I've just been to my first appointment with Dr. Pickett and can't say enough about that experience! I was made to feel comfortable and well cared for from the scheduling to the actual exam. I had neglected my oral health during the pandemic and I can't wait to get myself back on track. Thank you Kristen, Samantha and last but not least, Dr. Pickett.

This is the first time in my adult life that I've been comfortable going to the dentist. Jen always puts me at ease with her conversations and sweet demeanor- she always wants the best for her patients. Dr Pickett is very positive and encouraging and always quick to come up with a good plan should any additional steps need to be taken. I will be coming here for a long time!

An amazing experience. I called as a new patient with an urgent dental emergency for my daughter. The staff and Dr. Pickett were so attentive to our situation- and reacted immediately to our unusual request to be seen same day. They resolved our issue immediately and made my apprehensive daughter at ease and comfortable from the moment we walked in. It's obvious they value patient care as their top priority! After our longtime dentist retired, we started looking for a practice in our hometown of Keller. Our daughter and her husband had been going to Dr. Pickett's for awhile, so we took their advice and started going here. Glad we did! Dr. Pickett is very thorough and thoughtful, and very easy to talk with. His staff is just awesome and really do a good job for you. They are also very friendly and don't mind having a little fun! We highly recommend Dr. Pickett and his staff for any person or family looking for a dental practice.

I did not realize how nervous I was going to end up about getting my wisdom teeth removed, but Pickett Family Dental was so helpful & really eased my nerves. They were very detailed on everything from the x-ray to the healing. The procedure itself was easy and I didn't feel any pain or remember any of it. So glad I ended up going here to get them removed!

Great experience with Pickett Dental and I'm not one who enjoys the dentist. They have excellent customer service and they make you feel like you're at home and comfortable. Definitely recommend them for all ages. I even brought my kindergartner as well and even he had a great experience. Thumbs up!

Believe it or not, I truly enjoy going to visit this dentist office. My dentist is kind and gentle his work very professional, love the results. My dental hygienist is very personal and professional! Highly recommend.

I was nervous when choosing a primary dental doctor when I first moved up here but Picket Family Dental is an amazing place that made me feel right at home. The ladies at the front, especially Samantha, explained everything from the beginning and answered all my questions and concerns as far as billing and insurance. Joanie, my hygienist, cleaned my teeth very good and never rushed.

She even called to check up on me the next day. Dr. Pickett did awesome on my fillings and took his time to perfect them. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He truly cares about his patients. His office is very clean with the most updated dental equipment. They whole team is very professional & welcoming. Dr. Pickett did my crown and it's SO perfect. After he put it in, he called me the next day to make sure it was behaving as expected. He really seems to care about his patience and is very kind during every visit. Joni is an exceptional hygienist. She is very thorough and very gentle. The ladies who handle the scheduling and the billing in the front of the office are always sweet and pleasant and have great big smiles! I love this dentist's office!
