They are very caring, explained everything witn understanding words. I am happy that Dr Anthony sent me to Featherstone Periodontics from Burch Dental. I feel safe to have my procedure done with them. Thank you to a great staff and doctor. They have made my dreams come true I can't wait to work with both Dr Anthony at Burch dental and Dr Andreasen.

I couldn't have had better care. after falling on breaking my front teeth, Dr. Lindman and his staff made me feel confident that my final outcome would be wonderful.which was very comforting. My surgery was painless, my healing went well and now I have my smile back again! Thank you to everyone at your office!

All personnel were extremely friendly and concerned with my comfort. I was there for a consultation, and it was very easy. I was a little surprised to learn of the cost of my procedures, but when you think of the equipment, the number of staff, the lovely office, etc., it makes sense. Would like to know what my dental insurance may cover, but insurance companies are taking 60 days to respond, I was told. Therefore, I will need to pay the bill and have the insurance company pay me directly.

The hygienist was very thorough and professional. She did a great job. The dentist came in during my teeth cleaning and reviewed and explained everything to me in an easy to understand manner. I have been a patient for several years and always pleased with the work they do.

Dr Lindman is both professional and personable. My implant and bone graft surgery was successful and pain free. I don't know why I waited so long.

Dr. Andreasen did an awesome job on my LANAP surgery virtually no pain. She called to personally check on me the next morning. Highly recommend if you need some serious work done.

This has been my fourth extraction and pending implant with Featherstone Periodontics. Everyone has always been extremely friendly, helpful, caring, and professional. I would not go anywhere else for these procedures. I've never had any postoperative complications or discomfort. They provide excellent pre and postoperative information, both written and verbal so you understand what you should expect every step of the way. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience.

As soon as I got there, I knew I was in a good place. Clean and fresh feeling. The people were upbeat, which made me very comfortable. I was in a new place to get 2 teeth extracted. I can't say enough good things about this place! I completely understand why this place has 5 stars! My husband had a horrible toothache and couldn't get into our regular dentist. We were able to get in same day here only to find out with our insurance we would have to pay in full and be reimbursed. We did not have all of the money upfront to pay for it but they worked with us and made a way for him to get out of pain and have his tooth extracted!

My husband who is a big strong guy was almost in tears from the pain and they were willing to help us despite our $$ situation! We are forever grateful and will definitely return/highly recommend!

SERIOUS WARNING: The five star reviews are bought, they're not real. I'm 52 yrs old with Delta Dental's best plan. I never in my life sat on the curb outside a doctor or dentist office and wept, crying in pain and frustration. NEVER trust Featherstone to care, NEVER. I set an appointment for a tooth extraction for debilitating pain, and when I tried to use my Flex card there wasn't enough money on the card (you'd think they'd check ahead, but no).

So the "Lead Nurse" or whoever said, "well if you have $400 we can make arrangements." Well, I only had $200 in my Checking account. She said, that's not enough and by the way, she said, "we're charging you $100 for the "missed appointment." Nice 4-door Porsche in the driveway, so at least the Dentist has what he needs. Greedy and absolutely heartless, never experienced anything like it.

Good job by everyone. The ladies checking me in and out were very nice. Sam does a very nice job on my teeth, she has a soft touch. She keeps me distracted with sports conversation. See you in six months!

If you can say dental work is a pleasant experience, you can say that at Featherstone. They were caring with treatment and follow up. Procedure was smooth with no pain.

I recently had to have my wisdom tooth removed. I was absolutely petrified to have any type of dental surgery. The front staff was so comforting and assured me that I was in great hands. Beckii and Dr. Lindman were phenomenal! They made sure that I was 100% comfortable. The procedure was so quick, I could not believe it. Susan contacted me that evening to check to see how I was doing after the surgery. I would highly recommend this office!

So happy to finally be able to return to Featherstone Periodontics after a COVID hiatus. I have been a patient for over ten years and am very thankful that my periodontal disease has been well controlled by semi annual visits. I have been seen by the same dental hygienist for most of those years, Juanita. First of all, a big thank you to her and best wishes for a long and happy retirement! And secondly, thank you to Heather who had big shoes to fill and did it very, very well. I look forward to continuing to receive such wonderful care in the future.

My operation went very smoothly. Dr Lindman made sure that it was not painful, and that my recovery went smoothly. When I came back for my follow up Susan removed my remaining stitches and was very wonderful. If I need to get services or ever be cut again, I'm definitely coming back. 5/5 recommend!

I like going to Susan B. for my cleanings. She is very thorough while gentle at the same time. Highly experienced and knowledgeable. She has a good eye for detail. If you need a dental cleaning, I very much recommend Susan at the Rockford office.

I cannot thank Dr. Lindman and his staff enough for helping me. I came in with severe gum issues and never thought I would be able to fix them. They helped me save my teeth and today was my 3rd follow-up appointment. Hearing how much the surgery improved my gums made me so happy. I cannot recommend them enough.

I had an emergency extraction at Featherstone Periodontics and had such a wonderful first experience. Chelsea was incredibly helpful in getting me in the same day and made the whole process incredibly smooth. Becky was amazing and so accommodating with scheduling all of my follow-up appointments as well. Dr. Lindman was incredibly informative with everything that would take place during my procedure as well as what the follow-up would look like. The staff is so professional, polite, and welcoming. I look forward to having more procedures done in the future.

Sam talked me into this super cool new laser therapy to keep the teeth bugs away. It didn't hurt one bit and it will keep my teeth nice and clean. Highly recommended!
