Doc Latimer, Shannon, Toni, and Emily make a great team. Don't be fooled by the quaint location, inside they are high tech all the way. And Shannon is the most meticulous hygienist you'll ever find. She will clean your teeth like never before.

Dr. Latimer is a good dentist and her staff is friendly and professional. However, I think her services are overpriced. I was charged a great deal of money for a device she created at her office and it fell apart twice in one week. I was not told the cost of the device ahead of time. For this reason I quit going to her practice.

Dr. Latimer and her staff are simply superb. You will never meet a more detailed and professional dental office. I recently had some work done and the result was absolutely perfect - I'm extremely happy. Dr. Latimer and her staff have been caring for me for years and I would recommend them to anyone who wants the best dental care in the city. You won't be disappointed.

Best service and most caring and consistent dental care. They give care to all aspects of your dental health including how it affects sleep and overall body health. I also love how they take the time to consult with each patient. I have never had that with a dentist and it was refreshing to be so thoughtfully included in the important decisions of my dental health.

I had my teeth cleaned last week. Shannon did such a wonderful, thorough job, again. My teeth felt so much cleaner than brushing and flossing at home can accomplish. Her techniques and recommendations indicate that she is always up to date and well informed in her area of expertise.

Susan Latimer is the most careful dentist I have ever been to. From start to finish, she does the best work I've ever had. They do the most thorough introductory check-up to see what work needs to be done, gives an entire overview report of the work to be done. Then maps out the work with you in order of need, monetary considerations and timing. Great work! And the entire team is great and just as well-trained.

Latimer Dental Arts is simply the best! They have the highest standards of any dental practice in Houston as far as I'm concerned. Their approach to hygiene and safety during the pandemic is especially appreciated. I feel safer there than anywhere else in the city. A great team overall and Dr Latimer is fantastic!

The continuity of care is impressive as it takes effort and focus to deliver consistently. I think Dr. Latimer is a good dentist but outrageously expensive. If you go to her you need to ask ahead of time how my everything costs. I had a bad experience with her in that I had a medical emergency and no one called me back for days because it happened on a weekend. So she did not have a backup dentist if you lose a cap or have a medical emergency.

When I needed a temporary tooth she made a device that cost $800 and fell apart twice. I was never told how much it was going to cost ahead of time or given any options. After that I changed dentists. She give Starbucks gift cards to patients who post reviews on social media.

Dr Latimer and team always do a great job. She and her team make sure to give their undivided attention at all times, and will work with you to make sure that your treatment works for you exactly the way you want it.

Dr. Latimer and her team are the most thorough, compassionate, wonderful dental professionals I have ever seen. They work so hard to make your experience calm and informative. Shannon is the gentlest hygienist. They have helped me overcome my fear of going to the dentist. I actually look forward to my appointments!

Dr. Latimer is an incredibly talented and knowledgeable dentist. Her office staff are amazing and the communication is second to none. The environment of the office is very peaceful and zen similar to how I find my interactions with their office. This is in contrast to other experiences I have had where it is like pulling teeth (excuse the pun) to try to get any direction or guidance.

Unfortunately this comparison comes from direct experience this year in needing to work through complicated dental issues and after speaking with many people, I would recommend Dr Latimer with high confidence!

Dr. Latimer and Shannon (the hygienist) are wonderful! They genuinely care about the patient's dental health and do their best to help your teeth get to where they need to be. Also, Emily at the front desk is super. She's on top of your schedule and sends out multiple reminders to ensure you won't miss your appointment. Insurance billing is very quick. What's more, they offer the first appointment at 7:00 a.m. so you don't have to take a lot of time off just to go to the dentist.

There is almost zero wait time in their office. You're on the dental chair almost 3 minutes after you arrive at your appointment. The office itself is very cozy. Warm towels every where you need, pleasant lavender fragrant surrounding the office. You would feel like you are in a spa, not a dental office. Amazing place! I would recommend them to anyone who are interested in transforming their smiles.

Dr. Latimer has been my dentist for years. Her staff is incredibly friendly and even remember me and my family whenever we walk in for annual check-ups. I don't think I could think of any other dentist in Houston who makes dental appointments easy, efficient, and inviting.

I second all the wonderful reviews here! Dr. Latimer and her staff, Emily, Maria and Shannon, are professional, honest and so lovely. I've been coming here for 6 years now and look forward to my appointments; a big deal for someone that was terrified of dentists due a poor experience years ago. Dr. Latimer sat down with me the first appointment and we discussed in detail my dental history, goals etc.

What I also like is that she stays current in her field and incorporates new products and technologies in her practice. She had also made time to see me after hours when one of my temporary fillings fell out (my fault). I highly recommend Latimer Dental Arts!
