My nephew went there and everything was great! Staff is very pleasant and friendly, it's very clean and inviting, and the work he had done was excellent and affordable. They were great with him! 10/10 would recommend.

From the very first consultation appointment, we felt welcomed and educated by every staff member we came into contact with. The staff is always super friendly! My daughter was eight when she began orthodontics, and they took extra care to explain things at her level and reassure her anxious heart. I am very thankful I went to Dr Becker Orthodonics. Everyone from the front office to the back techs are amazing awesome at making you feel comfortable and explaining the office visit. Dr Becker and her team have my child feeling confident to smile, I've seen a huge difference in my child since we've been going to Dr Becker's office. I would recommend ABO to everyone needing braces! 3 kids have had 1 set of braces with 2 going back to have phase 2. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and just plain fun to be around. We've never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room and if they say the appointment is a half hour, it's never been longer.

I love the staff here, they're very nice and actually care about your needs and how you feel. Would defiantly recommend going here for orthodontic needs!

Great staff, has given all three of my children beautiful smiles and are now helping their mom have one as well. Dr. Becker is wonderful, outgoing, and always willing to answer questions.

Would recommend to anyone child/teenage/adult with any problem. I got braces at age 21, during my original consultation they went over multiple options with me and told me the cost/length of time/ and pros/cons of each option. She has two offices, another in Fort Wayne, IN. I made appointments at both for whatever was more convenient for me. Also accommodated emergency appointments if something went wrong.

And I got a discount on my braces because my sister was a patient of hers before. So if you have multiple kids/family members who need something then this is the way to go. I know they also offer Invisalign. Great results. Staff and Dr. Becker are amazing.
