At Family First Dental & Implant Center, we are proud of our dentist office in Leesburg, VA. We have some private patient rooms for your privacy, our lobby has water and coffee for you to enjoy before your appointment, and we have some great dental technologies on display including fully digital X-rays.
Your teeth have roots that extend into your jawbone. When a tooth comes out, it leaves behind a socket where the root once was. One of the reasons a dental implant is so good for you is that it includes an artificial root, which is surgically placed in that socket, to replace the lost root. Over time, the bone tissue fuses with the artificial root to get the same strength and durability as any natural tooth.

Recently I had an implant done at Family First Dental. Everything went great. Dr. Al Attar first did a bone graft and later put in my implant crown (which probably looks better than the original tooth!). The dental assistants were very good and very reassuring. The front office people also checked with my insurance company so I would know all of the charges ahead of time. Overall I am very pleased with the dental service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

This practice is amazing! My situation was an emergency and they were very accommodating. I was seen within one hour and was very well taken care of by Dr. Navar. The staff is exceptionally courteous and caring! Being from out of town I was uneasy about receiving care so far from home. They made me feel at ease and took very good care of me. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone!

I don't have the best teeth and have been to many dentists over the years. I love this practice. They have been great about keeping an eye on potential work I might need and not just rushing into recommending procedures I don't really need. They are always prompt when I show up for my appointments and very nice. Definitely would recommend them.
