Dentistry has been extremely fulfilling to me, professionally and personally. One of my favorite things about my profession is that I get to see my patients time and time again, which allows me to really get to know them. I consider myself lucky to be part of their lives and enjoy the stories and day-to-day conversations we have.

My husband and I started coming here a couple months ago, and we sure are happy we made that decision! Dr. Pepe & Dr. Jacobson are amazing! I had my exam with dr Jacobson & he's very kind and thorough, funny as well! My hygienist was super amazing as well! Dr Jacobson fixed some cracked teeth I had and wow! No pain at all with the numbing, my bite feels great, I was super nervous about the numbing but dr Jacobson and his Dental assistant (I wish I remembered your name! ) we're wonderful and made me feel better.
My DA on this day was incredibly kind, we shared war stories (I'm a dental assistant as well ) she was overall a really great assistant! Front desk is amazing as well! Lejia is super kind and funny! I truly enjoy speaking with her when I call the office, and Erin the office manager I believe is really great too, I've had the pleasure of communicating with her and all I can say about this office is that EVERYONE is amazing! I am extremely happy to be a patient here, highly recommended! No doubt!

If you are searching for a dentist you will be very glad you landed here. I first came to Dr. Pepe last year for a possible cracked tooth, she was amazing, her entire staff got me right in, treated with the best care I've ever had from a dentist. And I've had at least 8 in my lifetime. At a fair price. Their office staff is kind and courteous and very helpful. I've sent my mother and husband to the office for care as well.
I was referred by friends and I want to pass along the same to others. You will get best experience and care in this office by the entire staff. The office is newly remodeled and impeccably clean! They are going above and beyond Covid requirements.

The rooms where the dental work is done are lovely. Calm, relaxing, yet open and spacious. The opposite of clinically cold. The only thing better than the environment is the staff. From the smiling receptionist to the capable hygienists all the way up to the dentists themselves, everyone feels like family you haven't seen for a while. I'm so glad I found this place and these people.

When a tooth chipped while dining at a restaurant I knew I needed to get in asap. Although I wasn't in pain, thankfully, it was a back tooth that I knew needed to be addressed as soon as possible. With some moving around of other patient's scheduled appointments, I was "squeezed in" and promptly taken care of. Always good to see Dr. Pepe and all the staff there who are knowledgeable, first name friendly, and do what they can to accommodate. I do highly recommend this truly family practice!

I have been coming to S 288th Family Dentistry for years! They have become family. They are the type of dentist you will continue to go to no matter where you live in WA. I can never understand when people tell me they hate going to the dentist, because I honestly look forward to it. I already tell everyone I know that they should go here, you should too!

I've been coming here to see Dr Bret Jacobson and the awesome team for a few years now. I came bringing poor and neglected dental health, which made me uncomfortable and self-conscious in other dental offices I visited. The team here at S 288th is fantastic, welcoming, and very comforting during every procedure that I have had. From multiple fillings, a root canal, to regular 2x/year cleanings - the treatments are efficient, comfortable, and effective for my long-term oral health. Cleanings are made great by an awesome team of dental hygienists who are upbeat and fun to chat with.
I can attribute the turn-around of my oral health to this dental office and team. They give clear, honest guidance and referrals (when necessary) to achieve your healthiest smile possible. Dr Bret, Dr Kathryn, and team - you guys ROCK!

I had not been to see a Dentist for over 5 years due to negative past experiences and my own fears. Dr. Jacobson and Pepe were recommended to me by a friend. I could not have been happier with my visit. I have some work that needs to be done in the near future but I am HONESTLY looking forward to getting it done. The "chair side" treatment you will receive is fantastic and their thoroughness and care is second to none. From the hygienists to the Dr.s this is by far the best dental experience I have ever had. They are worth the wait for a visit and a sincere pleasure to be associated with.
