Winter Harvey

Do not hesitate to go to Dr. Winter! I have the biggest fear of dentists, from bad past experiences. For this reason, I endured tooth pain for much too long. When I reached the point of not being able to eat anything, I researched dentists. I kept going back to Dr. Winter's website. They were able to get me in very quickly, even though I wasn't an established patient.

I was escorted in by Lucia, who is a total sweetheart. I was very nervous, but she patted my hand and reassured me. Dr. Winter came in and also put me at ease. He has the most wonderful bedside manner. Needless to say, it was the best dental experience I have ever had and will not hesitate to go back, or refer him to others. If you need any kind of dental work, pick up the phone and call now!

I called Albany Dental Care after finding them during a web search for emergency dental care. I had severe tooth pain. it was so painful I hadn't slept for 3 nights. I was not an established patient with their practice but they brought me in right away. They addressed the pain, referred me to an amazing endodontist for an almost immediate root canal (which was, believe it or not, a quick and pain free experience), and have since given me a post and a permanent crown, a much needed cleaning, and extracted another tooth that was cracked and decayed and not salvageable.

This outfit is great. They address issues immediately, they get back to you right away, everyone in the office is friendly and professional, and Dr. Winter is a master of his craft. Even the tooth extraction was quick and pain free. All my future dental care will be with Albany Dental Care. Excellent outfit.

Dr Winter, Cara, and Lyn have been very accommodating with my problem mouth and make me feel relaxed while I'm toe-tapping to the oldies! Diane and Kim at the front desk are very pleasant too, which is important since they are the first people we see going in. Thank you.

Best dental care I have experienced in my 57 years. I was referred to a sedation dentistry practice by my previous dentist due to anxiety related to dental care. Dr Winters and his team made my visits comfortable and accommodating to the point I did not require any sedation. Hats off to Albany Dental Care, P.C.!

I just want to say that I have been a patient of Dr. Harvey Winter for many years. I have an ongoing problem with a tooth and I went to see Dr. Winter for his advice on this matter. He is so calm, patient, kind and truly caring about all of us. That is truly a rarity these days. His motto is "I want to save your teeth if at all possible"! I appreciate him and feel blessed to have him as my dentist! He is a wonderful man with a true heart! I am so thankful my daughter recommended him to me.

I have been going to Dr Winter for many years. Thanks to Dr Winter and his staff, I have overcome my fear of dental work. I always opt for nitrous oxide to ease my anxiety. The doctor and his staff are thoroughly professional and have always made sure that I am comfortable during procedures. They do a great job.

I was really scared and nervous about my dental procedure because it always takes a lot to get me numb, and it did this time, too. But Doctor Winter and his assistant Lyn were so calm and reassuring - and funny! - that it all went just fine. I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness.

It's unfortunate that I can only give this practice 5 stars! The entire office staff is as amazing as Dr. Winter. He is the first dentist I have have ever been to that has been able to actually get me numb. This practice sees you as a person that can have fear and anxiety. I had some pretty severe dental anxiety but Dr Winter not only makes you feel comfortable, he makes it so you don't feel a thing. Seriously, I didn't even feel the needle go in.

Even though I still have anxiety about the dentist, it is much less and by the time Dr Winter gets to work in there I am pretty relaxed! This is an amazing dentist and an amazing practice and I will always recommend Albany Dental Care to anyone in search of a great dentist.

I was very apprehensive about this visit. I knew this extraction would require cutting and stitching which is extremely unpleasant. Upon arrival, Dr Winter started to reassure me I would nt feel a thing. He seemed very confident which made me feel relaxed. I was surprised when I got the needle hardly felt it( he is very skilled). When he started to work I could nt believe how painless it was.

Everything went smoothly and soon it was done, didn t even feel stitching( shocked). I have been to many dentists in my 77 years he is the best and I would nt bat an eye at recommending him. If you fear the dentist, I strongly suggest you see him, you won t be disappointed.

Have not been to dentist in year's as I suffer from Generalized Anxiety Disorder and have had traumatic experiences going to dentist as a child. Felt at ease meeting with Dr. Winter and his staff. Highly recommend them.
