NOTHING BUT BAD EXPERIENCE! I called for the first time to be a new client, they gave me my appointment, I went and filled out the application, they took X-rays to do the cleaning and they told me that they needed to call my insurance to see what it covered, they gave me another appointment but before that They called me that they could not contact my insurance company, I called my insurance company and if they answered me, I asked for information about what it covers and I called the clinic 2/16/21 and I told them, they told me that They would call me yesterday the 17th and they did not call me, today I called and they said that they still do not have my insurance information and I told them that I needed to know because they only tell me that they are going to call me and they never call me and I needed to know if they would attend me if not to find another clinic and they hung up on me you guys aren't professional at all if you don't want new clients just say DON'T WASTE PEOPLE'S TIME!

Stay away! This dentist told me I had five cavities, when I've never had a cavity in my life. I took my x-ray to another dentist (Stacey Dental) who said he couldn't even see a hint of a cavity forming in the x-ray taken at Radiant Smile. Five years later, I still have no cavities. This dentist is just out to make money by doing completely unnecessary work. He's really hurt my trust in the dental professional.

This place was the best dentist that I have ever been to. I have bad phobia when it comes to dental places bcuz of the bad experiences I have endured but not here. First the staff made me feel like family, the doctor did an amazing job and not once did I feel any pain. Haven't been to a dentist office for a long time. My friends strongly recommended me Dr. Stepanenkov's office. I cant explain how grateful I am! I have extremely sensitive teeth and scared of pain to death, but Dr. Edward made sure that I didn't feel a thing. He is always nice and caring, answering all the questions. He fixed 8 of my teeth in a short period of time and no pain!
I was so impressed that starting sending all my friends to his office too! Everybody is so nice and very helpful at this dentistry. I had to stop by recently just to get checked- found a little mark under my lip that hurt. They didn't have any problem to check me without an appointment and used new laser equipment which helped me to heal in 3 days instead of 10! I recommend this dentistry to absolutely everybody!

First saw Dr. Stepanenkov when I needed an emergency crown done last November and have since been back for regular cleaning and another needed crown. Extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff. Very nice people and best of all, it didn't feel like a dental mill - they took the time to do the job correctly. Plus, they have all the latest technology at their disposal. Edward is an excellent dentist. Since I had contact with him I found something special with his work, the way he explains by performing, helped me lot to find my smile back. Despite that we are still busy working on my teeth to get done I can't wait to describe him that he is an excellent dentist, the one I can trust and recommend my loved ones to.

My experience at Radiant Smile Dentistry was very good! They were always in such a good mood, I felt like they were happy to see me every time I went in. I had two crowns put in. They explained things very well and helped me with getting care credit! Also, free of charge they shaved down a tooth that had been looking funny for a long time. It looks so much better.
I smile now, without feeling self conscious about it. I can also eat on the right side of my mouth again! I'm very glad I went to Radiant Smile, I would recommend them to anyone.
