I finally found dentists I trust! Both Dr. Jacobsen and Dr. Shaw have been excellent and have given top-level service. I feel so comfortable in their office and they've been transparent about any costs.

I had my first appointment with new32 two days ago and could not have been more impressed. My move was required because my previous dentist retired for health reasons. I asked for recommendations from quite a number of friends, and new32 was mentioned by several, in very glowing terms. My previous dentist's retirement was sudden, and occurred shortly before I was to see him. New32 did not have immediate openings for a prophylaxis visit, but they offered to let me know when a cancellation occurred.

They contacted me and I was given an appointment within 3 weeks, which I think is astounding given the fact that I was a new patient to them. The office is convenient, modern, spotless, with parking in the building. The staff is pleasant, thorough, and efficient. My dental hygienist gave me the best cleaning I've had in many years, and Dr. Beth Shaw gave me a better head and neck exam (including thyroid) than I have had before. I recommend the practice most highly. I look forward to my next visit.

Christina met me with a smile and knew I was coming. The dental assistant was cheerful & welcoming as well. Dr. Jacobson was her usual gracious self. The pace was somewhat slow - with such a busy practice! Took 2 1/2 hrs. Of course the anti pain "shots" hurt. The procedure was what it was. I did not leave with any pain. Hard not to really like the doctor! I'm glad that they are my dentists.

This office is exceptional! Every time I go for a cleaning, great care and effort is extended to make sure my dental experience is optimal. I cannot say enough about the Beth's and how personable and professional and knowledgeable they are with regard to dentistry. Their team also has this same great dental ethic and makes for a pleasant visit from start to finish. Well done New32, I love coming here.

Our 3 year old daughter was not scared of dentist appointments after her visit to New32, they are so great with kids! She got to wear cool kid shades, watch cartoons to distract while her teeth got cleaned, and pick out a toy from the treasure chest afterwards. And since she's been bragging to her brother about going to the dentist it was such a good experience

I'm always treated professionally on a very cordial environment. They always care for my dental needs quickly and completely, and are skilled in the newest techniques. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This dental practice is focused on patient experience and quality care. As a new patient, they made every step of the process great. Communication from the office was timely, easy and thorough in scheduling and completing forms. The hygienist communicated everything she was doing clearly and provided choices for me. The dentist Dr Beth Jacobsen was wonderful in explaining her assessment of the exam and making recommendations. I really appreciate their respect for patients.

I have been going here a few years now and everyone I've encountered is super friendly and knowledgeable. They make going to the dentist super easy and not a chore at all. Beth Shaw is the finest dentist I've known, and I've known many fine ones. She's meticulous, efficient, and straight-up honest. And her craftmanship is truly exceptional. The whole experience is almost even fun, sort of.

Was a patient several years ago when the two Beths started the practice. Couldn't have had a better experience then, both routine care and more complex procedures like repairing a crown and needing a new one, but then we moved away. Happily we just moved back to the area and I had my routine cleaning today. Covid protocols first rate. I had an outstanding experience yet again, and after 5 years they remembered my preferences which was very impressive. I was greeted like an old friend by both the hygienist and Dr Beth. Honestly, it doesn't get any better. Thank you so much, job well done, and I'm so happy to be back!

Dr. Jacobsen has a high standard of quality and detail! As well, her level of care for her patients approximates the kind of care she would give a family member. While not inexpensive, she and her team are definitely worth the investment.

I am a new patient in this practice and so far extremely impressed with the quality of care. Dr. Shaw took X-rays and found 2 small cavities that my former dentist in another state had missed. She filled them in one visit and without pain. I had a resorption problem in one tooth and she sent me to to a superb endodontist. The communication between the two dentists was quick and excellent, and as a result I was able to get a filling in my crown without even waiting. Dr. Shaw explains everything, the office is pristine, and staff friendly and efficient. Not as inexpensive as my last dentist but the equipment and procedures are much more up to date and well worth it. I highly recommend this practice.

Told me to go back to my original orthodontist to have them fix an issue that was done 15 years ago in a different state. Wouldn't even schedule an appointment and the email was pretty crass. Thanks for that!

I'm still a new patient here, but I only have great things to say about them! Everyone I've encountered there has been so helpful and thoughtful, definitely a good place to go for people who have anxiety about dental procedures. I even got a follow up phone call today from my dentist (the actual dentist, not a staff member) to see how the temporary crown was feeling a week in. Seriously could not be more happy with where I am now. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new dentist!

