My daughter saw Connie and Dr. Hanowski. She was seen on time, they explained everything they did and answered all our questions. It was a great visit! Thank you for taking such good care of her!

On May 17, I had 8 teeth extracted by Dr. Arora. Thanks to her for making me feel comfortable and explaining the process thoroughly. But the best part was the extractions were painless I didn't feel a thing. Thank you so much Dr. Arora. I also wanted to thank Apple Tree Dental for being one of the very few places that accept Medical Assistance and also has a sliding fee for low income, without your kindness I would not be able to get any of this done. Thank you all so much, I'm going to get my smile back.

Receptionist said I missed to many appointments. That was eight years ago. I dont have a car to be on same day. I know rules are rules. Great place all in all, and receptionist was doing her job. Good dentures,

I was very pleased with the treatment that I received at Apple tree dental. I have A child with very high anxiety. They went above and beyond making them comfortable as possible. Everything went smooth. I couldn't be more pleased. The doctor and the staff were excellent and caring.

Connie is an Angel! The BEST bedside manners EVER! When your teeth are in bad shape you hate going to the dentist. She was very caring understanding and sweet. Every dentist office should have a Connie.

Horrible place! Went in 4 times for an extraction and flipper. Each time they didnt know what was going on, Changed treatment plans on me 4 diffrent times. Dr. Walji tried charging me 1000 on spot for an impression and 1000 for the flipper. I walked out and today I get a letter from my insurance company saying everything is covered and I shouldnt have to pay not 1 dollar. Dr walhi and his unprofessionalism and lack of communication, And also the fact that he tried to pocket my money.

His office and staff have been made aware of this. And even they are saying its covered and had no idea how this is happening. Save your money and time and dont see Dr. Walji!

My 6-yr old daughter's experience was amazing. In her words "it was so much fun!" The woman who worked on her was named Josie, and she was just the best. She was patient, kind, efficient, and really made my daughter comfortable. I'm so glad my daughter is unlike me in the way she loves going to the dentist!

I have never had an issue with this office or staff. They are respectful, considerate, understanding, and great at what they do. I have had crowns, fillings/replacement, and deep gum cleaning. I highly recommend them!

My oldest daughter needed her wisdom teeth out. It was a very complex procedure due to the angle of the teeth. I seem to recall the oral surgeon saying something to the effect that he's been in his profession for over 25 years and this was the most complex case he's seen. At any rate, my daughter had complications from the surgery and we had to go back many times for follow-up care to deal with infections on both sides of her mouth.

She had to have some follow-up procedures that were pretty involved. The dentist, Dr. Mohebbi, was very knowledgeable, patient, and accessible when she was having any challenges at home. He truly went above and beyond in terms of compassionate care of a patient and wanting to solve the problems that my daughter was experiencing. Dr. Mohebbi thoroughly and respectfully explained the procedures, what we were seeing on the x-rays, the treatment, and follow-up care. The process from start to finish was about six months, and Dr. Mohebbi provided consistent and professional care throughout this entire time.

Horrible service! Horrible customer employees! Just horribly ran office! No one seems to care to get you schedule! They hardly answer the phone! When they do, they'll give you the run around for weeks about what more they'll need from you, when you've already sent them it multiply times! Don't waste your time here!

They are busy because they're in demand so you might have to wait a few weeks for routine care, especially if you request a specific dentist or hygienist. For emergency situations they are usually able to see you that day. They are thorough and explain things well and offer different options to suit your needs while considering cost estimates. I have no insurance and they have a sliding scale fee based on income. Reception is very patient, polite and respectful.

Good dentists, but after I made it very clear we only wanted what was covered by insurance, they gave our kids uncovered fluoride treatments. I'm pretty sure they told me at my one daughter would be covered, too. My last dentist did this and it's why I left. I guess I have to find a new dental practice that listens, again.

Have been going there for about 3 years - mostly because of proximity. Never liked their upsell strategy - just getting your basic cleaning done turns into a sales pitch for 5 to 10 minutes after each session. Got fillings done as well when required and paid after each visit. Today walking in and presenting insurance information for once - letting them know that I could just pay again upfront and we sort things out later.

Bottom line - 30 minutes later still sitting there and being told that they have to verify insurance information first. Repeating my initial statement that I would pay and we would then figure out rest afterwards so at least my appointment isn't useless. Well finally getting called and being told that they don't have enough time for a thorough cleaning. needless to say that I walked out. Don't go there except you like the feeling of buying a new car and to have to talk to 5 different people each one trying to sell you something you already have declined and being pretty much right there to sell you the finance plan at the same time.

