I have been going to Dr. Fiss for over 20 years and would not think of going anywhere else. He truly cares about his patients and makes himself available to answer any questions/concerns. Recently my 82 year old mom was experiencing a severe toothache and it was a few weeks before I could get her in to be seen by a periodontist she saw previously despite the situation.

So I reached out to Dr. Fiss' office for a recommendation. Dr. Fiss offered to see her right away to assess the situation and said my mom shouldn't have to endure that kind of pain. My mom needed to get a tooth extracted to alleviate her pain and Dr. Fiss made a call and connected us with a wonderful periodontist that he knew and believed would be a good fit for my mom (skillful, calm and reassuring).

She was squeezed in that same day and able to get her tooth extracted. Dr. Fiss assured my mom that she would be in great hands and not to worry and he was absolutely right. We cannot thank Dr. Fiss enough. Even though my mom wasn't a patient of his (that's going to change!), he didn't hesitate at all to help. If you are looking for a highly skilled dentist, compassionate, accessible and takes the time to explain things, I highly recommend Dr. Fiss! Plus his staff is awesome too!

Dr Fiss is an amazing dentist that truly cares about what is best for you as his client. I went into Dr Fiss for a cleaning / veneer consultation and I cannot express how easy he made the entire veneer process! I am so happy with how my veneers turned out and so happy I chose to go to Dr Fiss!

Dr. Fiss, Jodi, and the entire staff are amazing! The experience at this practice is like no other. After sending an online inquiry to receive more information about veneers, Dr. Fiss messaged me from his personal cell phone and later called to introduce himself and answer any questions I had. Jodi has been extremely helpful and accommodating scheduling my appointments around my work schedule. Dr. Fiss is very informative and I never felt pressured to proceed with any treatment. I provided Dr. Fiss a picture of how I would like my teeth to look and he worked with the lab to perfect my veneers and ultimately delivered a great smile. I had 10 porcelain veneers placed on the top teeth and love the outcome. I have received compliments on how pretty yet natural my smile looks. The whole process was complete in just 3 appointments, and all throughout, Dr. Fiss always messaged after each appointment to see how I was doing. Jodi and Dr. Fiss always let you know you can message or call anytime with any concerns and Dr. Fiss has always answered promptly when any questions arose. I have been a patient of Dr. Fiss for 21 years. I recently had some cosmetic work done where I had veneers put on all my top teeth and several on the bottom. Dr. Fiss and his team were amazing! They made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. He gave me my smile back! Dr. Fiss is an extremely skilled dentist with deep expertise in his profession. I have referred all my friends and family to Dr. Fiss. Dr. Fiss has had to undo and remediate past dental work that was of poor quality. He repaired my chipped front teeth with veneers, and was so impeccable and particular about the veneers looking natural. He enhanced my smile beautifully, and I am constantly receiving compliments about my smile; my smile was commented on as much as my being in Antarctica with the penguins!

Dr. Fiss is extremely kind and attentive to all your questions and concerns. He and his staff are willing to take the extra time to thoroughly explain treatment options to you. They are extremely knowledgeable at this office. Highly recommend this dentist! I learned more in 45 min than in 10 years at my prior dental office.

Dr. Fiss is top notch. Beyond accommodating and professional. Best dentist out there that I know, his whole staff is superb and helping in every way. I am a healthcare provider so I feel I can speak to when you get exceptional care on all fronts. The doctor, his front desk staff, as well as the hygienist's and assistant's in this office are of the highest caliber. It's rare you find places anymore that go above and beyond for patients and still have a passion for the care that's being given. This is one of those rare places where every interaction you have, with every level of staffing, in an exceptional one. If you are looking for a new dental office look no further.

I sent an online inquiry to the office on a Sunday afternoon and Dr. Fiss called me. He wanted to understand my needs and get me scheduled at my convenience for an initial meeting. I easily decided this was the dentist for me given how he and the entire practice treated me. They were and are professional, warm, and genuinely caring. For the final appointment for the porcelain veneers, Dr. Fiss was so attentive and urged me to take as much time as I needed to get comfortable with them and if I wasn't happy he was prepared to send them back to the lab.

He is a perfectionist who takes great pride in his work, but provides as much care and compassion to his patients to ensure their satisfaction. What a great experience; I highly recommend Dr. Fiss and his practice! I'm a patient for life!

Dr. Benjamin Fiss and his staff/team are top notch! The level of quality care I've received is difficult to put in words. While Dr. Fiss is more than capable of making the patient's teeth look phenomenal (he is a gifted artist), he also genuinely cares about the patient's well being. Dr. Fiss takes the patient's concerns seriously, and responds to them, as appropriate, in a very timely manner.