I tend to be an anxious patient when it comes to dental work. I've had really bad experiences in the past with dentists so when I find a dentist I trust, I never want to leave. In my thirty years on this planet, I've had four dentists, from two different offices, that I trust and feel comfortable with. Dr. Jacobsen and Dr. Shaw are two of those four dentists.

Before finally getting in touch with New32 Dental, I was traveling an hour and a half, for four years, to see my college dentist. I just couldn't imagine having any other dentist, especially after having awful experiences with dentists before him. I was finally ready to find a dentist in Seattle and when I asked who he would recommend he only gave me one suggestion: Dr. Jacobsen and Dr. Shaw at New32 Dental.

They are beyond professional, the dental hygienists are incredibly gentle and personable, the office administrators are always kind and caring, and the office is very comfortable. I recommend them to any friend in need of a dentist and I am lucky to have them for all of my dental needs.

I have been completely satisfied as a patient here. My teeth have needed a lot of work pretty much all my life-- fillings, braces, crowns, and one root canal-- and I have been to many different dentists. I want someone who is the best at what they do, and if I have to choose between top quality work and a pleasant experience and pretty office, I'll take the quality work without hesitation. Luckily, as a patient here I don't have to choose.

I was referred here by a friend of mine whose father was a dentist, who has worked for many dentists and now works for them. She raved about them, both as lovely people who treat their staff well, and as high caliber dentists. And she was right. The office experience is very patient centered, with a pleasant office, a fridge full of water bottles in the waiting room, and very nice receptionists.

They also have a support staff that is as professional as the dentists. I needed a crown on a tooth that had been filled years before, and they were able to give me an accurate estimate after contacting my insurance company and verifying what would be covered. It was less expensive than I expected, too. As for the work itself, it was excellent. Everything was throughly explained to me ahead of time, including possible changes in plan that we might have to decide once they saw how it looked under the old filling.

And while I was in the chair, they had a TV I could watch with headphones to distract myself from the work they were doing. I had no pain; they were very skillful with the anesthetic, and somehow it wore off exactly in time for me to leave without half my face not working. I've also been confident throughout the process that they would immediately resolve any issues that may have arisen.

I didn't have any, but they made it clear that they want their patients to be satisfied. My husband went in the other day for his first checkup in a while, and he was very pleased, too. Oh, I almost forgot, after my checkup, the dentist who worked on me sent me a thank you note. And after my first day of crown work, the dentist who worked on me called me the next morning to see how I was doing. They value their patients, and they do good work. I highly recommend this practice.

By far my most favorite dentist(s) I've ever had. Friendly, polite, punctual and compassionate. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs an amazing dentist(s). Thanks ladies!

I moved here a few months ago and was in need of a new dentist. Per the excellent reviews on Yelp I decided to make an appointment at New32. This is a lovely office with gentle and kind staff and dentists. I have seen Dr. Shaw twice now and she is just wonderful. She is very sensitive to your needs (and comfort level) and takes the time to ensure your questions and concerns have been answered.

I had mentioned that I had some cosmetic issues with the alignment of a few teeth. Dr. Shaw went through 3 scenarios of what I could have done if I wanted. She also reassured me that my teeth were fine and it was up to me if I wanted to undergo anymore procedures. Oh, and I almost forgot. After my initial cleaning, I received a handwritten card from Dr. Shaw welcoming me to the practice. I thought that was such a nice gesture.

Dr. Shaw is awesome! Lovely space, free parking and gentle dentistry with a warm welcome. Happy that I found my new dentist! I even received a hand written thank you card Chipped my front tooth last Friday and got in today to see Dr. Jacobsen. I have a partially filled tooth that breaks off every 4 or so years. This is probably the 5th time I have needed it repaired and Dr. Jacobsen did by far the BEST job ever to fix it.

She was amazing! The match is perfect and my front tooth never looked so good! She was super friendly and efficient and did an excellent job. These two ladies rock. Guilt/shame free dentistry is so refreshing. I wish I found them sooner. Makes going to the dentist enjoyable! Happy beyond!

After seeing Stacy Gilmore for 20 years I was reluctant to go to new dentists when she semi-retired, but I am very pleased with my experience so far. Dr Stacy recommended both Dr Beth's, which certainly got me in the door, however I am impressed with their level of customer service, office environment and attention to technical detail. Some of Stacy's staff (Ginger is the best hygienist ever) came over too.

