Great experience at North Ridge Dental. First time meeting Dr. Philip in person, it was because of my implant crown coming off and he worked very quickly to detail all of my options. Second time was for my scheduled cleaning and he was thorough as well as his staff. They identified an area that had been monitored for a while and determine there was some decay. He and his staff worked quickly and precisely to get it fixed and back on my way. Thankful for his honesty, will continue to refer my family and friends to his business.

This was my first visit to North Ridge Dental and I can say nothing but wonderful things about my experience. From the moment I walked in to the time that I left everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Right away Dr. Wright was able to put me at ease and to explain everything thoroughly. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to others.

My hygienist and doc were knowledgeable and friendly. I needed some work and they fit me in right after my regular appointment. Saved me from having to come back!

A great dentist with a good personality. Doesn't try to upsell you for unnecessary procedures. One complaint the mint chocolate polish is not made with real chocolate.

Dr. Wright and his team do an excellent job! Today I went in for a routine cleaning, and my hygienist was highly skilled and gentle (they're all great!). It was my first time meeting Dr. Wright, who recently took over this practice, and he gave me great advice on some work I want done. I've been to dental practices in the past where they try to sell you things all the time. This is not the case here. I will happily stick with North Ridge Dental because of their high quality, patient-centered care.

Dr. Garrett and her staff are all wonderful! My hygienist Ashleigh always does a great job with cleanings, and does such a thorough job. She does a great job of making you feel comfortable and making the experience of going to the dentist feel less awkward. Dr. Garrett is wonderful and kind as well! Definitely a great place.

I have been going to Dr. Garrett for roughly fifteen years. She is by far the best dentist I have ever been to and I refuse to see anyone else. I've gone through a lot of surgeries and orthodontic care with my mouth and she has always been so compassionate and caring with everything I went through. If you are looking for a dentist you will not find one better than her, the front desk staff and all of her hygienists are amazing as well, I always feel "at home" when I go in, I couldn't be more thankful for Dr. Garrett and her team for everything they have done for me over the years.

I've been a patient of Dr. Garrett's for two years now. She and her staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Every hygienist I've seen has been a professional with a gentle touch. I needed some major reconstruction work done when I started as a patient, and I appreciate that Dr. Garrett broke the work into phases to fit my budget. This office takes the fear out of going to the dentist. My only suggestion for improvement is to take insurance. I'd love for Dr. Garrett to be an in-network provider for me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Garrett's for over 5 years now and I couldn't be happier! Now, my husband as well as my 2 and 4 year old girls are also patients. Dr. Garrett and and her staff are great with children and my girls actually think that it is a treat to go to the dentist! The staff is professional and warm. My time is always respected and I am never left waiting for my appointment.

My cleanings are thorough and gentle and when I do need a filling I feel that Dr. Garrett's attention to detail is excellent. Before a filling, I am giving a print out of the estimated costs and insurance coverage, so there is never any question as to what my out of pocket expense will be. I feel fortunate to have found such a great dentist for our family and will continue to refer her to our family and friends!

Dr. Garrett is phenomenal! We moved to Raleigh two years ago and I decided Dr. Garrett's office was a good choice because it was close to home. We got so much more than just proximity with that decision! The office staff are friendly and always go the extra mile to make sure you have all the necessary information regarding your dental care. My first visit last spring included a routine cleaning with an awesome hygienist and Dr. Garrett gave me a treatment plan to best approach long-term dental needs.

My plan has included replacing fillings and most recently, I had to have a root canal and crown. I have horrible anxiety when having to go to the dentist and everyone made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Garrett's office will surely be the place we recommend to friends and family for any dental needs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Garrett's for a year now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! I have many allergies which made me very nervous about going to the dentist in the past. However, Dr. Garrett and her staff have been more than accommodating. I have always felt that they truly cared about my situation and would do whatever necessary to ensure I received the best possible dental care. My hygienist Ashleigh is a sweetheart. She gives me the best cleanings I have ever had!

I really like Dr. Garrett and her staff. Ashley is my hygienist and she does an awesome job. She is very thorough but gentle anywhere my teeth are sensitive (sensitivities which go away after a good cleaning). Dr. Garrett's inspection of my teeth and gums seems very careful and her advice and recommendations have been thoughtful. Importantly, she hasn't recommended any pricey / unnecessary procedures (as other dentists have) and my mouth has remained healthy since I started my visits. The other women in the office are polite and friendly and have handled my insurance and bills without any issues. I would definitely recommend Dr. Garrett.

Dr Garrett and her staff are wonderful! You can tell when you walk through the door that you will be getting quality care. When I've needed treatment, she's made sure I understood exactly what that entailed and which things should be done first. Dr. Garrett is also very conscious of a patient's comfort during treatment, which I've both experienced first hand and witnessed with her care of my 4 children who've had sealants, fillings and extractions. I trust the dental health of my family to Dr. Garrett.you should too!

I started going to Dr. Garrett 2+ years ago when I moved to the Raleigh area and I feel so lucky to have found such a trustworthy and caring dentist. By the time I started seeing Dr. Garrett I already had a mouth full of fillings and some were starting to crack. She has fixed all my problems and made my teeth look and feel fantastic! Dr. Garrett has fixed 2 fillings (a previous dentist had filled them and they cracked) and did a crown.

She took the time to cleary explain to me the procedures and costs beforehand which was very reassuring. She is always caring and professional and makes sure I am comfortable with the procedures and results. Her staff is always friendly and professional and very gentle. They are always on time and efficient so I am never left sitting and waiting for my appointment.

They have always been clear with billing and insurance and I have no complaints! There are a lot of choices for dentists in the Raleigh area and I would not go anywhere else. I even started sending my toddler, my husband, and friends to Dr. Garrett as I trust her completely and have been very happy with the care I receive at her practice.

Long Time Patient & very satisfied. I bounced around to few dentists in Chapel Hill when I first moved to the area and just never felt comfortable until I found Dr. Garrett's office. I 've now been a patient at this practice for many years and have always had great experiences at her office. In fact, my whole family now sees them as well.

I have always found the staff to be simply great and the care they provide to be wonderful. They take the time to make sure you understand everything and to answer all of my questions. I live in Apex and work in Chapel Hill, but prefer to visit her office in Raleigh for my dental care. They are that good.
