I had a partial crown crack on a Thursday night. I was seen that next Friday before noon! I now have a new full crown. Being able to drink my Saturday morning coffee is great.

I have been going to Dr. Olson's Town Square Dentistry for a long time now. The staff is always courteous and efficient. More importantly, I trust their work.

Town Square Dentistry was recommended to our family years ago after our dentist retired. Since retiring ourselves and selling our home in Burien, we make the effort to travel from wherever we are for dentistry needs and we will continue to do so. The new hygienist is excellent! Madison at the front desk is always kind, courteous and professional. And I've never had a better dentist than Dr. Szajman! And, I'd always believed my Dad was the greatest dentist prior to his death. I have not seen Dr. Olson, but have heard nothing but positive praise. My wife and I would never hesitate to recommend Town Square Dentistry!

The dentists and and all of the staff at Town Square Dentistry are AMAZING! From the minute you walk in the door they are friendly and welcoming, they made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process! They put me at ease in an uncomfortable situation (dentists are scary, lol)! Not to mention the amazing and great price I received for the work on my teeth, I now feel more confident to smile and am thankful for finding this great dental office!

This place renewed my faith in dentistry after I had some bad work done at Shoreline Dental while living up north. Dr. Szajman is extremely skilled and the front desk staff is top notch.

I've been going to Town Square Dentistry for years and have only had incredibly positive experiences there. Everyone is so genuinely kind and helpful. Sarah is a total rockstar and is the picture perfect model for professionalism and care. I always feel at ease with her and never have to worry about a thing. The reception team is always friendly and accommodating too. I've lived a bunch of places in my life and have had many dental experiences, but this place is hands down the best.

Dr Szajaman did a crown replacement on me yesterday. Went very smoothly and absolutely no discomfort today. This is the 2nd crown he has done for me and I am very pleased with both. In fact, I am very pleased with all of the staff that I have interacted with. I've recommended this office to several friends and will continue to do so.

I'm sitting in their lobby listening to them gossip about my boyfriend at the front desk. Keep your nasty opinions to yourself or gossip in the back room. I was going to make an appointment with you, but I'd rather not have you gossiping about me in front of other patients

Dr Lindsay Papac's root canal - a second root canal on that tooth - failed pretty spectacularly. My tooth broke off when I bit into a piece of bread at a restaurant. IT BROKE OFF. My next dentist said that there wasn't enough tooth material left from that procedure, aka she didn't do a very good job. I ended up having to get an implant to replace the tooth.

Her poor work cost me $4000 in out of pocket dental work. I'm not even sure if she still works there, but I felt it necessary to review her work while at this clinic. I had good experiences with Dr. Olson. My issue is not with him at all.

I went to this dentist about a year ago, they had an intern that said oops while she was in my mouth, that's wrong you obviously think the worse, I came back again for a couple fillings I told them I don't want the intern working on my mouth, but the dr dentist guy was like it's okay and I didn't know it was same girl until she got started!

They were flirting the whole time while working in my mouth! So unprofessional! Then my filling's didn't hold not even one year! I would never recommend anyone to go to town square dentistry!

For the first time ever in my life a dentist actually explained to me what was going on inside my mouth. I was given an extremely thorough explanation of my treatment plan and what to expect with visits so there are no big surprises. The hygienist I had was equally helpful in explaining things to me through out my cleaning. The whole staff made for a wonderful stress-free experience and they were responsive to my needs. I highly recommend them to anybody, they've set the bar high.

I have had three appointments at this dentist and would highly recommend Dr. Szajman. I have not met Dr. Olson and I had a just okay appointment with Dr. Trieu, but it wasn't enough to diminish my over all impression of this office. Front desk staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and they even reached out to me to issue a refund when my insurance reimbursed more than they estimated. Dr. Szajman is very friendly, efficient, and makes the appointments as enjoyable as a visit to the dentist can be.

The staff and service could not be any kinder or professional. From the front desk folks to the doctors, I' e never had anything less than an excellent experience at TSD. I've also never waited in the waiting room for longer than a minute or two, so their prompt attention to appointments is something I've never experienced in a dentist's office. Wonderful. TVs in the room with your command of the control are also a nice, comforting touch. I will continue to recommend this local establishment. Thanks for the top notch experience.

Office was clean and well organized. Staff was friendly. Was seen on time which is unusual at most offices, especially late in the day. I was informed every step what was happening and the exam, x-rays (which I hate) and cleaning were all done with a minimum of discomfort. I would definitely recommend Town Square Dentistry to anyone.

I had an excellent first experience with Dr. Olson. I needed to have 2 old crowns removed and replaced with new ones. I do not get numb readily and, in my past experiences, dentists have needed to stop working to inject more novacaine, or whatever is used, and wait for it to kick on before continuing. Ir was frustrating for me and the dentist. I let Dr. Olsen know up front that I am hard to get numb and he understood and gave me 3 injections.

The entire procedure was completely painless and I was thrilled. Such an easy dentist visit. The while procedure took a bit over 3 hours, with down time in between, so he gave me another 2 injections before completing the last stage of the procedure. I am so happy that I chose Town Square Dentistry as my dental providers when I moved to this area a year ago. I will continue with them and highly recommend them to others. The Best!

Great staff especially Sarah who's so careful with those sharp dental instruments. They use the latest technology to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of your teeth.

I highly recommend Dr. Shyman ( sp?)! All the hygienist are great. Everyone is patient and explains every step. I even had some laughs which isn't a typical dental experience. If you have dental fears this is your place. No pain!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Had a cleaning done by Dr. Szajman, and he caught a significant cavity between my back molars that my previous dentist had said was minimal and didn't need work! Came back for a filling, and despite my anxiety and the cavity being deeper than originally anticipated, he was able to fill it quickly (and painlessly!). Feels like nothing ever happened and I went straight to work after the appointment.

I also noticed the cold/sweet sensitivity I was experiencing in that corner of my mouth disappear after the filling, which I didn't expect but was very relieved to discover! The staff is very warm and friendly, and the office is clean and comfortable. They even have parking right in front of the office! Highly recommend!

Dr. Trieu and Kayla assisting did an amazing procedure. I was comfortable during the procedure and the anesthetic wore off quickly afterwards. Truly outstanding dental work and I have had many procedures. I highly recommend them!

The level of customer service at this office is amazing! I have always hated going to the dentist and I never thought I would say this but I am looking forward to my next visit!

Everything was fantastic. It wasn't the best time in the world but for the dentist it was perfect. Everything was explained perfectly and I was given options of what they could do. The best part, it seemed like they weren't after my wallet like most Dr's. It's nice to have a place like this close to work.

This is the best dental office I've visited on my life. Staff are courteous and professional, the place is spotless, and they never berate me for neglecting my oral health. Most importantly, the work they do is great the first time. I recommend them all the time, to everyone.

The team at Town Square Dentistry provided strong service and an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was very willing to work my visit into their schedule during the busy holiday season. Great atmosphere in the lobby and welcoming staff as I waited for my spot in the chair. And once in the chair, a gentle and thorough check-up with good explanation of what was needed and what wasn't.

The practice offers advanced technology which made x-rays quick and even allowed the hygienist to show me images of teeth that were in concern. This helped me to feel very involved and informed. Overall, this practice took great care of me and I will recommend them highly in the future.
