So happy I switched over! The process of changing offices very easy prior to my appointment. Dr Todd and the staff were very friendly and made sure to acknowledge the concerns I had. Highly recommend making the switch over if you're in the area!

Dr. Todd was so great! Not only kind, he was patient with me and calmed my anxious nerves. I hadn't seen a dentist in 3 years and was nervous about seeing a dentist. A friend recommended Dr. Todd. I am so glad I made an appointment, he is my forever dentist. Highly recommend South Lake Family Dentistry.

I am happy to have found a dentist close to home. Dr. Todd and Dr. Jan are both great to work and knowledgeable. I appreciate their friendly staff. My most recent visit was for routine care, but I have previously had a fractured tooth removed, an implant and a crown. After having no previous issues for several years, I was concerned that the implant and crown would not look natural, but they beautifully matched my existing teeth, so you can't even tell.

I am so extremely frustrated with South Lake Family Dentistry:( We have been taking my daughter there for a few years now. It seems it went from bad to worse. The dentist had made my daughter cry on two separate occasions after being hard on her for getting braces and having the orthodontist allow it. I gave her the opportunity to go somewhere else and to my surprise, she decided to stay there since they already knew her and her history.

She had an appointment set for today and I received numerous calls from the dental office requesting that I be there. I called them this morning requesting they don't continuously contact me to confirm an appointment that was already scheduled as I have anxiety about going to the dentist as it, the lady on the phone chuckled when I said that (not sure how this is funny).

My daughter drives so I didn't see the point of it, but I went. No one said a word to me the entire time, not sure what the point was for me to take time off of work and sit in their lobby. As we were leaving they gave me the bill and told me we owed for the last visit in April. We have 100% coverage on exams so why would that be the case? She stated our insurance said my daughter had been somewhere else and couldn't get it covered. WHAT!?

I am just hearing about this now how many months later? We had only taken her to South Lake Family Dentistry so something is not right. The lady at the front desk was unapologetic and had a smirk with an I don't care look on her face. I will not be taking my daughter there again. This place lacks empathy and seems to not care about their patients. Had she just said she was sorry about the situation and that they should have let me know prior, it would have probably defused the situation but the attitude I got along with the phone call this morning was enough to make us find a new dentist to go to

This is my second time to see Dr. Kang. She is a very good dentist with patient comfort and care above all. I had 2 front teeth fillings, and a very wonderful cleaning. Lovely staff. I hope to continue my relationship with them.

We called about a lip and tongue tie revision for my 3 month old. Got it all scheduled, then they call back and say they made a mistake and that Dr Jan isn't in on Fridays. Fine, no big deal, they reschedule for a different time. They remind us to come 15 mins early for the appointment to do paperwork. We get there early, get everything filled out and wait.

Mind you, this place will charge you $150 for missing an appointment but we got called back 45 minutes later, so timeliness is only important when it makes them money. After that long of a wait the dentist just tells me, "I don't do them on kids this young" and gives me the number of a place in Marysville. Doesn't even look at him. We waited FORTY FIVE MINUTES with a 3 month old getting fussy, and they don't even look at him.

They should have told me that on the phone! They knew his age and knew what we were coming in for. Even if it slipped their mind they called me back to reschedule! This place is ridiculous and completely wasted my time. Maybe I should get the $150 I would have owed them if I wasted their time like they wasted mine. Needless to say this will not be our family dentist and we will not be returning.

Horrible Dentist, walked out on my procedure. His work is three years old in my mouth and has failed. I do not recommend this office.

I've been going here for a couple years now and always feel like they have the best interest in keeping my teeth healthy. Mary is the best hygienist and I love getting my teeth cleaned by her. The front staff is always welcoming. Dr. Todd is amazing at what he does and always makes sure you understand the procedure and process. Definitely recommend this office.

I worked with Dr. Todd and Mary for my appointment today and can't recommend South Lake Family Dentistry enough. I struggled with some child hood dental trauma and Dr. Todd and Mary and the staff made me feel very comfortable. A warm fluffy blanket, relaxing atmosphere, ointment for the gums to ease pain during cleaning, and making another appointment was a piece of cake. They are a one stop shop for dental and periodontic care. Thank you everyone for making my visit a great one.

Really amazing dental group. The front staff is great with accommodating your schedule and working with you. I had a gum surgery done and Janet was amazing. They waited until I felt comfortable and made an awful situation a lot better. Can I just say the best part is she has her own ice cream? I got to chow down on a pint of Recovery Strawberry and was sooo happy. Seriously how cool is that I cant get over it!

As much as I dislike going to the dentist, I really do appreciate this practice. Mary is the best hygienist there and both Dr. Jan and Dr. Todd are great people. They really do their best to help relieve a lot of my anxiety and do provide great care.

Dr. Todd has been our dentist for the past 10 years. He has taken care of our kids as they have grown and always does an excellent job. We enjoy his down to earth and professional office that is so close to home. He has a great way with the kids and making the whole experience pleasant. Highly recommend!

Unprofessional and non-quality work. Dr. actually got up out of the chair after said, maybe I should do it. Assistant is rough and Dr. is rude, never going back.
