I cannot give this place enough praise. My 6 year old was terrified to come to the dentist and Paige our dental assistant was INCREDIBLE with him. She was super patient and made him very comfortable. He left saying he couldn't wait to come back! Thank you Safari Dental!

We had to switch dentists si this was our first visit here. The waiting room is beyond kid friendly and the front desk staff is very kind. Our dental hygienist Alyssa was so friendly and personable. The dentist was very sweet. We did sealants on his teeth and they showed him every tool and thing they were to use. I loved that they were always telling him exactly what they were going to do and doing. I highly recommend this place!

This place is the best! I've been bringing my 3 year old here for 1 1/2 years. Her dental assistant is amazing with her. She has no fear of going to the dentist. The staff is always so nice and helpful. I suggest this place to all my friends that have kids.

Safari dental and their staff are amazing. They are always so warm and inviting. They are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and always willing to answer any questions you may have. They are also so inclusive. I take my autistic children there and they have so much patience and are so willing to accommodate their needs and sensory challenges. They are always up for thinking outside the box and giving time and space to build trust and they want to make it such a fun, positive experience for them.

I am incredibly grateful to have them. Their ortho team is also top notch and our daughter's experience with braces couldn't have gone better. I have been taking my children there for ten years.

We came for a second opinion after another dentist wanted three fillings and sealant. Turns out we only needed two and the teeth weren't ready for sealant. Dr Brandon was phenomenal. He was kind, friendly and kept my child informed all the way through. The entire process took 15 minutes which was unexpected and wonderful. My child wasn't scared at any point because of the care he received and found the entire experience really positive. I recommend Safari Dental to anyone with children!

We drive past our local pediatric dentist (that is five minutes from our house) for 40 minutes just to go to Safari of Smiles. We always have such a great experience. The SOS team members do such a wonderful job at making even their littlest patients feel comfortable. Everyone is always so knowledgeable, thorough and upbeat. They take their time and answer every question. They also have lots of fun tricks to keep our wild girls engaged and happy.

The staff here are always so amazing and they hands down work wonderfully with my kids! From my toddler to my 6 year old they are phenomenal. My oldest son had his first filling done yesterday and the staff were outstanding (they always are)! Dr. Sarah and her Assistant Courtney were kind and gentle and made my son feel so comfortable that he didn't even realize what was happening! haha Highly recommend this practice!

The best experience my children have had at a dentist office. The whole staff was very welcoming and comforting and had a lot of patience with my boys. Everyone was very informative and spent a good amount of time explaining to the boys and myself everything in detail. We drove an hour to this office and will gladly be making the trip out here for all their dentistry needs! My son said "If we could give them 6 stars we would!" Thank you all!

A Safari Dental is absolutely amazing! The front office staff is always so kind and friendly! Anytime I have had questions or concerns they have always been so willing to help! Miss. Courtney and Dr. Brandon are beyond amazing! Ten stars! Miss. Courtney has so much patience and such a sweet, caring and honest personality! As a parent it's so comforting to find a place for your children that the staff genuinely care from the moment you arrive through until you leave. Blessed to have found them!

I can not give this place enough stars! They are so amazing! 100% kid and family friendly. I've been using them for a few years now for my kids routine dental work. Recently we had a dental emergency when one kid broke an adult tooth. They were about to get us in right away and and even squeezed us in that same afternoon for the filing/repair. They are so friendly and just overall awesome work the kids. The whole experience was easy and stress free for both the kid and myself! Highly recommended!

This is a great place to take your kids for their dental needs. Staff is very efficient and we have always been taken care of in a timely manner. The decor is awesome and each room has monitors with Disney movies etc. In the waiting room they now have iPads for the kids to play on.

My little one needed a cavity and after several attempts unfortunately needed to be placed under sedation to have this completed. The doctor's office was absolutely amazing from beginning to end with informing us on what to expect and calming down the little one. He recovered so quickly and We are appreciative with the services across the board.

Before coming to this dentist we went to the No Sugar Bugs Club and they were going to charge us twice the amount for the same treatment. We're glad they stayed with Safari.

We had a horrible experience here, the doctors were very brief, they did not explain anything and told me that my sons broken tooth would have to be removed under anesthesia. I took their advice and fortunately when the front office staff called to confirm the appointment, I had a bad feeling and contacted my insurance, after the manager lied about my deductible and told me they had spoken to the insurance company.

The insurance company was able to confirm that they had not been contacted. A representative from my insurance company contacted the office with me and the office manager was even more rude, to the point that my insurance company offered to help me find a new office. Fortunately I was able to find a great pediatric dentist that let me know that his tooth was not beyond saving and was able to do the treatment without anesthesia( which Safari told me was absolutely necessary). If you choose this dentist I would highly recommend getting a second opinion, and expect a staff that is not at all helpful.

I would have given this facility 5 stars if it weren't for one person at the receptionist desk. Reception is such an important part of a facility because it allows the patient or consumer to see the face of your business. This is especially important when you're working with children. I'd like to feel confident that my child is in good hands.

I was met by Valerie with passive aggressiveness and rude remarks. She didn't want to discuss insurance and passed my inconveniences to Maria, who was more than happy to help and was very nice to help me with our insurance issues. Dr. Brandon and Christine were amazing with my daughter. It's a shame one negative person can make such a huge impact.

Staff is always helpful and smiling. The place has been created with children in mind. everything from the decor, to the wording, to the tools utilized. They provide a child friendly place that allows children to feel safe while they learn the importance of dental care.

I would give zero stars if I could, the worst experience ever the front desk staff does not know what they are doing and the doctors shouldn't specialize in children's dentistry if they just want all the patients needing work to take Valium to "calm" them. Stay away!

Great place! The staff are always friendly and nice. The waiting area will definitely keep your children entertained till they are seen. Your able to walk in the back with your children and see what is going on and in the back there is ample amount of room for everyone. Overall it is family oriented and I drive from Clearwater to there just because they provide such great care.

Dr Frank is a wonderful children's dentist and his staff of hygenists are all great with kids too. The one unfortunate experience I have had multiple times with this office is their front office staff, particularly Christina. I like to be informed of what I am paying for, no matter what it is, (dentist, groceries, etc) When I ask any questions, I get treated as if I'm a pain by asking her to work.

In reality I should just be given a breakdown every time, I feel as if she is angry with me for inquiring what I'm getting for my money. This is now the 3rd time in a row with this type of service, which has prompted me to write this review. The people in the back.great.
