Poor customer service and even threaten me to call the police. I've been going to this dental office since 2008 and have been treated so unprofessional today by the greeting I received when I took my daughter in to get her routine cleaning. I've had braces placed on my daughter, cleanings, crowns and gum surgery at this facility. I will never go back here again based on the rude treatment I received about a balance that I asked to discuss privately with the office manager.

I was refused service today because I didn't want to discuss that with them until I had spoken to the office manager who was refiling my balance due to a claim that the insurance refuses to accept from notes and x-rays on a balance. Instead of treating me like a patient, this lady up front has no lost the business of both myself and my daughter. This office has gone way down in customer service and the treatment I received today was horrific they even threatened to call the police because I told this lady I wasn't going to discuss my payment with her. I was there to simply get my daughter teeth clean and I would deal with the office manager who is aware of my balance.

I came here for a cleaning after having not been to the dentist for a few years, and my experience couldn't have been more pleasant. Sima, the hygienist, is top notch. She is super receptive to your needs as a patient, always checking to make sure you're comfortable, and communicating throughout the entire process. I couldn't recommend her more, especially for patients who might have anxiety about going to the dentist. 5 stars.

Went for my daughter's first dentist appointment and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was nervous that my baby was going to be too antsy/afraid to get her teeth cleaned but they truly are pros with kids, and made it fun for her. Friendly and well communicating team they have up there.

If you're looking for a great dentist office, then look no further. Imagix is awesome! I've gone here for years and I can assure you that they're one of the best. (I tried going to a dentist office that's walking distance from me, and I came running back to Imagix.) I have to give a special shout-out to one of the best hygienists that I've ever worked with - Sima, along with my orthodontist there - Dr. Fleming, who both make sure my teeth are pearly white and straight :)

This place is the best! Never a long wait and everyone is always incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Any cleanings or procedures I've had here have been speedy but not at all hurried--the dentists and hygienists here are very thorough and professional. Sima especially is amazing! Always so kind and lovely to talk to, and she is really informative when it comes to the treatments you're receiving etc. I highly recommend this place!

Dr. Fleming is a phenomenal orthodontist! He patiently explains the plan, what works best for you, and what you should expect as the process goes along. His team is so sweet! Thank you all so much for all you do

Whole staff was friendly and professional. Started with Imagix Dental of Alpharetta May of 2020 and my experience the whole time was amazing. Scheduling appointments are simple and quick and they also give you a call as a reminder, which is very helpful. Dr. Fleming was nice and made my experience great overall. His expertise made me feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend anyone to this office. -Hersh

The receptionist was a bit indifferent about seeing me, a little robotic. The Endodontist and his assistant were fantastic! Do not let all the bad reviews scare you, they were very transparent about the financial aspect of the appointment and the doctor had such good bedside manners. He answered all my questions and even entertained some curiosity questions. He seemed very knowledgeable and very experienced. I hope I don't need another root canal but if I do, I'm coming here for every single one.

I am very disappointed by the service at the Imagix. I and my daughter went to the Imagix as new patient, As usual we have completed all paper works and then X-ray's were taken. After a while a dentist came and checked my teeth and said you need deep leaning. I said, I go to every six moths to a dentist and every time they do check up and regular cleaning.

But here the dentist keep saying that you need deep cleaning. I asked for regular cleaning which is 100% covered by my insurance but the dentist said you need deep cleaning, For the deep cleaning I need to pay approx. $200 out of pocket. I refused and asked to do only the regular cleaning. The the dentist refused to do regular cleaning and I had to leave and they charged me $10 for X-rays as well.

I and my daughter left the office without any service. If you are a new patient be careful, this place is trying to perform unnecessary services and they will change you. I called my uncle (who is a retired dentist). He said dentist can recommend deep cleaning only after performing regular cleaning.

Very incompetent front desk staff. We have been taking our daughter to this office for the last two and a half years and have had nothing but issues. They constantly ask for insurance info and try to up sell items. Every time we go in for a cleaning they want to add additional services and hijack our out of pocket costs. Last appointment was the last straw.

I called in several weeks prior to my daughters appointment to advise we had different insurance as I changed jobs. Provided them the new insurance details and asked them to confirm prior to our appointment. Before I called I had checked on the blue shield blue Cross website if they were in deed in network and they were. Also called to confirm and insurance did as well.

On the day of our appointment we checked in and were directed to sit while she was called. Once she was called after a 20 minute wait they brought her back out and stated that the insurance needed to be reconnected. I asked why they did not do that to prior to the appointment when I called to update the insurance. They played dumb and acted as if I was lying and was being an annoyance to them.

Meanwhile I'm taking time off work and my daughter is missing class. After an hour wait I asked what the holdup was.they stated they were still not able to contact our insurance and more than likely we had to reschedule or pay the bill and work with our insurance. They also had an attitude while relaying this information. We decided to just have my daughter be seen by our dentist over at Jones Bridge Dental.

We do not recommend this location at all. They seem to have tons of inexperienced personnel that do not know the meaning of customer service or show value from their patients time. We are much more happy with the service she has been receiving at Jones Bridge Dental.
