I suffered deeply with stage four sarcoidosis which progressed to idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). I was hospitalized eighteen times in three years, mostly with flare ups and pneumonia. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will never trust anyone else with my teeth. They also have evening appointments, which is a fabulous perk. The dentist, and the staff, put you at ease.

Run away as fast as you can! Don't go here! Go to a REAL ER if you are in too much pain to get through the night. I did this and the ER treated me MUCH better and did not recommend this Doctor, saying they see this often from his "Dental ER" / Hollywood Smiles Center.

The office staff and Dennis was very professional. They explained everything up front and the cost. If you don'[t want to wait don'[t go early then. I work in a office setting and sometimes people is rude and not nice to staff. I was seeing a Doctor over a year that I didn't like but the longer I saw him the better our relationship worked. Remember that they are trying their best to make you comfortable and take care of your dental work.

Dr. J. and his staff are the only ones who will treat your toothache on a Saturday night. Nothing but thanks for your help!

I am surprised with the negative reviews. This by far the best Dental experience I've had. ( Not that any experience is going to be joyful lol. ) The waiting area was clean with fresh brewed coffee and bottles of water if you want. They called me back within 10 to 15 minutes. The whole staff was very pleasant and did their best to help me relax and be comfortable.

After the exam and was going over what was needed to be done and how much it would cost, I informed them that I didn't have that much money. so they worked with me on the cost so i would be able to afford it. Dr. Hampe and Canton did great work and helped to keep me calm during the procedure. I have been to many other Dental offices and I finally found one I like. I will be going back for all my future dental needs.

This person is the reason I fear dentist. The bedside manor is atrocious. He under medicated me before the initial procedure. I am over 250 pounds, small amounts of pain relievers and or sedatives will not work due to my size but yet I still trusted his judgment at this point. I attempted to tell him that I could still feel a large amount of pain and that I do not think the pills given had worked.

He then gave me a rude remark and with a scowl on his face. As he injected the Novocain he repeatedly stabbed my palate causing severe pain right before he began the procedure. I am in my 30 and have a high pain tolerance but this is the first time a dentist, purposely or not, had made me cry. I now fear any and all dentist. This man should not be allowed to treat patients this way even if he is the only dentist who works on the weekends.

After sitting in the waiting room for an hour and a half past my appointment time (to which I showed up early), listening to other patients complain about having to wait so long to have the "DR" fix what he messed up the first time. The place is dirty, the staff is rude and unprofessional. Don't bother making an appointment. If you stoop to even go here, just walk in- your wait and mistreatment will be the same either way- poor.

The ofc staff was nice able to take us in right away like a walk in basically. No dental insurance gave us pricing before any work was done, even did xrays at no charge. Going back to finish up dental work needed.

This business may need better knowledge in the scheduling of appointments, came n 30mins early for a 10:30am appointment and wasn't seen till long after an hr, very inconvenient and unprofessional.would not come back:-X
