A Glowing Smile Dental Care

My daughter and I have been patients of A Glowing Smile before Dr. Dicello took over the practice. We've remained patients even though they no longer accept my insurance. In January, I began the lengthy process of getting snap-in dentures. Had my upper teeth removed, bone grafts, bone shaved down, etc. Dr. Dicello and his assistant, Blanca, are just wonderful.

Any time I was having pain, or just concerned of my progress, Dr. Dicello would get me in regardless if his schedule was full. Even the office staff are wonderful. In the beginning, I was confused about the process and my options. Even though Elvira was on maternity leave, she'd take the time to call and answer my questions. Dr. Dicello and the staff at A Glowing Smile care about their patients and I recommend them to everyone I know

Normally I hate going to the Denist office but Dr. Dicello and his staff are caring and very professional. They remembered my name and situation yet it had been a year since my last visit. Dr Dicello makes you smile and feel very comfortable at the same time. Elvira, office manager/ assistant is the best Elvira is very knowledgeable u can discuss your case with her in detail. Elvira answered all my procedural questions and made me feel very comfortable, relaxed and well cared for. Im originally from Chicago and finding a good Denist was very important to me chicago and finding the right Denist was very important

Had fillings I needed to take care and the Dr was very quick and kind while taking care of me along w their assistant! The staff is friendly and always have smiles! Would def recommend to others and my family when they need dental work.

The staff is so friendly & helpful. They walk through every step of the process. The chairs are comfortable & the new equipment is state of the art. The dentist Dr. Dicello took the time to get know a little about by self as well. I felt more like friend or family rather that just a client.

All That I can say is that this office is by far the best! I don't usually use names, but I will say Dr Docello, Blanca, Ellen, you have been nothing but the best! My wife and I can't say or express everything this team has done! And by the way congrats to El! You're in our hearts! KEEP ROCKING AND COME TO THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!

So glad I found glowing smile Dental care Dr. Anthony Dicello, and his professional staff are amazing. I have put off on the dental procedures that I have needed for sometime not feeling comfortable until I found Glowing Smile. Can't wait for my new Smile.

Since my dentist of 15 years went to Bullhead City, I have tried many dentists with little success, until a visit to a glowing smile. Dr. Dicello takes the time to explain everything. The staff treated me like I have known them for years. They take painless dentistry to another level. If you are scared dont worry they will take care of you,

I admit I was very anxious going to a new dentist. I was immediately put at ease with the hospitality and professionalism of the entire Glowing Smile staff. I finally found my dentist. Thank you so much!

Avoid this scam of a business at all cost. I was charged for work I never approved of in October 2020. December 2021 I get a bill in the mail for work I never approved. The dates on my recipients don't add up to my bill I've received. I have great insurance that should have been covered but I was still charged. I will be contacting the BBB and Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners.

Always had a fear of dentist.found A Glowing Smile and my fears were put at ease. The Dr. And his staff have been fantastic. I now go regularly, something I have not done in many years!

I called today trying to schedule an appointment for procedure because I have bad pain, but the front desk representative ( Cathy) refused give me one! Claimed that I have to pay half price to schedule me! I told her I don't have the card on Me right now, I will pay at the procedure day, but she said sorry call again when you have it, Claimed its office policy. I never treat like that before, I feel so frustrated because they basically give me a message that we don't trust you!

Myself, wife, & 2 daughters have been coming here for a year now. This is by far the most professional and courteous team I have ever seen. They go above and beyond with dental cleaning. Provide you tips and tricks with how to maintain your dental care. They also ensure that all your dental needs are taken care of. I have referred multiple people to them because I trust them.

I bring my whole family here. This is hands down a step above other dental offices. The staff here are friendly and courteous. They manage things safely and best of all you feel as if you are one of the family. We have been here for cleanings and for minor work for our kiddos. Overall it is budget friendly and amazing work!

This place is the best. I am a sissy and they made me extremely comfortable. I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

I can't tell you how horrible this dentist is. My son had a horrible toothache and I was trying to get him seen ASAP. I felt so relieved that they could see him first thing in the morning. I should have known the reason it was because of how unprofessional and disrespectful this dentist is. During the treatment my son had an infection and had to be cleaned out.

I know my kid and I was trying to support him and the dentist scolded me and told me he would remove me if I continued. He later tried to apologize but it was like he couldn't understand at all because he is the typical macho man that thinks he knows it all. He is insincere and beyond rude. Please don't bring your kids here and hopefully I can save others from this horrible experience that traumatized both my son and I. There is a reason dentists are known for being evil and people hate going.

I have been going here for about 2 years now and I consistently get great care. I hate going to the dentist but they always try to make me as comfortable as possible. I really appreciate the extra effort they put into what they do.

Elvira goes above and beyond in order to help and make her patients happy! She definitely deserves employee of the year! We need more people like her in your industry that loves their job and that's cares about people and their needs! Very welcoming over the phone/in person definitely a person that should always be in front for the most welcoming caring first impression of your business!

The staff here is so amazing! I haven't been to the dentist since I got my braces off in high school and they made me feel right at home. They give you a tour the first time you go which is so personable and awesome. I was also given a welcome card as well. I haven't had customer service like this ever! I'm so impressed and the rest of my family will definitely be going here :

Went for the first time yesterday and had a wonderful experience. Tammy my hygienist was super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Dicello took his time with his examination and was great to deal with as well. I travel full time and work remote and they didn't need to offer such great service as it was a one and done situation. They did not care and took great care of me and I will 100% revisit their office again if ever in the Phoenix area. 10/10 would recommend.