Super long wait, referral never got made, of the two options only one did the work needed. But its my fault they didnt send the referral cause i missed the one call they made to me. Never waste your time with this company. Added months to my teeth repair wait they never repaired one tooth only gave me excuses why they couldn't.

My teeth hate me. I LOVE flossing, like honestly enjoy it, and I'm not big on sweets. Yet I have 3 root canals and too many cavities to count. FML. Apple Tree Dental was convenient for me when I first went here. I liked that the office was clean, they seem to have a lot of updated equipment, and the service was friendly. When I came here I had recently moved to MN and could only get a low income hourly contract job, so Apple Tree even worked with me to create a financial plan. But.

Being a "chain" dental office, it sort of has an assembly line feel. I'm also not a fan of how you won't see the same designated dentist, you just get who's available. That's not real cool when I've got all these things going on in my face and I don't want to explain it to someone new every time. And speaking of availability, it can be slim.

I recently called because my crown cracked and I obviously need a new tooth asap. But the soonest appointment I could get was two weeks out. I eventually decided to go elsewhere, and when I called to cancel, it took over 15mins on hold to get someone on the line. So wish me and my mouth luck elsewhere!

I started going to Apple Tree Dental after a second opinion for a cavity. They were great about it and let me make my own decisions on my teeth. They don't shame you, but offer advice to improve your teeth health and let's face it, we all can do better in that area of our lives. No one wants to take a ton of time worrying about something that is critical to our survival, but seldomly seen.

I was a bit disappointed by my last filling here. It was to replace a filling that was starting to go. I didn't think it was necessary, but they talked me into it. I wasn't feeling any pain or anything, so it was a minor thing in my mind. Well I can say that it took quite a while to get that replacement filling to stop hurting. The filling job they did is uncontoured and kind of ugly. I'm not too happy about it. I think it really depends on the dentist you get during your check up. If I had to recommend one, it'd be Dr. Gupta.

Sorry Appletree, but you made me mad for the last time! If you don't confirm your appointment at ATD and they call to confirm and you don't answer they CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT. I woke up at 8 am on my day off to be to a 10am appointment only to be told I could make another appointment in a month. NO sorry, I took my business to PRO DENTAL in Blaine and they made an appointment for me three days later. WHAT! Now what I am talking about people. Canceled appointments and one month wait times is for the birds. Needless to say they did this twice and that is why I am so steamed.

We moved to this area and set up appointments in this office, we're changing dentists because after five regular visits and two semi-emergencies, neither my husband nor myself has ever seen the same dentist or hygienist twice. The office is always clean and they've been able to fit us in within a couple of days when needed, but we prefer to see one regular dentist instead of just whoever they schedule for us.

This is not my dental Clinic. I brought a client here for work. I just used the bathroom and ir looked like someone barfed on the floor. Told receptionist and she just puts an out of order sign on the door. Is there no maintenance person on duty? Does the cleaning crew come late in the afternoon or evening. My client comes here as they take Medical assistance and dentists are not foreigners, a feature she likes. They have no magazines to read. There is a sink with free toothbrushes and toothpaste.

Overall as far as the dentists and the hygienists, assistants this is an ok place to get your teeth done. My complaint is however on the professionalism and ethics of this company. To get an appointment is pretty difficult they are pretty well booked. They do not for any reason see patients for emergency care. Once you're in they go through what you will be having done and the cost.

Once you approve they start the procedure. I have visited this location on three separate occasions. The first two went good. The last appointment I have no complaints about the actual work done but the ethics what happened next. In the beginning I was told an amount which I agreed to. To my surprise and delight the dentist actually said there was going to be no charge for today because it was a continuation of what we had done before.

I went home had a great weekend and on Monday I received a bill in the mail from them. I called and talked with someone in billing about what I was told. He said he would check it out and call me back. The next day I get a call from another lady saying that yes I would be billed and the doctor never said that. I told her again what happened and she couldn't help me.

I then said I would like to cancel my cleaning I had set up for the next week and I wouldn't be returning. I would pay my bill but not recommend them to anyone. It is not about the money. I was expecting to pay something that day but when you're told specifically from the doctor there would be no charge and then they bill you and conveniently forget saying that, it is plain wrong. The lady who said she was the office manager never even tried to keep me as a client. Do not go here if you want honesty and integrity.
