Dr. Rusty Jones is a proud native of Arizona. After serving a mission for his church in Ecuador for two years, he attended and graduated from Arizona State University. He then was accepted to the prestigious Baylor College of Dentistry where he earned his dental degree in 2005. His love for learning continued as he attended an Orthodontic Residency at the University of Colorado Health Science Center and graduated in 2007.Dr. Jones loves to create smiles and build relationships with his patients, who he likes to treat as his family.

Unfortunately I havent had the best experience with them. I went in to get braces around february. The 1st time I went in to get my wires changed the staff did no inform me that I had to schedule a follow up appointment and me not knowing just walked out. They call me at the end of April to schedule an appointment but they're all booked through may so I had to schedule for July 14 which is today.
Unfortunately I cant make it so now I have to pay a 20 dollar fee for cancelling and now I have to wait till mid August to go in which makes it around 6 months without any treatment nor seeing the dentist. If it wasnt for the lack communication of the staff, I dont think this would have happened. I honestly dont even feel like continuing my treatment with them.
I was even willing to go to their facility on 75th ave which I shouldn't since my preferred office is in south Phoenix. If they had the same time and energy as they do posting on their social media for their patients I dont think I would be here typing this.

My daughter just got her braces removed yesterday and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Her teeth and smile look amazing. Our whole experience with Rust Jones Orthodontics has been smooth sailing. Everyone on the team has been very helpful, friendly and professional. Dr. Jones is super personable and does amazing work. The pricing is extremely reasonable and the payment plan options make it a breeze. The expected amount of treatment time was right on point, even with COVID going on for a big portion of it. We highly recommend RJO and team!

Had a great experience the year my daughter was in braces! Doctor answered all my questions and concerns her teeth look amazing! Friendly staffed and good assistants that thought her how to brush with her braces! I would definitely be bringing in my boys to get started! We loved doctor jones and his staff!
