I've never seen a more friendly, caring staff anywhere! I was so nervous to return to the dentist after more than a decade of ignoring my oral health (I know, I know.), but the receptionist, assistant, and dentist were so kind and put me at ease immediately and throughout my appointment. Highly recommend!

I am the child of a now retired dentist, and after working for my Dad for years and being in the dental world my standards are very high. Amazing office. We have a 4 and a 3 year old and both of them love the dentist. The younger one was a little harder to win over, but Dr. Diehl's staff were so patient and kind and now she loves it. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing! There's no place that you could possibly find more friendly, helpful, polite, likeable staff. Because I had a problem with my dental appliance, I was given an appt within hours of my phone call! I didn't need to see Dr Diehl today, but Megan was clearly highly educated and able to handle my appt. She had a quick check with the doc to confirm her thoughts, after explaining them to me, and then came back with several options. Very thorough, kind, understanding and easy to talk to and I was included in all of it! Quite. fantastic!

I'm still fairly new, but so far, I love this office. We had to find a new dentist closer to home and we decided to go with this office due to location and the amazing reviews. The reviews set a high bar and they exceeded my expectations. The dentist and staff are so nice and professional. My first exam was thorough and pleasant. What really impresses me about this office is the staff.

I took my son for an appointment and we forgot to get his school note. Ashley at the office actually text me the next day and reminded me that they didn't provide it and offered to fax it to his school. I highly recommend them.

At significant inconvenience to himself, Dr Diehl met me at his dental office on Sunday to reinstall a crown that had become dislodged. This is not the first time I've needed dental assistance after normal office hours. My family has been using DuPont Family Dentistry for many years. We know our dental needs will always be dealt with as quickly as possible. We also know that the staff at DuPont Family Dentistry are well trained, professional, friendly and eager to assist us with our dental needs.

I've been going to Dupont Family Dentistry for twenty years now and I can't recommend them highly enough. They've taken great care of my rancid mouth. The staff have always treated me wonderfully. I can't compare them to other dentists because Dupont is the only one I go to and the only one I want to go to. Here's an example of the care I've received: one time I had a problem with a filling and Dr. Diehl came in on his day off, it was Christmas Eve Eve, and fixed it. That's a mensch move. You're in good hands with this group.

This was first time I went to Dupont Family Dentistry. I was impressed with the friendliness of staff. I had a broken tooth and had it repaired as well as other dental work I needed done. i would recommend Dupont Family Denistry to anyone looking for good dentist.

I had my first ever crown done at Dupont Family Dentistry, although I was not looking forward to having it done they did a great job. Dr. Diehl and his staff kept me informed throughout the process which helps you focus on the benefits of the procedure. Another important service they offer is same day crown, no need to come back they make them right in the office! I'll be back for all my dental health needs in the future.

I fell Christmas Day and knocked my front tooth out. Dr Diehl saw me Monday morning. Turns out I would need an implant. We started the process and it went great. They did a terrific job explaining the process and making sure I was comfortable. I have been a patient at Dupont Family Dentistry for years. My wife made an appointment and was there yesterday. She was amazed at how professional the entire staff was. The reason she had an appointment was to fill a tooth. It turned out she had some serious issues, She had an abscessed tooth in upper mouth draining into sinus cavity. She also has an abscessed tooth in her lower mouth. Dr. Diehl was the best experience she has ever had with a dentist.

He was so totally professional and made her feel very comfortable. Ashley answered the phone when we called. Her compassion and empathy made us feel comfortable to make the appointment. She is an asset to Dr. Diehl's practice. My husband could not say enough about her. We will never go to another dentist. It will always be Dupont Family Dentistry!

I visited Dupont Family Dentistry for the first time today. I recently moved to the area and did not yet have a dentist. However, my crown came off, and I had heard about Dr. Diehl on a local radio station. I chose him for no other reason than I had a good high school friend with the same name. I'm so glad I did! I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of everyone I met, and I felt very welcomed from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. Thank you, Kylah, Meagan, Dr. Diehl, and Kathy! I'm looking forward to my first thorough appointment in a couple of weeks.

This place does a marvelous job at providing excellent customer service throughout the entire experience: from check-in to check-out. The front desk staff always remembers your name and greets you with a smile. What's even more awesome about this place is they explain what they are doing, why they are doing it and keep a casual conversation the whole time. I cannot say anything negative about this place! If someone you know has even the slightest dental anxiety recommend they try a visit here!

I have never left a review on anything on Google ever. But after visiting this dentist office, I felt I had to. It was the BEST dental experience I've had in my 30 years of life. They were very thorough and explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. My son has extremely high anxiety about the dentist and actually asked me if we could keep going there after we left. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

This place is the bomb! most advanced dental facility and the absolute perfect people working there. from the front desk to check out they are all the most wonderful people I've met at any business. They have a great culture there.
