Seth Briggs is an amazing Dr who cares deeply about his patients and their families. My two girls and husband look forward to going to their apts and talking to Dr. Briggs and his staff. Ice cream in the summer is also a big hit with my girls and shows Austin Ortho cares about their patients and goes the extra mile. Can't be happier with this entire team! Thank you Austin Ortho!

Dr. Briggs is the best! My daughter loves coming to Dr. Briggs as he is very gentle and attentive with kids and explains the treatment in detail. She was initially very scared to get her braces but after meeting with Dr. Briggs all her worries were gone and she is now excited for all her visits. The staff is great too, all are very gentle and attentive in their treatment and explain things in detail.

No one tries to rush the appointment. So overall pretty satisfied and happy with the orthodontal treatment we are getting from Dr. Briggs and his staff. Update: After 7 months my daughter's braces are removed and the entire experience has been great. The bite correction and space creation in her upper jaw was prefect. Our experience was great and hence my wife also started going to Dr. Briggs for her bite correction.

Great experience here. My 14 year old son tried Invisalign, but unfortunately that didn't end up working out. Because of the "teen guarantee" they have, he was able to switch to braces within 6 months. Dr. Briggs and his team made the switch for my son and I am so appreciative.

I have been seeing Dr Seth Briggs for my orthodontic treatment. Awesome office and courteous staff. Always accommodate change in the schedule and/or any urgent appointments needed for broken brackets etc.

There's really only one place to go in Austin for ORTHO, and it's Austin ORTHO. Service is a amazing, staff if friendly, and they always make you feel welcome. Super organized and on time.always.every time!

The staff is always super friendly and Dr. Briggs, although very busy, always takes the time to ask about the kids, make sure everything feels good with their braces, and answers any questions. We are on our 3rd child with braces and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

My 8 year old got an expander, and Dr. Briggs and staff were great throughout the whole process. We just got hers off (after almost 11 months) and will return to Dr Briggs for braces in the future!

I really can't praise this team enough. Every person that we've encountered (from our very first visit and everyone afterward) has been SO nice & professional and nice. Austin Orthodontist is very welcoming, efficient, and super clean! Everyone there was extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. Both of my kids have been under Dr. Briggs's care for a few years and I can attest that he's truly one of the best! We moved further away from the office, but couldn't make the leap to another provider because the level of care given at Austin Orthodontics is excellent. This proved true just yesterday when one of my girls had an ortho emergency and Dr. Briggs didn't hesitate to meet us at their office on a day they were closed.

It seems that finding providers who are genuinely invested in your health are harder to come by and if you're looking for just that, then go to Austin Orthodontics. The entire staff is always friendly and takes such great care of my kids!

Wait time was good. Dr. Briggs explained my child's orthodontic needs clearly and answered my questions patiently.

I have been visiting Austin orthodontics for last 1 year and they are simply superb. I moved from. Seattle and they were referred to me by Bruner orthodontics as a transfer patient. I have broken my braces couple of times and they accommodated immediate appointments to fix them.

Dr. Briggs and his staff were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was happy that my 8 year old didn't have to do impressions and was scanned quickly instead. I'd highly recommend!

My permanent retainer became unbonded during the weekend and I needed a quick repair - but I had never been to an Ortho in Austin and didn't know where to start. I did a ton of research and ended up calling Austin Orthodontics first, and I'm so glad I did, because I had a truly delightful experience getting the repair completed! Every person who helped me during this process was so caring, polite, and kind.

I first spoke with Daniella - and right off the bat, she gave me clear and transparent pricing on what the likely services would cost - loved that. Then she sent me over new patient paperwork to fill out and called me back no more than 5 minutes after I submitted them to book me an appointment. I didn't expect such a quick response - she was on it!

I got booked an appt for their first opening (about 48 hours later), which was OK with me for a wait time to get in. Once I arrived, Mayra got to work on figuring out what I needed. She helped with my super finicky glue / bite situation and was so patient with my dental anxiety. She kept filing away until I was satisfied and was committed to making sure I felt good about how my bite felt against the glue before she finished up.

Even though I was in for a simple repair, I also met Dr Briggs, which was unexpected and delightful. He made me feel like I was an important new patient, even though I was just in for a little fix. I didn't catch the names of the lovely front desk girls and the Office Manager that helped me check out and process payment - but they were also just fantastic.

So quick, efficient, and caring about my time. I don't need any additional Orthodontic work done. but I hope I find another reason to come back for a future visit because it was quite a wonderful experience. :) Thanks y'all!

I would first like to share that I am a dental hygienist so I am naturally very particular. I instinctively scrutinize an office's infection control protocol. Let me assure you that you and your family will be safe as their infection control protocol is impeccable. Dr. Briggs prepared for my appointment by discussing my case with my oral surgeon before I came in.

