I came in for an exam and cleaning, and somehow we never made it to the cleaning, although there was no health conditions that would have prevented it. Instead they come with a laundry list of expensive issues. I am older and and do have a couple things that could take some attention, but overall my teeth and gums are in good shape. Absolutely no complaints; no pain, no inflammation, no bleeding, no bad breath, visually everything looks great.

Over 60 with all my teeth and only one crown. Some how I didn't see the red flag and came back the next day. The hygienist was aggressive and abrasive, and kept saying I had an infection and needed a deep cleaning, I know now that's one their go to upsells. I did not have an infection and the cleaning wasn't even completed, they expected me to come back in a month, I do have some crooked teeth and they used this to say I was going to get gum disease and lose my teeth if I didn't straighten them out.

They misled me with their description of the invisalign treatment protocol, and even left out some things like a retainer. I made such a stupid decision and fell for it, now I'm on the hook for thousands of dollars, and the invisalign in in the garbage. They exaggerated the negative condition of my oral health to upsell me treatments and mislead me with the treatment protocol.

Learn from me and do your own research; and dig, dig, dig, because alot of health care negative information is buried these days. Before accepting a treatment based on your oral health, get a second opinion from a dentist that does not offer the treatment in question, invisalign. There is more to this story and I am also filing a complaint with the dental board.

I've been going there for years. Always the best service. Today Tene gave me the most enjoyable cleaning that I've had. Really made my day to talk to such a nice and pleasant person. So thorough and a very gentle touch. Definitely go there if you're looking for a professional, friendly and knowledgeable dental office.

We moved into Vegas about two years ago and needed a dentist. My bride found him in the yellow pages and we started going. The staff is very cordial and this practice is state of the art. So if you're a sissy like me and don't like pain, then this is the practice for you!

Wonderful place. Staff is always friendly and prompt. The vibe is great. All of the tech is super cool and up to date. They are so helpful either everything and make you feel comfortable. I never feel rushed or annoying for asking questions.

I received a warm and friendly welcome from Marigold at the front desk. Anissa, the dental assistant, gave me excellent advice on getting a retainer. Tene, my dental hygienist, gave me a pain-free cleaning. And I enjoyed meeting doctor Chung when she examined my teeth and mouth. Excellent! 5 stars!

Just had my last visit for my invisaline, now I'm ready for my veneers can't wait! I couldn't be more grateful for this staff and Dr. Edington. They are giving me the smile I've always wanted.

While my wife was in the process of receiving a $25,000.00 cash con job by the "Pitch Artist" Lori and the unqualified dentistry of the entire staff - I became paralyzed when I found out they were Not qualified to perform the procedure. The "pitch" of wafer-thin, custom-made shells of tooth-colored perfection to my wife beauty made us candidates! The materials designed to cover the front of my wife surface of teeth to improve her appearance - was unforgivable.

Her painful suffering week after week - got blown off by Lori and the Dentist himself. Red flags were everywhere. To make things worse, I am the person who lead my wife to this dentist. Way to go Mark!

Every time I arrive for an appointment I'm always greeted and and seen within 5-10 minutes of arriving. All of the staff are personable and kind. Dr. Eddington is the same way and always asks how I'm doing and if I have any concerns. I love coming here!

Needed crowns put on my 4 front teeth, i just can't believe how wonderful they look! At 68 1/2 years old i finally have the beautiful smile i always wanted! Thank you Dr Eddington and your staff

I have been coming here for the past four years now and I enjoy coming here! The staff is very welcoming and is on it when it comes to setting appointments. When things come up for dental work, they break down the pricing and provide options to choose from, which I like. The technology that they have here is awesome and modern. I also get a goody bag at the end of my cleaning that consists of a toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss! Tammy is my dental hygienist and she is super friendly and cleans my teeth well! I've met doctor Edington and Dr. Ahmed and they both are very knowledgeable and friendly as well! I will be back for my next cleaning in 6 months!

I found this dentist due to researching the top dentist for Invisalign. I came in today for a consult and everyone here has been so nice and pleasant to work with. I ended getting additional work done and I have had a great experience so far. I will be back for my Invisalign. I would highly recommend this dental office.

I read a ton of reviews about this dental office and felt very confident. I needed lots of work done. Fill ins, crowns and had a broken tooth that needed help! They were very quick to up sell everything. I came in for lots of damage and issues needing to be taken care and they jumped to Invisalign. Which alarmed me considering i needed so much work done. Def don't care about my bite until my thousands of dollars of work is done in teeth that needed saving.

Also my broken tooth, they immediately said probably not able to be saved. I felt weird about that so i went to another dentist and sure enough the tooth can be saved. They tried to jump on extraction so i have to get a 3,500 dental implant through the As well. I would say if a tooth is healthy and able to be saved that should be first and foremost.

Not a jump to extract for a dental implant. I'm very happy i went to another dentist and I've had all my teeth work mainly done and currently sitting in the endodontist chair to save this broken. Tooth and in which the endodontist also said great idea to save it. So glad i did i looked for another opinion. Stop up selling and the health and integrity of the teeth should be most important.

All the equipment is shiny and new. Just had a miscommunication about how much my insurance was going to cover, when i called they told me they took my insurance so I went in and they said "well deep cleaning is different" and I would be paying ~190 for deep cleaning. I ate the bill and forgot about it but then started receiving statements in the mail saying I owed another 75 dollars.

I paid what was on the original bill at the time services were rendered. (~190$) Don't know what the miscommunication was about but I went in and paid the 75 dollars :/ I just feel like they try to upsell you on everything with "routine" services and braces and Botox. And then I feel squeezed for another 75$ not originally on my bill. Oh well. I'll have to find someplace that really takes my insurance next time.

Awesome, awesome, awesome. I am definitely one of those people who have been traumatized by the dentist, so going in was a big leap of faith for me. The staff is so warm and friendly but even more so knowledgeable. Dr. Edington made me feel very comfortable and was surprisingly gentle while working. The overall experience was grade A from the service to pricing and payment options. Finally found a dentist office I can trust.

My husband and I are blown away with this practice. Everyone was so kind from the receptionist helping me set up a consultation to the nurses and the doctor was incredible. He runs a tight ship and everyone was professional and super efficient. They kept in mind my anxiety disorder and calmed me down when I freaked out during my extraction and even gave me more anesthesia when I felt pain during my teeth cleaning.

My teeth look so good already and I haven't even done my Invisalign treatment or gotten my implant placed and still have a few more cleanings to go. My husband is very happy as well with his cavity fill and is excited to begin his Invisalign treatment. His only complaint was the suction during his teeth cleaning wasn't as efficient since the water kept pooling in the back of his throat but we are incredibly happy to have found such a great group of people to help us in achieving a perfect smile. We will review the final product! 10/10 recommend :

I've been going to this dentist for so long. They do my regular cleanings, tjey fixed some old fillings I had, capped my front tooth beautifully, and I also did invisilign with them. The staff is always happy and welcoming! They are truly one of a kind and I'd recommend them ten times over.