And equally important, he has never made me feel less than, and has always taken the time to provide detailed and understandable explanations. Dr. Fiss' staff/team are just as wonderful. They treat me like extended family, and have always been so considerate of my busy schedule. Ever since I've been his patient (over 15 years now), I've never felt like "just a number/patient."

One of the things I miss about Chicago life is the amazing dentistry of Dr Ben Fiss and his staff where I started going in 1976~!. I recently relocated to MN and had an appointment with my new dentist who said the work on my teeth (pretty extensive) looked great. Thanks Dr Fiss - and Staff, who treated our whole family.

This is a terrific dental office. My whole family has been going for sometime and have received great care. It's a very professional office, which really displayed itself during the pandemic. During the state's closedown they spent their time on how to best make everyone safe. They have very good procedures to protect themselves and the patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Fiss for 10 years and have recommended many people to his office because I love it here! Dr. Fiss is a very knowledgeable, detail oriented and attentive dentist. He did the veneers on my two front teeth. When people find out they are veneers and not my original teeth, they are shocked. They look amazing. Over the years I have had a couple of emergencies and Dr. Fiss and his team have always gone above and beyond to help me. I've received calls after hours and they have fit me in for appointments on very short notice. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Fiss and his team. I actually look forward to being in the office and seeing everyone!

Even in the most complex situations after long years of earlier neglect by previous providers, he clearly states the objectives based on performing comprehensive diagnostics. The execution is flawless and painless, with the highest quality and no room for errors. He is using the latest technologies and the best external dental specialist services where needed. Dr Fiss is the best dentist that I have ever been to. I've been going for about 4 years now. I had some cosmetic work redone by him that a previous dentist performed several years back that was far from perfect. Dr Fiss corrected the crown and made me feel better. He's very informative and makes you feel confident in him. I've done whitening and had a night guard made there. Elizabeth my dental hygienist is amazing. She's great to talk to and does a very thorough job. Elizabeth can answer any questions and is super knowledgeable about everything that you might ask.

I really enjoy my visits with her. And last but certainly not least Jodi and the rest of the staff are wonderful. Always smiling and welcoming you. They bend over backwards to find a spot for you in their appointment book. Put your name on the list for a last minute booking and they will call you with one in a short time. And insurance is seamless there, never an issue. Go to Dr Fiss!

Dr. Fiss is fabulous. I have been coming here for years. Everybody is so friendly and nice. Most importantly, my teeth have never been better. Yes, we may pay upfront. Any dentist anybody in my family has been to in the past 15 years does this, my children's dentist, the orthodontist and the periodontist all do this. I have tried many dentist in Chicago, no need to look any further than Dr. Fiss.

I moved to Chicago from Michigan and didn't have a dentist here. I fell and broke my two front teeth and was frantic. I called Dr. Fiss at 8 am on Saturday morning and to my surprise he answered the phone and was able to fit me in. He told me I wouldn't leave without teeth and I didn't. He did an amazing job. I have been a patient for 7 years now and would highly recommend Dr. Fiss.

He is very hands on and his staff is friendly and helpful. I have never had any issues regarding insurance. I am not in network and they file my claim and take care of everything for me.

I've been a patient with Dr. Fiss for over 15 years. Dr. Fiss is very knowledgeable and continues to stay up to date on the latest technology. Dr. Fiss office staff is very responsive to calls and emails. The office is very clean and his staff welcomes you with a smile. No one has taken care of my dental needs like Dr, Fiss and his staff. I am now moving out of state and I will probably travel back to Dr. Fiss and few times a year because I trust him.

Dr. Fiss is the BEST! When my previous Dentist retired, I started asking friends and family for referrals. My co worker recommended Dr. Fiss. I did my research and discovered that Dr. Fiss had some impressive credentials and great reviews. It's been 2 years and I can say without hesitation that Dr. Fiss is the best dentist I've ever had.

He has a very calm beside manor. He talks to and treats you like a human being. When you walk into his office, you are greeted by his wife, Jodi, other very professional and friendly staff members. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. During my last dental cleaning, the hygienist, Shelly, gave me a thorough cleaning and exam. Shelly also took the time to offer advice on how to take better care of my teeth. It's nice to know that there are still Doctors who care about their patients. I have been coming to Dr Fiss for over a decade. The facility is clean and has modern amenities. The dental hygienists are all very skilled and very friendly. Dr Fiss does an excellent job and his "chair side" manner is excellent. I would recommend Dr Fiss to anyone looking for a great dentist who does excellent work.

I never write reviews and I've had really bad experiences with dentists, many always trying to talk me into procedures I didn't need. Dr. Fiss suggested I get veneers, but I mildly dismissed the suggestion as being a vanity procedure. Then I realized then I was starting to get cavities on my front teeth and my bonding was starting to crumble.

