My family has been coming here for years. Everyone we've met has been extremely pleasant to be around, and they've all done what they could to make sure that we were cared for. Dr. Stites also tells me every time I go in that, if there's anything wrong, to wiggle my left hand. I have never been to a dentist before that puts in that kind of consideration to their patients.

I have been going to see Dr. Stites for years and always have a great visit. Office staff was exceptionally helpful this visit!

Just left this office after trying to obtain my dental X-rays and being lied to multiple times by Natalie at the front desk. She claims that they gave me my X-rays and referred me to an oral surgeon because of a problem with a tooth- I never received these. I received a flyer for an orthodontist and had no idea that I had a problem with my tooth until now.

After I had the audacity to say, "Just because you have a referral scanned into your system doesn't mean I received it, " Natalie slammed her hands down on the table, began screaming at me about having an attitude and coming into their unlocked office during their lunch hour. Turns out they LOST my records. LOL. You work in customer service Natalie, maybe try including some kindness or honesty into your interactions.

I have been going to Dr. Stites for years, and been very pleased with his practice. He is always patient and careful. I would highly recommend Stites Dental!

This office has so many issues. The Dr is the number one problem. Not only is he rude and hateful and expects the world but he will destroy your teeth. He started a root canal and did not finish because of our differences and now I have lost the tooth and it's very unprofessional. This Dr and most of his staff are rude, stuck up and unprofessional I would NEVER refer anyone to this dysfunctional office.

Dr Stites stated I need a crown - SIX rounds of numbing shots, and Three crowns later (on one tooth) Dr Stites finally agreed that I should have the tooth pulled ($150 @ another facility); but he'll Credir my the cost of the crown. NOW I've received a bill for $1400!

I can't even begin to explain how happy I am that I was referred to them. This is by far the friendliest staff I have ever experienced in dental care. They actually care about people and that is very hard to come by now a days. I have been looking for great dental care and a friend referred them and that speaks volume. I am so happy she did and that I have a place I can go to for years to come.

I made an appointment and explained I was in pain and needed to be seen asap, I received an appointment for 2 days later and was told I could have my tooth extracted at that appointment because she scheduled extra time for me to have it done. Then I received a call from the same lady the next day at 4pm to be updated that it would not be an option at my appointment to have my tooth extracted, well by then I had cancelled 2 other appointments because I thought this office was more competent.

Unfortunately the front desk staff had no idea what they were talking about and now I'm stuck with a bad tooth all weekend. Thanks for nothing and I hope you don't waste your time with this office. ZERO stars
