The first time I called was with a women and she was super nice and understanding and made an appointment for my niece for October which was pretty far away but I just wanted her to get her braces fixed. A couple weeks go by and her wires start breaking and giving her discomfort and pain. I try to call here and let them know that her braces are hurting her is there anyway we could come in earlier and the women on the phone was nice about it and put me on hold.
When they got back on the phone it was a man now and he informed me that not only can they not help me niece but they are gonna cancel the appointment now because she already has braces and he told me that if we were to come in the doctor would have said the same thing. Just unbelievable. Can this dental office literally help anyone?

Was hoping to take son to a local orthodontist but was treated like my personal experience with braces 2 years ago was not relevant to how he does things. My sons primary dr office called and confirmed details and was told it was fine to not have the health form, got there had son open his mouth said he needed the form but that he didn't think it would get approved by insurance and to schedule appointment after form was filled out.
I'm a single mom you took off work to spend 5 mins with the Dr. Just received a letter in the mail stating they wouldn't treat him. Don't worry I had absolutely no desire to return to your office I booked his appointment with Familia before I even got on the beltline. I would rather drive another hour to Familia then to be treated so unprofessionally.

Dr Kuhn has seen 3 out of my 4 children. He's very straightforward & runs his business as so & who can blame him. From the very start he informed us that if we missed appointments he wouldn't continue on & I guess maybe it's becoz I don't appreciate when people waste my time that I can understand this. With that being said, Dr Kuhn & his staff are friendly & accommodating. Thanks Madison Orthodontic Center!

Would NOT recommend this orthodontist! My daughter was a patient. We had went out of state for a wedding. When we got back we had two messages from the dentist office. When I returned the call I was told they would not see her anymore. She never missed an appointment, or was late. I asked to speak to the dentist as to why. When the dentist got on the phone he was very rude, and said she didn't care about getting her braces.
I explained we had went out of state for my brothers wedding, and she would be able to schedule and make weekly appointments. I also explained she had kept her spacers in. He rudely said they would no longer treat her, and hung up. For a year our new orthodontist has been trying to get a preauthorization from our insurance company. They finally got told that the other orthodontist needed to end their services in order for them to approve the new one. I called today, and the secretary knew exactly what I needed. If she knew that, then why wasn't it taken care of a year ago?