At 52, I decided I would go ahead and get veneers on my 4 front incisors as I wanted to address both structural and aesthetic issues. Getting veneers is a long and tedious process. Dr. Fiss made a great set of temporary veneers that looked really wonderful on me, very natural. When the real veneers came in, they "looked" like veneers - dense and white. Dr. Fiss had me meet the ceramist to have them refined and made more natural and fitting to my mouth and face.

This process took 2 hours. when I came back to Dr. Fiss' office immediately after that, he was not satisfied and he had them remade completely. Dr. Fiss is a perfectionist and he is an artist. He knows what looks good on a person. He did not mince words when he said that he sees me and not my teeth first! Since my final veneers were put in, I have been getting many compliments on what a great smile I have (I would get these compliments anyway in my younger days, but not from young men 30 year my junior!). I highly recommend that you go to Dr. Fiss for any dental work that needs to be done. Dr. Fiss absolutely loves his work and clearly his passion for his works shows.

Going to the dentist is something that most people dread, not me. I love my trips to the dentist. I'm greeted by Jodi at the front desk who is so friendly, its always a pleasure to be greeted by her. The facility is consistently clean and I'm in and out in a timely manner. Dr. Fiss (the alpha) performs a thorough check behind the work of the hygienist, making sure the life changing smile (veneers) he gave is properly maintained. I greatly appreciate his practice and this establishment!

Outstanding! Love my results and my new smile. Dr. Fiss did my veneers and I am very happy with results. He is a talented dentist, very caring, with great attention to detail and great aesthetic sense - a must in cosmetic dentistry. He is very meticulous and clearly takes pride in his work. Office is beautiful and office staff is very warm and friendly, and very organized.

I was especially impressed that Dr. Fiss personally called me after treatment on a week end to ask how I am doing - no other dentist did that ever! If you need any cosmetic dentistry - look no further, he is an absolute best, highly recommend!

Being treated by Dr. Fiss and dealing with his wife and the older woman who works at the checkout station was one of the worst healthcare experiences I've ever had. I needed three crowns due to the incompetence of a former dentist and unfortunately ran right into the arms of Dr. Fiss. Long story short ( I am sparing you a lot of other details) Dr. Fiss began the crown work (put on a temp crown) and then sent me away to get root canals. Getting paid in ADVANCE for the ENTIRE job seemed to be really important to him and his staff so I paid $2000 (including insurance benefits).

But only because I knew my benefits were going to change in the interim. When I finally returned to have the crown work finished I was told I needed to pay an additional $600. Surprise! Naturally I was upset, thought perhaps I was being gouged and decided to have the real work done somewhere else. I asked that a fair portion (that which was not completed) of the pre-payment be returned.

The amount he came up with was $0. Not willing to lose more money on these teeth I returned to have the job completed and the amount increased to $800 (this seemed to be the fault of the woman who processes insurance). It got pretty ugly in the waiting area, with his wife striking a most unprofessional and self righteous tone. Finally, Dr. Fiss begrudgingly accepted the $600.

After we settled the matter, he waited until I was vulnerable (in the chair) and proceeded to lecture me regarding the situation. I was very uncomfortable with that behavior. Dr. Fiss is aggressive, verbose, combative and unprofessional. He will talk over you and fail to listen with sincerity. I've never been treated so poorly by a medical professional.

Nor have I ever experienced such aggressive fee collection prior to services rendered. In terms of the actual crown work, it's only been a few months but I don't have any major complaints except that I now have a longer flossing routine due to the larger spaces between the crowns. That may have been the case with any dentist, however. Who knows?

I have had his work evaluated by 3 different dental professionals and only one of them commented negatively that the margins (spacing between the crowns) could've been better. The others thought the work was acceptable. All 3 agreed that they looked good because no metal was used. On a positive note, Dr. Fiss is fast and runs on time generally.

If you decide to have major work done with Dr. Fiss, be sure to get everything in writing, don't pre-pay and doublecheck the work of the older woman who processes the insurance, she is not good at her job.

Dr Fiss is a fantastic dentist. I went in to his office for a veneer consult. My teeth where not aligned properly and due to an accident I had a chipped front tooth. On my first visit I felt completely comfortable in the office and the staff where very welcoming and professional. The facility is modern, serene and has a relaxed spa-like quality to it.

I spoke to Dr Fiss about veneers and the process. He spent time explaining the pros and cons and the process in it's entirety. I looked through pictures of patients who had veneers placed by him and was very impressed. They looked amazing! I wanted that beautiful smile! So I took the plunge and decided to have veneers on my upper, front six teeth.

It was a great decision! I am so happy and have the smile I have always wanted. I wish I would have done it years earlier. I am so grateful to Dr Fiss and his office staff for helping me. I am very picky and they were more than patient with me and addressed all my questions and concerns. I could tell that both Dr Fiss and his staff take alot of pride in their work.
