Stiles and Marie Tigani Stiles have been working together for more than 31 years, to provide patients in upper Montgomery County with optimal dental healthcare and wellness for a lifetime.

Dr. Dennis Stiles, a native of Amherst, Massachusetts, has called upper Montgomery County home since 1986. In 2017, he achieved Diplomate status in the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine. Dr. Stiles has also served as past president of the American Prosthodontic Society (2006) and currently is serving the president of the APS Foundation.
We would like to invite all new patients to experience a thorough evaluation. You are a new patient only once, and we want to ensure you have the most optimal visit with us. Your evaluation visit will include the completion of your in-office online patient forms, an examination of each tooth, a review of your medical and dental histories, a gum evaluation, an oral cancer screening, a TMJ and bite analysis, and a smile assessment.

As is always the case, my experience at Stiles Dentistry always has been and, I am most sure and without doubt, will continue in a manner that cannot be exceeded. I still credit Dr. Stiles and the entire office with getting me to go back to the dentist after years of not going based upon prior bad experiences. There aren't enough existing superlatives that I would extend. I always refer everyone I know to Stiles Dentistry.and always will. Thank you All!

Stiles Dentistry is great practice with the latest technology. Also the latest Covid safety procedures in place for both patients and providers. Best cleaning I ever had! Their restoration work is top notch also. I would suggest Stiles Dentistry to anyone looking for talented, expert care delivered with a personable touch. I've been going to Stiles Dentistry for almost 10 years now. During that time, the staff has always been friendly, informative, and courteous. They are more than willing to answer all my questions and work with me to find the right time to get dental work done. Whenever there has been an unexpected dental issue, they've been able to see me on short notice.
The facilities are clean and all the equipment is state-of-the-art. From cleanings, to fillings, to getting a crown, Stiles Dentistry has performed superb work to keep my mouth in tip-top shape! I can't recommend them enough!

I have been a patient of Stiles dentistry office for over 25 years now. This husband and wife team has been at the top of their profession for all these years that I have been going to them. I know staying on the top requires new equipment, training to use new technology in the dentistry business, and good assistants to enable them to provide the best service for the money. Excellent service! I had a filling today and Dr. Stiles did a wonderful job. Dr. Stiles listened to my concerns and addressed any issues I had. Morgan, the wonderful dental assistant made sure I was ready for Dr. Stiles and made sure I was completely comfortable. I have always had a fear of injections but since Stiles Dentistry is a sedation practice, they utilized tools that made my experience as painless as possible.
The staff was welcoming and friendly and they all ensured my visit went smoothly and stress free. If you are looking for a new dental office, look no further than Stiles Dentistry you will truly have a one of a kind experience. Thanks again Dr. Stiles and your wonderful staff!

I have been a patient of Dr. Dennis Stiles and his phenomenal team for the past two years. I am 74 years old and have been treated by many dentists throughout my lifetime in PA, NY and MD. Dr. Dennis Stiles is the absolute best! Dr. Stiles is meticulous, a perfectionist, gentle, and personable. He utilizes state of the art equipment and procedures. Dr. Stiles is also a faculty member at the University of Maryland Dental School.
As a retired nurse clinician and educator, I am fully aware that teaching students and new graduates keeps you constantly on your toes. I highly recommend Dr. Dennis Stiles and his entire team.

Stiles Dentistry has always offered quality dentistry, I've been a customer for many years. Today, in my visit I saw the steps they have taken to maximize safety. I was impressed, changes were made to the equipment used, the air flow in the room and the masks and face shields worn by the employees. I even exited the office using a different door (no passing thru a waiting room). I felt safe and was impressed. I highly recommend this practice.
