them ever since. Both Dr. Caldwell and Dr. Steinbring are professional, trustworthy and great with kids. They explain everything clearly and offer reasonable treatment plans. All the staff are friendly as well, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Our favorite hygienist is Ms. Kendra, who always greets her patient warmly and does her job thoroughly and efficiently. I highly recommend this dentistry.

Dr. Caldwell and his entire staff have gone above and beyond to take care of my daughter's dental needs. We just had a dental emergency and after speaking with the front desk for a few minutes they were able to accommodate us within 24 hours. My daughter has never been excited to go to the dentist before but after her experience with Dr. Caldwell she's telling her younger sister how amazing the office is and how she will never go anywhere else! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my little one. We feel truly blessed to have such excellent care in such close proximity to us. Thank you!

Excellent staff and Dr Caldwell is the best. We've been with him for 20+ years with 4 children. This visit, similar to all visits, was on time, we were welcomed and the girls received good cleanings and a check up. Pain free! Definitely recommend Dr. Caldwell.

They made both my sons feel at ease.my youngest is deathly afraid of the dentist and this time he was smiling and laughing. They are so kind and tell your child what each tool does and show them how it works so it's not scary at all. Definitely would recommend to anyone whose kiddo is intimidated by dentist visits.

Doctor and the medical staff is amazing indeed. But the front office lady has no compassion. I was confused if she knows the difference between 100 and 1000. I called to talk to the doctor after a visit as they gave me an estimate around $2000 for filling and crowning the baby teeth of my son. He is a child with disability. I said I can't spend that much money. It will be great if I can ask the doctor about filling only. She said a big NO and hang up. What an amazing person.

We have had an amazing experience here. We saw another dentist when my son was two and he made both my son and I uncomfortable with his methods. But after going to Mr. Caldwell's practice my son and daughter are so excited to get their prizes/new brushes and are psyched to brush their teeth for days. There's no fear at all and everyone is so friendly. I'll never take them anywhere else until they age out, even though it is a bit of a drive for us. Thank you!

My daughter has been going to Dr. Caldwell since she got her teeth. He is great very thorough and explains everything to her and myself. His staff is very friendly, easy to schedule an appointment. Would highly recommend!

We took 3 of our kids in today and all 3 did amazing. Each of their hygienists spent time with them talking them through how to brush. They did an amazing job with our newly adopted kiddo and now he wants to be a dentist when he grows up. They've done fillings on my autistic daughter she she had zero issues. The dentist even sang the entire time to her. She smiled all the way through from shots to treatment complete. I love them!

The doctor and staff are very professional and kind. My kids have no issues going to the dentist because Dr Caldwell and staff always make it fun.

Dr. Caldwell's practice is very good with kids. My son said his worst fear was going to the dentist, but after his first appointment with Dr. Caldwell he wants to go everyday. He requested we do this review and rate him with five stars.

EVERYONE is super nice and welcoming. They let you stay with your child during cleanings and procedures which is the main reason I go here! It's hard to find a dentist that lets you stay with them. My daughters old dentist told me she needed 2 crowns, 3 cavities. I came here for a second opinion and she needed nothing. Not saying that will be the case for everyone but they only do procedures that are necessary. I am blessed to have found them.

Dr. Caldwell cares about his patients, the staff is wonderful, professional and care for the kids wellbeing. He is awesome with special need kids.

Had an amazing experience with Dr. Caldwell and his staff today. When I called in to set up an appointment the person that I spoke to was very accommodating and explained all of my options to me very clearly. When I arrived they were punctual with our appointment time and great with my son. Thanks to everyone there for making a dental experience a good one!

Absolutely amazing. This was our first time at this dentist by recommendation. There was no wait for our 10am appt and the ENTIRE staff was amazing with our little girl. She actually said afterward that she didn't know the dentist could be so much fun.what! Get an appt while you can because my guess is that they are going to be full soon.

First time visit and it was such a positive experience! We have two toddler boys and they had such a great time! The waiting roomwas jungle themed with lots of different activities to keep them entertained. We filled out the paperwork online before arriving so we had little to no wait time. They saw us right on time and were so accommodating. The hygienists knew how to talk to and handle two active little ones.

