Dr Cook and staff are simply amazing! I have been a patient for years, I enjoy his kind, calming demeanor as well as his office staff. I had my crown replaced and was able to view the cutting of my crown in his office, they are equipped to handle a same day replacement. I have to say it was the one of the easiest and quickest appointments for this type of procedure by far. Additionally his office offers discounts with their loyalty program which made replacing my crown so affordable for me. Highly recommend!

Dr. Cook and all the staff at Northwest Dental are amazing! They recommended the best option for me. Not having dental insurance is always stressful. They make it less stressful and are always kind and caring!

I really enjoyed my time at Northwest Dental! I felt so welcomed when I arrived. My hygienist Jen was so friendly. She seemed to really care. She did a very thorough cleaning, my teeth felt so clean. Dr. Bingham was very kind as well. He was gentle and careful.

Dr. Cook and his assistant Becca were wonderful! I just started my Invisalign journey and they have made the process so easy and fun. I'm excited to continue my dental health with Northwest dental center and their amazing team.

Going to The dentist is always stressful for me. From the minute I walk in the door my anxiety decreases. The ladies at the front desk have a warm smile and friendly greeting. The dental assistant was kind and comforting. Dr. Bingham is the most kind, gentle, caring dentist I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Northwest Dentist.

I cannot even begin to say enough good things about this place. My husband had a dental emergency and we aren't even their patient and they got us right in. Every person was so kind and they ended up extracting an infected tooth. The doctor did a fantastic job. They got him numbef up right away to keep him comfortable. Our normal dentist office was closed for a short period of time and their emergency dentist was not available for the emergency. Thank God for people like you guys! We just might be switching offices! Highly recommend.

I have been coming here for over 40 years. I love it. The people are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Cook is fantastic and truly cares and listens. Sheila, my Hygienist, is very careful and is very friendly. She causes me no pain. I would recommend North West Dental Center to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cooks at Northwest Dental Center for 20 years and I will probably be a lifetime patient. Every single visit is a pleasant; Dr. Cook and his staff and professional and friendly, they take the time to get to know you and they remember you! The quality of care is beyond compare! Dr. Cook and his staff take the time to explain things to you and help you understand things that are going on. The clinic works well with my insurance companies. The office is clean and relaxing. I highly recommend Northwest Dental Care and Dr. Cook!

I've been going to Northwest Dental since I was a kid. They've always been polite, professional and friendly. My hygienist today, Jen was exceptional. Very friendly, kept me in the loop on what she was doing as she was doing it. Overall great experience!

I've been going to Northwest Dental Center for 3+ years now and could not be happier with the care I receive. I have fairly problematic teeth and Dr. Cook and his team are empathetic, caring, and make sure I get the most out of my insurance benefits. I've never felt pushed into having something done that wasn't absolutely necessary. I'm especially impressed by Dr. Cook's range of skills.

When I needed a root canal last year, he was able to perform it himself, so I didn't have to seek out an outside endodontist. I'm also having a lower partial denture made, without having to go outside this office. I really like the staff, particularly dental assistant Becca and front desk person Tina. I am absolutely certain I'll continue to use Northwest Dental Service for as long as I continue to reside in Boise. Highly recommended!

New to Boise, and Dr Cook and his team have been amazing! Was able to get in and get established quickly and get a cleaning on the same day. then a crown that has needed to be done and filling. Very nice crew! Thank you all!

The staff is very caring and thorough. Dr. Cook took a lot of time to make sure my work done was perfect. Becca was friendly and entertaining during the times in between phases of my multi-step procedure. I couldn't have asked for more.

Arrived for my semi-annual cleaning, was taken right on time. After cleaning was done had consultation with Dr. Cook about future treatment need. Everything was explained in detail, very professional. Follow up appt. was scheduled and costs were presented. Overall it was a really good experience.

Dentistry at its finest! From the warm welcome we received when we entered the door to the cheerful goodbye as we left, this is the best area dentist's office we have experienced. Wait time is neglicible, the office equipment is cutting edge and technicians are well trained and knowledgable. Our dentist communicates well and patiently answers all questions. I am 64 years old and have been to many dentists in boise. Dr. Cook, his hygienists and staff are competent and caring people. Dr. Cook has done crowns and fillings for me and I can honestly say I have never experienced pain during or after the procedures. All of the staff at Northwest Dental are simply the best!

Me and my children have been coming here for a few years now and everyone in this office has been so consistently kind, accommodating, and honest. They've been flexible with scheduling appointments, have worked with me on making decisions that balance health and costs. And I'm so pleased with the quality of their work. In addition to general cleaning and routine work like cavity filling, they did a great job with my Invisalign and I get compliments on my teeth all the time!

Caring and patient professionals. They'll chat with you about your appointment and your family. They're gentle, but will also respect your wishes to go without being numbed, when possible. I've done that with some of my smaller fillings. I can feel pretty at the dentist, plus I suffer from chronic migraines and they are quite accommodating. They also have a small children's play area in the waiting room.

I've only ever seen Dr. Cook, but I haven't heard anything bad about the other dentist, either. I've been going there for many years and my only poor experience was with a receptionist that is no longer employed there. I usually make my appointments in the morning and rarely wait even 5 minutes. My husband has to make his appointments late in the day and has waited up to 45 minutes.

I just had a crown put on yesterday which took 3 hours- that is normal. I'll admit it was a tricky procedure because I have a small mouth, however it was painful. I have visible sores on the left side of my lips today, and I've never had a dental office do that to my mouth- where there are visible sores on the outside. The one time that I wanted to be gassed was yesterday and their nitrogen was low/ out and did not have any effects to ease my mind.

It was 3 hours of yanking and grinding with thirty minutes rest in between. I know that's how crown procedures are, but maybe my mouth was simply too small for their tools. I was opening as wide as I possibly could. Their dentist was polite enough, but really wasn't all that personable with me. I'm not asking for a full fledged conversation, but a little is nice.

He also seems to lack patience with his dental assistants. (I could be reading into that incorrectly though) My first dental cleaning there, I detected that he seemed very short and somewhat impatient with his assistants. Anyway I am not sure if I'll be going back again. I chose this place because they had such great reviews. I guess I had a somewhat different experience then most.