I am dealing with complicated issues (implant shifting, crown cracks, sensitive gums mimicking root canal symptoms) and I need experts. I have no insurance right now, they tried to accommodate me. Eventually the plan is to offer a prepaid savings plan that might be a better arrangement. You will get excellent care at New32.

I made an appointment based on great reviews to fix my loose bridge. Then I realized I was booked with the new dentist and she didn't have time to start the work today although my whole point of this appointment was to fix this issue. On top of that she wasn't sure about my case and had to ask another dentists about my case and they totally had a different opinion.

I was there for 5 min and was rescheduled for another day. I decided that I can't trust a dentist who is not sure and had to cancel my next appointment. I was told that I will be charged for the 3 minutes conversation. I don't think this is a fair business. They were no treatments or x-rays. I had 3 minutes conversation with a dentist who wasn't sure if she was right!

I highly recommend. Great friendly staff, easy parking and scheduling. My 3 year old has seen them for his 6 month check up a couple of times. They are easing him into it and educating both of us. Glad I found them!

Amazing atmosphere, friendly, and knowledgable. Dr. Shaw and Dr. Jacobsen are amazing and helped my daughter overcome her fear of the dental office. I highly recommend New32! The rest of the staff is amazing too.

The dentists are great, the hygienists are friendly and thorough. The offices are clean and modern. As someone who took several years off from seeing the dentist, I was dreading going in and getting back to routine. They made it easy, they were non-judgmental but encouraging. I don't have kids, but I hear they have a special day for kids appointments full of costumes and props that will make kids at ease. Clever!

I hate the dentist. Hate, hate, hate. But I love new32. I grew up detesting cleanings, fillings, braces - the whole shabang. I had some crappy dentists that did subpar jobs. So, I ended up skipping out for six years while my oral health went downhill. Dr. Shaw was recommended by my wife, and I reluctantly went in. The whole office - receptionist to hygienist to dentist - were beyond outstanding. Sure, they're all pleasant. but most of all, they're darn good at what they do. Take it from someone who found plenty of excuses to stay away from the dentist for way too long: check out new32. You won't be disappointed.

I used to dread going to the dentist. So badly that, the month before my appointment, I would already be hemming and hawing over things I might need to do during my appointment that would require me to cancel. Then I happened across New32. The office is modern, clean, and inviting. The actual exam rooms have pull out X-ray machines to x-Ray your teeth while you sit in the chair - and come complete with your own tv that they can swivel out with a remote and headphones so you can catch up on the news (or real housewives *cough cough) while they do your cleaning, fillings, whatever. Suddenly, I don't hate the dentist anymore. Suddenly, my real housewives watching feels, dare I say, productive? Bonus points for giving coffee gift cards to the nearby cafe post-filling, as they say it helps reduce the numbness. It's a nice touch that makes me feel a little warm and fuzzy towards my dentist- which are words I would have never expected to utter.

WOW. I cannot say enough good things about New32, Dr Shaw, and Dr Jacobsen. I'll start with the office. The location is beyond convenient as it's easily accessed on 25th, free parking garage (no stress looking for a spot, and no parking validation - hello downtown dentists, get with the picture!), across from university village so you can run into the shops post-appointment, and the office is built like a 5-star aveda spa.

All of the details are gorgeous. Now, the doctors! They are kind, personable, whip-smart, and meticulous at their craft. I trust them with my teeth, and highly recommend that you do the same! Call now because I guarantee this dentist is better than yours.

I absolutely love New 32, I have been going here for a couple of years. When I started it was Dr. Fleigor (not sure if I spelled that correctly). He was wonderful and the rest of the staff was equally wonderful. Now he has moved and Dr. Jacobson and Dr. Shaw have taken over. They are just as wonderful! The office is clean and modern and warm. They have the latest technology and are very knowledgeable.

You can watch TV while in the chair. I never wait long to go back once I have arrived. I have several issues that cause cavities to appear quickly and they are always friendly and helpful in trying to prevent them. They provide many tips for me and product recommendations. My cleanings are never painful, they are very gentle and aware of my facial expressions (in relation to discomfort).

In the past this has been a problem for me, so this was a very important part of a new dentist when I was looking. I do not think anyone likes going to the dentist, but when it is time, go to New 32, they are the best in Seattle. I actually speak so highly of it, that my out of state mum is going to be going there as she and my dad transition back into Seattle!