This was helpful since he had already familiarized himself with my medical records and treatment options. After a thorough examination including imaging, the proposed treatment plan was explained to me with accompanying visual aids. I was encouraged to ask questions and even email Kenzie when I got home if I thought of any other questions. While there, Kenzie reviewed the total cost of my procedures from start to finish so there will be no surprise costs in the future.

As for the overall experience, I couldn't be more pleased with how friendly and helpful everyone on staff was. In addition, the office is beautiful with lots of natural light from the large windows. I look forward to starting my treatment and to referring patients to Austin Orthodontics.

I used to be a patient of Dr. Nelson's close to 15 years ago. My permanent retainer began to have issues and Dr. Briggs office saw me same day to get it removed and have pictures taken for removable retainer. Extremely pleased to know this office still continues to be excellent!

Austin Ortho is such an amazing place! The staff are always super friendly and personable. They take their clients health seriously, and are proactive with screening and taking temperatures before letting clients inside. Dr. Briggs is always very friendly. He not only remembers my name, but also previous personal details I've talked about. Dr. Briggs spends time with each client making sure that their teeth not only look perfect to him but perfect to them as well. He always listens to concerns and explains his decisions extensively so that clients can be confident with treatment. Would rate 7/5 if I could!

The COVID procedures are effective and well planned. They were polite and helpful, just as we've come to expect. Dr. Briggs kept us informed of what he was doing and what to expect. Today he had on some really fun bicycle themed socks. My daughter's orthodontic care is progressing as expected. I wish we had these level of techniques when I needed Braces as a kid!

I had a great experience yesterday with the amazing staff at Austin Orthodontics. New patient coordinator Lauren, was really friendly and helped me get everything set up before walking in the door. They had a rather streamlined process from the curbside check in, to xrays, to consultation with Dr Briggs that I found incredibly helpful. I was blown away with how easygoing the staff were and I can't wait for my next visit. They seem to be in very high demand so I recommend booking your appointment early.

Austin Orthodontics is top notch. The staff are very friendly and very professional. Dr. Briggs does an excellent job explaining orthodontic options for my son.

My 12-year-old son has a tooth which was growing in sideways, and his dentist insisted on an orthodontic consult before his next dental appointment to ensure orthodontia wasn't necessary, and referred us to Dr. Briggs. At the consultation my son was taken to get his imaging/x-rays, and the dental technician asked him if he wanted Invisalign or braces.

When we met with Dr. Briggs, Dr. Briggs talked about braces as if they were inevitable and as if all children needed them, it was just a matter of when, and emphasized there were both aesthetic and functional reasons to get braces. I had to ask several clarifying questions before he would say outright that there was NEITHER aesthetic NOR functional reasons for my son to get braces.

Until I asked those questions, it was heavily implied that my son would be getting the braces, and we weren't there to discuss IF, but when. Luckily this was a complimentary consultation. I will not be going here again. If you are already seeing Dr. Briggs, I recommend grilling him about the necessity of the orthidonture, because that information will not be readily provided.

Very kind and expert staff that have helped my orthodontic concerns and care for a year now. As someone that transplanted from the Bay Area, I was worried I would not be able to quickly find another orthodontist, but this office placed my fears at ease.

Dr. Briggs is amazing. He has an incredible sense of care for children. You can tell he truly loves the children he cares for each day. He cared for my daughter's braces for several years. When my teenage daughter expressed an interest in pursuing orthodontia he invited her to shadow him in his practice over the summer. His attention has helped spur her focus in a career in dental orthodontia. Please give Dr. Briggs and his team an opportunity to demonstrate the care I know as amazing.

My daughter had previously went to another orthodontist in the area and was told she would need some teeth removed and major surgery to fix her under bite and I wasnt comfortable with that plan of action. A friend recommended Dr Briggs and we got an appointment quickly for an assessment. He took a lot of scans and gave us a less invasive treatment plan which suited our needs.

He is very gentle and kind and my daughter loves going in for her check ups. They have a little play area for her little brother so it is not a painful trip for us to wait. They have a really open room which makes it less scary for patients because they can see there are others getting painless checkups too. Great place with an amazing staff.

Excellent bedside manner; well informed; took time to answer all questions without feeling rushed. We found ourselves an a bit of an urgent situation & the DDS & his team found time in their busy schedule to accommodate us. Highly professional & comfortable waiting area.

We've been taking two of our children to this office for over a year now and I have nothing but great things that say about Dr. Briggs and his staff. The doctor himself is extremely kind and personable and works so well with my teens. The front office staff are some of the friendliest I've ever met. They are always helpful with working out appointments with our weird schedules. They really work hard to make The orthodontics experience a pleasant one.
