Today I had a dentist appointment, I came across a gentleman by the name of "E" he did a great job on the cleaning. Where others rushed, he took his time and made sure everything was taken cared of. The staff was friendly, the place was sanitary. I highly Recommend this dentistry to those seeking work to be done.

I don't even know where to start in regards to how poorly they conduct business. It's really sad especially because this is people's health we're talking about. I've been calling for over a week in effort to get an issue resolved regarding a prescription. For days I've been getting the run around and told that someone will get back to me by end of day.

I've spoken to reps and managers (including a manager named Lindsey today) who've all made empty guarantees of someone following up with me and nothing. I called again this afternoon a little before their close of day and got a rep who "verified" my info and then transferred me to a dead end. I've called other times and heard reps swearing in the background.extremely unprofessional.

Though I haven't received a call regarding my prescription that I've been calling about, I have received a call to reschedule my scheduled pre-op appointment. The kicker is I'm not having any operations so what's the pre-op appointment for?! For that situation I simply got an 'oops.' from the rep. Huge red flag!

Rude. We showed up seeking urgent care only to be turned away because they were technically closed. We arrived at 3:30 and immediately received an attitude from the nurse at the front desk for arriving late. When my friend called the nurse said they closed at 4pm and as long as we arrived before then we would be seen. A doctor came out from the back with another nurse and talked to us in the waiting room amongst many people to hear our conversation.

The doctor commented on her inability to breathe and finish her sentences due to the fact, but said we could not be seen because they were closed. If someone is in need of care and fears it may be serious. Or wants some kind of diagnosis just to make sure they'll make it home tonight, please show up BEFORE 3:30 despite what the receptionist says about the 4pm closing time.

The security guards were exceptionally kind unlike the medical staff. I thank them for their humanity and understanding that my friend was having trouble breathing at the time. Stay blessed and healthy everyone and maybe don't go here

I have looking for mental health services since before the new rolled in. I get placed on hold only to speak to the answering service who can't help me with anything. I also got hung up on after waiting an hour on the phone. I feel this staff doesn't care about their patients.

Worst doctors office. I do not recommend this practice or location to anyone Starting from the receptionist, to the Gynecologist, and billing is a nightmare. I tried to give this place a few chances but everytime I came back was worse. Receptionist put you on hold forever, and when they pick up they're rude. I ended up in the er because the Gyno wasn't listening to a single word I was saying and kept throwing me on birthcontroll during all the Telehealth visits.

After me telling the gyno so many times I need to be looked at in person and need some kind of tests and possible scans or ultrasounds done. she kept making it seem like I was completely fine. Billing was so rude and couldn't explain not a single thing to me or help me. Fast forward a few months later and I'm very satisfied with my new gyno. The problem was found and solved my first couple visits.

They reschedule my appointments very frequently giving little to no notice. They never return my calls or call me when they say they will. I'll swallow the $200 new patient joining fee from these thieves, and go elsewhere.

Completely unorganized Saturday Covid 19 operations. The nurse providing testing at the front waiting area had no information regarding the vaccination process but instead informed patients to wait in her area. After 15 minutes of waiting the nurse points to another employee rushing into the facility stating" she will give the vaccine". Another 10 minutes goes by the nurse asks. "What are you here for again?" I resume to the security desk who directed me correctly.

The receptionist then asks me to go back to the front waiting area and I told her "to the area where the nurse is absolutely clueless'. The receptionist understands and inquiries about the vaccine schedule and staff. I waited almost an hour for the vaccine and my appt was scheduled for the first slot. Management must be onsite and aware of all operations. Completely unacceptable!
