Chicago Tooth Fairy Dental

I have been to the location several times without any problems. I received a call today from Martha regarding moving my appointment from 4:30 pm to 3:00pm. I informed her I needed (24) hours in advance, therefore, I couldn't come in at 3:00pm. She asked about 5:00 pm on Wednesday and I agreed. However, she said she couldn't guarantee the appointment on Wednesday, When I questioned the validity of her statement she became disruptive, unprofessional and rude.

The person went from zero to 100%. I was so taking back by her behavior that I couldn't believe it. When the call was ended I decided to call back and clear things up. She continued with her disruptive behavior and cancelled my appointment for Wednesday without me requesting to cancel. I physically went to the office and she wouldn't buzz me in. I left a message for the doctor to call me back. This person was simply horrible. Her treatment was an insult to common sense!

I've had nothing but great experience at this location. Dr. Baker is great on what she does, and her resources are so helpful. Thank you Jasmine(dental assistant) for a wonderful cleaning.

Love this place! Dr. Baker is super friendly, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. She cares about the wellbeing of her patients and is not pushy about selling you on services you don't need. We've definitely found our go-to dentist!

Dr. Baker and her staff are the best! Been going to them for years since their old location. I have taken my daughters and they made sure they were comfortable and pain free. The office is very clean and kept in order by the office manager, Martha. She will make sure to contact the insurance for any coverage questions right away. Dr. baker is very friendly and is very approachable. She loves to joke around and forget the nerves of being at a dentist. I have recommended many friends and family and they totally agree!

I love Dr. Baker and her staff! Been a loyal patient since 2013! They all go above and beyond to work with you on your insurance, co-payments, and so forth. Dr. Baker is personable and genuine, as well as a great dentist! I went from freaking out about the dentist (pretty much my whole life) to enjoying my every visit at the Montrose Tooth Fairy.

This was the best dental experience I have ever had. I had a bike accident and my front cap came off on the 4th of july, a lot of dental practices closed, they got me in, just did the minimum as my mouth is all wounded. Everyone there was great, they gave me a discount. Dr baker was great. I highly recommend them.

I chose Dr. Baker as my dentist over a year ago when I read that she used to provide pro bono dental services for indigenous communities in Guatemala and saw that her reviews were top notch. I much prefer to support a dentist who has exhibited that sort of generosity. I could not have made a better decision. I had a few cavities filled last year and a crown put in when I chipped a tooth and I was shocked at how little she charged for such quality work, even tho she's out of my network.

She urged me to reconsider getting composite fillings for my upper teeth, since no one sees them and the the composite fillings last 5-7 yrs (versus 10-15 for silver) and are more expensive. Too many dentists in Chicago push for unnecessary work, so it's refreshing to have someone you can trust. I've always dreaded going to the dentist office, but she and her staff really make it fun.

They have some later hours on some weekdays and weekend availability that make it convenient. They are all very warm and friendly and provide a hospital environment (Netflix included, although you're never there enough to get into a show, but once you sit on their comfortable couch in the waiting area, trust me, you will not want to get up). My only advice is call them, don't schedule an appointment via ZocDoc. By the time it processes, you might miss out on the spot.

Dr. Baker is the BEST dentist I've ever went to. She listens and understands people like me who HATE going to the dentist! Just LOVE her!

I think Dr. Baker does a great job. She's really into teeth so she recommends best practices for maintenance. I also think it's cool that she sees patients on Sundays by appointment if they have super busy schedules.

My name is Noel Rivera I had to get a tooth pulled and I must say hands down best dentist I ever went to the ladies that work there are so sweet and caring the main dentist was a very sweet, funny caring lady. The procedure was absolutely painless she pulled it and didn't even notice she did. And they have a TV in the room so u can watch while they work.
