Wonderful! This comes from a very anxiety ridden person when it comes to the dentist! I have been trying to find a dentist that truly understands the fear. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome. The office is beautiful and inviting. Dr. Frames took his time to explain everything, engaged with compassion and patience. I have never been numbed where I didnt even feel the injections! My family and I have finally found an amazing dental practice! I couldn't recommend this practice more!

Dr. Tracey is simply the most brilliant and talented dentist I have ever encountered. And the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and feel at home.

My least favorite experience in life is going to the dentist. Although now that I've found this one I don't mind it. Dr Frames is very attentive to every flinch every move I make. He always asks me if I'm doing ok and explains things fully. When he did my filling I didn't even feel the needle going in to be numbed. Him and the team there is great. Everyone speaks and they know you as a person. Couldn't be happier with this practice. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Tracey and Dr. Frames are awesome dentists as well as the most friendly people you could ever meet. They are very conscientious and thorough in taking care of my teeth! All of their staff are very friendly and skilled at their professions. Everyone in the office takes your concerns seriously. I can't say enough good things about this practice!

I've been going to Dr. Nguyen for about 3 years now. The staff is always very professional and sensitive to my anxiety about dental work. She is the first dentist that my daughter has seen and now my daughter loves to go to the dentist!

I am so glad that a co-worker recommended Lansdowne Dental Care. Dr. Tracey is the best dentist I've ever had, and the office staff is wonderful! If you're a big wimp, she's very gentle. She will explain all of your options, pros and cons, and lets you know the cost ahead of time. Many dentists just do whatever your insurance will pay for, but Dr. Tracey wants you to have the best result possible.

Though the office is usually busy, she and her staff will take the time to answer all your questions and make you feel comfortable. She also recommended an awesome oral surgeon. Seems I have an expensive mouth, but I know that I'm in good hands!

This place it wonderful. I'm so glad my childhood dental hygienist recommended and is working here (Karen L). Everyone from the receptionist to the Dentist are super friendly. I was recommended to go to Lansdowne Dental Care after moving into the Leesburg area by many of my coworkers. They didn't give much detail to why they preferred this office, but they simply said that I would not be disappointed. I have never been a fan of the dentist so I decided to simply try it out and see how it would go. Without fail, they not only met my expectations but exceeded them. I've been pleased since day one and I would gladly recommend anyone else.

Something that stood out to me the most was how they have a complete grasp of technology to better the patient experience, and I love that. I was impressed with everything they were able to inform me of and show me on the computer screens at the dentist chair and through the use of the camera projecting onto the screen. They also offer headphones and iPads while waiting for the dentist to finish an exam or even just to listen to music while they work on your teeth.

This has really impressed me. Community involvement is another plus and they are constantly holding happy hours or gatherings at local restaurants to give back to the patients by ways of gifts or dental treatments. I recently made the decision to try the Invisalign treatment and its been wonderful. The office has really handled it well and they've made it so easy for me.

One of the best things you could honestly say about a dentist office is how it makes you feel emotionally. Like I stated before, I could never say I truly enjoyed a dentist visit but the ladies in the office have completely changed my outlook and feeling. I am no longer dreading the experience but now enjoying my visits. They are very welcoming from the moment you walk in the door and always catering to your needs. I appreciate everything they do and I look forward to the consistent exceptional service in the future.

I have always had a great experience with the LDC staff. They are all very courteous and personable, taking time to talk with you, get to know you, and help you understand exactly what options you have. Apparently I have the most sensitive nerves, and required an extra dose of anesthetic when getting a filling. Dr. Nguyen was extremely patient and said to let her know if I felt ANY discomfort whatsoever. She took it easy on me. : You will have a great experience here and leave with a smile on your face!

I've never liked going to dentists but Lansdowne Dental Care is the best practice ever. The staff is caring, accommodating, and extremely professional. The office is clean and uses state of the art technology. I especially appreciate that they explain things to me in layman's terms. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

I've been to numerous dentists in my day including my own Uncle and I can tell you that I've always gone reluctantly. That's all in the past(sorry Uncle!). Any dentist that tells me I don't have to listen to an endless drill and can use a laser for a pain free cavity fill has my vote. I should also mention that the entire staff is lovely and having my teeth cleaned was not only painless but quick and it had been a long while since the last cleaning. Dr. Nguyen really cares and that comes through loud and clear the moment you meet her. I honestly don't know why anyone would choose to go anywhere else.

There just aren't enough positive adjectives to describe Dr. Nguyen and her staff. I am so happy that I found a dentist that treats me like a patient and not an insurance claim. Everybody in that office is incredibly friendly. Communication between the staff and patient is the best I have experienced. The procedures I've had were discussed ahead of time in full detail and all my questions were answered. Oh, and my procedures have all been pain free! The best thing I ever did for my teeth (and the same will apply to you) has been putting my trust in Lansdowne Dental Care!

I've been to several dentists in the last few years and I am so grateful I found Dr. Nguyen. Not only has her office staff been so friendly and helpful, she is so gentle and very personable. I never feel like I am rushed or not given enough time to have her answer all of my questions. And I always have a lot of questions. If I wanted to contact her about any concerns, she always returns my calls herself, not like some of my past dentists.

I always feel important, like I am the only patient. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family. In fact, she is my mom's dentist as well. Her entire staff is so friendly and helpful. They try their best to squeeze me into appointments. The office is very modern and comfortable. I used to get nervous going to the dentist but not anymore after coming to Dr. Nguyen. Her and her staff's gentle touch and friendly smiles really have calmed my nerves. I feel like a valued patient.

I'm thrilled with my dental office! My Dental Hygienist, Karen, was very kind and gentle. She took the time to explain any potential problems I might have. Dr. Nguyen went over my digital xrays with me and addressed the questions I had. Then when I needed a crown the technicians made it while I waited!

One of those decisions I will regret for the rest of my life. Please don't make the same mistake I did -- find an expert, not someone right out of dental school.
