I was having a really rough few days with some bad medical news to top it off. I spoke with Lindsey on the phone and she took to time to listen and was very patient and understanding. I was really touched. The dental assistant (I'm sorry I forgot her name!) is also very sweet and knowledgeable and sits with you. The reason for the 3 stars is the wait. Be prepared to be there for 2 hours or more no matter what you are in for waiting for dr. Thank you ladies so much for your care.

Time is no value to her. Always late. But the overpriced bill arrives early. Out of network, she charges what she wants that month. If you want a dentist who thinks they know it all, then see her, but she is really just greedy.

First off, check with your insurance company to see if they'll cover you here. I came to Dr. Nason to have a cosmetic procedure to fix 2 chipped front teeth. She gave me an estimate and after I paid, she proceeded to fix my teeth. All was well until I found out that her (and/or her staff) lied about it being covered under my insurance. I was asked to pay 3k for this procedure and the out of pocket estimate was less than half that. That's not the worst part.

After talking to them many times pleading my case, she still wanted me to come in for a "check up" 1 month after the veneers were put in. When I came in, the only thing she did was drill on another tooth that had a surface cavity. 2 weeks later, I lost the better portion of that tooth. This lady is crooked and definitely not recommended. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. It's in your best interest.

I really like Dr. Nason, she was attentive and understanding. her billing person that used to be a dental tech has messed up on 3 bills, the first time she billed my ins on something they shouldn't have and 2nd not billing them at all for a cleaning and then billing me balance for both of the bills.

Nice office with modern equipment. Dr. Nason takes great care of me and the rest of the staff is top-notch, too. Handles all my questions and concerns with respect. Sees me without excessive waiting upon arrival. No complaints over the past 3-years.