First and foremost I would like to say the staff is super nice! Upon arrival the front desk aid right away greeted me and guided me through paperwork. After the documents were completed a hygienist greeted me shortly, the wait was very short, which I loved. The hygienist right away addressed me if I had any concerns about my oral health. I liked how the hygienist listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly well educating me on the issue.

Another big deal for me was the atmosphere, usually dental offices could be awkward but not this one. The staff actually talked to me and made me feel super comfortable well working diligently. Shortly the doctor visited me, the doctor was very understanding and addressed all my issues. I didn't feel rushed in fact I felt like she took more time to hear me out. If you want a quick but reliable dentist appointment I would recommend this dental clinic. Thank you guys for making this a great visit.

If I could give them zero stars I would! We called Glowing Smile because they are open on Saturdays and seemed to have decent reviews. My husband's upper denture had completely split on a Friday afternoon so he could not eat anything that needed to be chewed. I called four different times throughout the day starting at 8am (their posted opening time) on Saturday and went straight to voicemail each time.

I left messages of ever-increasing urgency asking them to please call and get him scheduled as soon as possible, even if that meant scheduling him the next week. We never received a return call.

I have been going here for years, courteous staff, great dental work. They really care about you. Would recommend to anyone! They have been working with me through no insurance and changing insurances.

Unprofessional office/staff, even the Dentist will talk bad to you! Tony only worries about his review not his people!

I really have no way to evaluate the dental services here because I never got beyond the new patient paperwork. I asked about a statement that was supposed to be initialed that said "Due to the extensive amount of time our staff and doctors devote to preparing and reserving uninterrupted time for your appointments, we require a deposit of half of the treatment fee to make your reservation." Seriously?

When I asked for clarification, I was told that patients have to pay their entire copay under insurance, or half of the fee if there is no insurance, or an appointment for treatment will not be scheduled. This is on top of a 48 hour cancellation notice policy instead of the usual 24 hours. Outrageous!

Dr Carlisi was so very kind and gentle. Very thorough and honest to refer me to a specialist or root canal. It has all worked out so well.

I walked in today with an abscessed tooth and ( as you can imagine) was in a lot of pain. The staff was very attentive and understanding. They got me in as soon as possible and took care of the problem. Thank you to everyone at Glowing smile. I really don't know what I would have done with your services today. Many praises to come for this excellent local dentist. Please give them a try and I promise, you won't be disappointed. Shawn S.

My dog knocked his unusually hard head into my face and I ended up with a loose crown in the front of my mouth. I called Glowing Smile and got in the next morning at 8:30. an X-ray was taken and that tooth was just fine. but the other one giving me trouble.not so much. I ended up having a wisdom tooth pulled. Dr. Dicello was so patient and kind. This tooth was really problematic, took over an hour to come out. He continued to ask about my pain, calmly explained everything and never got exasperated. He's my new Hero! Thanks to everyone in his office. You are all rockstars!

Received a bill in the mail today for $264 for services we never received -- my boyfriend went on October 23rd for an introductory exam with x-rays and paid during the visit. I've been a patient here for a year now and I know firsthand that they don't let you receive services without paying first. No details on what this bill is even for. Why did it take them nearly 3 months to send a "bill"? Shady practice, I don't think I'll be returning here for either of our treatments.

Dr. Dicello has been our dentist for over 1 1/2 years. We met and were very impressed with one of his Dental Hygenist, Shannon, when she worked for a local office that is now closed. We followed her over 45 miles to A Glowing Smile. We like her THAT much. We also are just as happy with Dr. Dicello and the rest of his staff! Dr. Dicello is very skilled at delivering a painless injection of novocaine. From the moment you enter the door and meet his office staff you will feel welcomed into a caring, skilled dental practice.

Had my first visit today. Been a long time since I've seen a dentist. Nothing but great things to say about the place. Very positive experience and my family will be going here from now on!

Started coming to A Glowing Smile Dental Care when we moved to Peoria many years ago. Was very happy with the work Dr. Maruska did for my wife and I and Dr. Dicello has continued to provide excellent, honest, and professional dental services. Dr. Dicello's staff is very warm and attentive and works with my insurance company to keep cost to a minimum. Great service.

Had a wonderful first experienced, Elvira the receptionist was amazing and detailed in explaining all insurance coverages, the hygienist made me feel so comfortable with explaining what every instrument was for. The dr was so nice as well, explained what would best for me and wasn't forcing me ( like other dentist) to have something done. Over all great customer service! You guys rock

Very prompt with appointment time. Always newest technology in the office. Television on the ceiling to take your mind off the work going on in your mouth (LOL). The very personable staff clearly explains every procedure so you understand.

The staff were nice, I went here because I figured it would be different from the big name dental companies where it's all about doing the expensive services only but it's the same as the other big names they pretty much refused my cleaning which sucks because I took the day off work. Tried to to get me to do a deep cleaning and refused a regular cleaning evening tho my last dentist spot I got a regular cleansing with different dentist. So it's no different than those big names that try to do the typical money plot :-
