Will charge you the most expensive option regardless of if you need it. Came in for my insurance covered cleaning and specifically requested a cleaning. After I look at the bill and I'm charged for a deep cleaning that is not covered - despite having been had a deep cleaning 4 months ago. $170 out of pocket is a lot for a 21 year old. Will not be returning.

Horrible horrible horrible service! First and for most the Manager Lori called me this morning to reschedule my appointment I had for tomorrow because they were short staffed. She informed me they would have to push my appointment back almost two weeks, which doesn't make any since to have to wait that long. When I asked her if she had anything sooner she was highly rude and irritated with my question and let me know she was all booked for next week.
First of all of your booking my appointment back that far you guys need to reschedule all your other appointments to accommodate the ones who made appointments earlier that you had to reschedule. When I expressed my concern she told me since I have "Medical" I can go somewhere else and hung up in my face. Since I have medical, I'm clearly not good enough is what she was basically saying.
When I called back to ask if I can speak to her supervisor she informed she is the supervisor and there was no else I could talk to about her POOR PERFORMANCE and customer service. If you want to go to a dentist that treats you with respect and care instead of getting treated like a piece of trash just because I receive "Medical" than DO NOT GO HERE. Laura the manager needs to be replaced with a nice caring representative and manager instead.
I'm am shocked with the way she treated me over the phone. I am glad she canceled my appointment here because after that service I just received I would NEVER want to go here.

My previous dentist was in Escondido & I had been going there for over 25 yrs. When we had to change due to insurance it was hard to think about finding a new dentist to TRUST. I was referred to Copper Canyon Smiles by our orthodontist office. Our first impression, we were pleased with the friendly staff & Dr. Georgei's dental work. We felt Dr. Georgei was being honest & looking out for our best interests. The entire family are now patients of Copper Canyon Smiles.

It is somewhat of a rarity for me to express feedback concerning dental treatment, however, I am happy to inform that Copper Canyon is my new dental office of choice because of their prompt, kind-hearted and responsiveness toward patient care. I was delighted to find this office flexible to patient scheduling all of which allowed me to experience some of the best professional services of Dr. Georgi who provided great communication and care during my procedure. A wonderful dentist and staff.

Worst experience ever. Made and appointment for my 9 year old for pulling her baby molars that they were almost out. I told them when I made that appointment that was for extraction and that my daughter wants me to be there in the room. Well, my husband took her to the office and they never let him go with her, even when my daughter asked them for her dad.
They send her with an specialist because they said that they don't do extractions, so why did you give us an appointment if you knew that you could not perform the job. Office manager didn't let me talk and hangout. Bad practice = bad reviews and referals.

Love this place and this dentist. Kind caring and considered my fear of dentists. Offered help withy stress about having work done. Said if I neededore numbing just ask she'd do whatever it took to make this as painless and a better experience than I've had in the past. She cares about her patients and these days that's hard to find. She spends time 5alking you through what she's going to do and your options.

I made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned at this dentist and had a horrible experience. The reason I chose them was because they take Delta Dental Insurance. I arrived and filled out all their forms and then had x-rays done. I have two partial dentures and basically only have about 9 teeth in my mouth. I just wanted a cleaning. The dentist said they could offer me a deep cleaning, which my insurance does cover.
Then her assistant came in with the treatment plan and told me it would be 165 because they needed to use an antibiotic rinse for the cleaning. I told her that I did not want an antibiotic rinse and asked if I could just have a cleaning. She said "No" we have to follow the doctor's treatment plan or nothing. At that point, I just got up and left. They were not friendly or welcoming and I highly reccoment you avoid this place!

I've been going here for a few years and I have always had a good experience. I feel that they are honest and knowledgeable. I've had dentists before who try to sell me unnecessary procedures and I have never felt pressured to do anything that I didn't feel was necessary here. She is also friendly and has good bedside manner. I definitely recommend Dr. Georgei.

I was referred by my insurance, I had a great 3 visits in the Last 2 months with everything I needed done for years of not seeing a dentist and two pregnancies. I was treated well by the staff and they were very respectfull of my bringing my infant with me to appt to not miss nursing sessions in our growing breastfeeding relationship. I look forward to going back and sending my friends and Husband there.
