Dr. Tagliarini does great work! He needed to redo a few fillings that I had done at another dental practice just 12 months prior. I recently relocated to Boston and had a full set of x-rays done at a new dental practice. My new Dentist complimented the work that was done by Dr. Tagliarini and said it was holding up really well after a few years.

I have been having tooth pain, so I called to get an appointment and the receptionist was helpful. She scheduled me for later that week. I asked her if she could check to make sure my insurance was accepted. She said that she was not able to do that, however I could fax in a copy of the insurance card and address it to the office manager. The receptionist was wonderful, and I did as she had instructed me to.
A few hours later, I got a call from the office manager informing me that "first, the fax was not clear enough to read, and second I can just call the number on the back of the card myself." She was rude, but my tooth hurt so I spent the next two hours in the good old automated run around before I decided forget it. If they can not take the time to make sure I am covered, then they do not need my buisness. I am finding a new dentist.
