Honestly this dentist is great, I went there for 30 years and loved it. Tricia filled in a cavity wonderfully. But they don't take Delta Dental insurance anymore (the third most common insurance out there) and that really stinks. I've heard they don't take any insurance anymore but I have not verified that. When I got that letter I cried because it meant that the place I absolutely loved wouldn't treat me anymore. It has changed so much since Dr. Bill left

I had such a pleasant and informative experience at this office. Kammi was my dental hygienist and she was so easy to talk to and answered any questions I had about my dental health. I am new to the Albany area and dentist offices always make me a bit squeamish, but I am so glad I found this office. Everything was super clean, updated, and bright. I look forward to continuing care with them!

When my regular dentist retired, I asked around if anyone knew a good dentist. Since I owned a business, I came in contact with many customers and Dr. Herzog's name came up often. I made an appointment and from day one I found the staff to be efficient and friendly. Dr. Herzog was professional, well-informed, and took the time to listen to me and gave me a choice of options to choose from. I had no doubt that he was for me. I found that not only was he a perfectionist, but also a very nice guy. I wish I had found him years ago.

Dr Herzog and all the staff are very professional plus they all do an excellent job of making me feel comfortable there (even though I've neglected to get my treatments done in a timely manner). I'd like to especially thank my Dental Hygienist Megan for the excellent job she did - putting me back on track. With Dr Herzog and the staff, I have no reason to avoid the dentist as I look forward to making my future appointments in a timely manner :)

Dr. Primomo and all her staff do an excellent job and are very attentive to all my dental needs. She always does a great job to make sure that any dental work is painless and done in a timely manner. I've been going to this practice for years! Dr. Trish has the best bedside manner and is so attentive and caring. As well as all of the ladies in the office from the front desk to my favorite assistant Stephanie, they all ensure a great and friendly atmosphere to ease any concern with seeing the dentist. This is an amazing dental office in all aspects of its operation. Tricia and Herzog are probably among the very best dentists in the area. The office staff under Kathy are very cooperative and courteous. And the dental technicians are very efficient and professional. You can't ask for anything more.