My four year old was scared initially but soon felt right at home. We were given a comprehensive booklet to answer all of our questions, complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, and even T-shirts. They have TVs to distract them during the examinations. Dr. Caldwell was extremely nice and informative. He made us all feel so at ease. The boys are excited to go back!

Who's kid says he loves the dentist? Mine does after today's visit with Dr. Caldwell. All staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our dental hygienist Kendra was super awesome! She was very patient and loved they way she walked my son through his cleaning and x-rays since he gets very nervous. Dr. Caldwell explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions for his upcoming procedure. Definitely will be coming back and will recommend to family and friends!

We took both of our son's to their dentist appointment yesterday 12/6 and couldn't be more pleased with the communication and service that was provided. My mom took me to Dr. Caldwell as a kid and I had such a great experience that I decided to take my own kids there as well. We appreciate all that they do!

I been coming here since I been 4 yrs of age and he's always taken good care of my teeth. I will continue coming here until I find another one closer to my house.

Great manner with kids. My daughter was very nervous. They put her at ease the entire time! Very efficient and super quality dentistry! A bonus is limited waiting time! The entire staff was helpful and knowledgeable as well!

Best kids dentist ever! I don't review very often, but it's been about 4 weeks since my kids' last appointment and they are continuing to ask me when they get to go back! We switched to Dr. Caldwell when our first pediatric dentist office closed--and I'm so glad for the turn of events because everyone at this practice is very friendly and the hygienists are so wonderful with the kids. Never have had much of a wait either. Highly recommend!

I took my daughter here for her first dental visit. As a dental hygienist at an adult general practice I wanted a kid friendly environment. I was highly disappointed. Why is this man a pediatric dentist if he seems to hate children so much. He didn't even smile at my daughter. No one tried to ease her into the appointment even though I made it abundantly clear it was her first visit.

When my daughter got scared and cried he immediately recommended IV sedation and didn't try to calm her or coax her. He treated my 3 year old like a 30 year old. I went to another pediatric dentist days later and they were able to keep her calm enough to take X-rays and do a full exam and cleaning, then they were able to do her necessary dental work with oral sedation instead of $800 IV sedation.

It took me a long time to find a practice that was willing to take my son on as a patient. He is currently 24, and living with autism and extreme OCD behavior. Everyone here is fantastic and being a cash pay didn't break the bank. I found preventative denistry here very affordable.

I cannot believe there are any negative reviews on here! My children have been going for about 7 years and Dr. Caldwell has always been the same nice caring dentist from the day we met him, the front desk girls are always helpful in finding a good appointment fit for my girls. The office offers a Saturday appointment once a month as well. Great office!

This is the best kids dentist in all of Houston. We drive 50 miles each way to bring our 6 kids to the dentist. They love coming here. The staff is great and always so happy. The dentists are very knowledgable and have a great report with my kids

Terrible office staff. Dr. Caldwell is fine and so are his assistants, but the office staff (front desk, appointments, billing) are all terrible. It get's old after a while. You have to jump through hoops to get an appointment and they are always rude. We had 6 years experience with this office and it just gets worse and worse. Dr. Caldwell is not good enough for us to continue dealing with his staff.

I've taken my kids to Dr. Caldwell for 3 years, and love the office! We drive from Katy, and he's worth the drive. Our daughter has a heightened gag reflex and they have never made her gag. They work through the kids anxiety with a friendly attitude, and they treat the kids like they are the most special patients of the day. : I highly recommend them.

I take my 2 children to Dr. Caldwell's office and they love it! They ask me when it is time to go back. The office staff is wonderful and accomodating. I wish there were more dentists like him and his staff. I would have loved to have gone there as a child

I have taken my children to Dr. Caldwell for many years. He is gentle, kind, patient and very personable with my kids. I love the fact that even though his practice has grown over the years he always makes you feel like he has all the time you need to discuss things with him. I like the fact that he is conservative in his treatment, and does not "overtreat" as some others do. Dr. Caldwell is available whenever you might need him after-hours.

My friends son knocked his tooth out during a baseball game on a Sunday, and Dr. Caldwell and a staff member actually met them at the office to reimplant the tooth! Who does that?! Dr. Caldwell definitely sets the standard in which Pediatric Dentists should uphold!
