Dr Marcia Martinez is the best dentist I have had in My eighty years plus.her staff is excellent. Her facilities are clean, comfortable and first class. Her equipment is Stars War type. Super- modern Techniques and equipment including 3-D scan, Laser, Digital Crown design. Her demeanor is to Be envied by all. A Great Professional conscious, Courteous, correct, knowledgeable, expedient. I would fly to the West Coast for her type of care. Winston Arabitg, M.D., M.S.I, A., B.S.E.E.

Zero stars! Tried to sell me on invisilign the whole time instead of doing there job that i asked for! Charged me $150 and never even got to the cleaning AFTER BEING IN THE CHAIR 1 hr and 44 min! I literally got up and walked out of the room. Insane. Not fair. New patient experience and time to move on.

I've never been so frustrated with any medical office in my life. I don't know where to begin but I can say I'll never go back, nor will I ever refer anyone here. The lack of effort, the lack of communication, the lack of concern for my broken tooth and infection was mind-blowing. It all started with a deep cleaning they did that ended up loosening my filling somehow.

Then my gum got an infection at the root. They referred me to another office as they did not have the equipment to handle my case. I went to their referral for a CT scan and I was the one who had to constantly call them and coordinate the exchange of info btwn those 2 offices. After a week and half of no communication I spoke with the office mgr and she told me no charge for a consult today BUT today they cancelled my appt and referred me somewhere else and told me they were saving me a charge from them by referring me again.

I went to the 2nd referral and they didn't have any of my info which was supposedly sent over. I was in the new dentist today trying to call for the info but got put on hold for an extensive length of time only to get hung up on. So now, I'm doing all the legwork to get my dental information to the correct offices so the new dentist knows what's happened and what he can do next. Dr Martinez was very nice but her staff has lost a patient for her. I doubt she'll ever know how bad this situation got. I'd give her a 4.5 and her staff a 0.so overall I'll just settle for a 1 star review.

I can say without a doubt there is just no better dentist and staff in Orlando for family dentistry. We began coming here for my daughter when she was 3, and they office staff and Dr. Martinez have always ben awesome. They have made it such that my daughter now 12 enjoys her visits to the dentist. Thanks to her great treatment I decided to also get my teeth taken care of by Dr. Martinez.

I had many dental issues from my childhood and overall bad dental habits. The team worked with me to improve my teeth and gums. I am so happy how they have helped me improve, and it has made a really difference. This has lead me to also get Invisalign with Dr. Martinez, and for the first time in my life I have straight white teeth. I travel often for work and they staff has always been very accommodating with changing appointments. They have always made time to see me when emergencies have arisen. the office staff, is incredible, and with the first visit you will see they are just a great group.

Dr. Martinez is the first dentist who didn't make me feel bad about not taking care of my mouth properly. That's not to say she doesn't care. She & her staff always make helpful suggestions. When I say gentle dentist, I mean my son fell asleep during fillings twice. He even dozed back off during an extraction of a supernumerary tooth. We discovered her office when we didn't have insurance. They offer many different payment options.

She is fantastic! Has been taking care of my mouth for years and now I'm doing Invisalign with her and so far it's been great! Her staff is fantastic as well! Melissa always gets me an appointment for all my needs. You get emails, text messages and calls to remind you of your appointments. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Being my dentist for almost two years now, Dr. Martinez is by far the most amazing and caring dentist I've ever had! From calling me as soon as an appointment comes available to even texting me to see when I can come in. (It's hard for me to make an apt because I am a flight attendant and my schedule is crazy!) Melissa, the receptionist, is absolutely incredible with scheduling and working around your schedule as well! And, very patient. Lol.

Both ladies are very prompt with appointments as well. If they said 10:08, they means 10:08. No waiting! I highly recommend her to anyone who really cares about their oral care! -Riley

The staff is super efficient and friendly! They were fantastic with both my kids. I will definitely use Dr Martinez for all my family dentistry needs. Highly recommend!
