We have special events throughout the year that involve patients and parents, including holiday and spirit days, support for community events, prizes for excellent oral hygiene, and even a contest to win free braces! All special events are designed to help patients feel comfortable at their appointments and in our office.
Many members of our team have entrusted ROG with their own and their family members' care. We have also had the pleasure and privilege of providing orthodontic services for dentists, their families, and staff members. We have treated family or staff of 80% of Berks County's dentists. I received ortho care from ROG a few years ago. I can not express how wonderful this place is! They have great customer service and are always giving there best work! I just got my prom pictures back and I keep getting complements on my teeth. This prompted me to write a review because ROG truly does amazing work. When considering braces please research and consider ROG!

I am extremely frustrated with the quality of care my child is receiving from this practice. We trusted their expertise, but I feel that they have not taken our comments and questions seriously. They are not providing the services that we spoke about at several appointments. I expressed my frustration to them and I'm hopeful that things will turn around because I had heard good things and I am so far unimpressed. This is a huge financial undertaking for us and a big deal for our child and it's been nothing but a disappointment for all of us.

Recently returned to replace my retainer after getting braces here over ten years ago. The staff at the front desk are very professional and friendly. I can't say the same about the orthodontic assistants. For my recent appointment and remembering back from my braces appointments, the staff are rude, judgmental and unprofessional. Also be warned, replacing a retainer is $200 which is fair.
Then after a certain amount of years past having your braces taken off they sneak in an additional $150 fee. In my opinion, that seems a little sneaky and predatory. ROG may have the most popular bumper sticker, but they aren't the only option for orthodontic care. There are many different options in the area with quality service and friendlier staff. * *please feel free to not reply to this comment.

We have been coming to ROG for 3.5 LONG years! After moving 2hrs away we still made the trip (for 2.5yrs). Carol has literally made our trips worth every moment. We have become family and will miss her! She knows her stuff and is irreplaceable! Dr. Nat, Dr. Mauro & Carol.we will never ever forget how wonderful and flexible you have been with us. Dr. Natalie Parisi and her team are excellent! Dr. Nat graciously invited several orthodontists, myself included, to visit her practice for a day to learn more about an appliance, the Herbst, which she is an expert in. I was blown away by her team's efficiency, and their kindness and warmth towards their patients. As an orthodontist who has visited numerous offices across the country, I can confidently say that patients are in great hands here. What a wonderful experience and privilege it was to spend time with the ROG team today!

ROG provides exceptional orthodontic care and are very professional. Nicole F is a wonderful and talented technician. She will spend time with you and answer all your questions, and she does beautiful work. I wouldn't trust my own or my children's teeth to just anyone! I would highly recommend ROG for your whole family's needs!

Every time I go into ROG it is nothing short of an amazing experience! I've had orthodontic care in the past and was super nervous about having it again. However, Dr. Mauro did a tremendous job explaining the treatment plan on not only correcting my teeth alignment but also correcting my jaw. Tia is always a breath of fresh air when you go into the clinic and provides only the most excellent of care. Maddie is always kind and professional over the phone, and the entire office has put my mind at ease about treatment. I am super excited about having my jaw correction, and can't wait to have my own FANTASTIC SMILE.

I had a wonderful experience with Briana, she helped me schedule the consultation for my daughter. Briana was very nice and very professional while talking to me. I'm pretty sure that my daughter will definitely love going to ROG, and I hope we get to meet Briana in person so we can thank her for her help, but in case we don't, Thank You Briana for all your help!

ROG is not only a great orthodontic practice, but is committed to the community and supporting local efforts to enhance and enrich the lives of kids and their families. Beth Daly at ROG has been great and easy to work with. ROG has sponsored the kids activities for the Pottstown GoFourth! Festival for 2 consecutive years and we are so appreciative of their generous support. On a personal note, ROG provided excellent orthodontic services for my son when he had his braces. A warm and welcoming office with professional and attentive staff!
