I drive an hour to American Family Dental because our visit to the dentist is pleasant and stress-free. The dental office was designed with patient comfort in mind. We schedule both general checkups and orthodontics at this one location. Everything is high tech and cutting edge. They address any concerns you might have prior to treatment and answer all of your questions in a relaxed, pressurefree setting.

I found Dr. J during an emergency problem and out of state (snow bird) last year. He is amazing! He talks to you about everything, What's wrong, possible solutions and options. He and his staff work very well with high anxiety people like myself. He and his staff are professional and friendly. The quality of his work is impeccable. I had another emergency issue arise this winter and again, he and his team did outstanding work. I am so glad I found him!

If I could give American family dental less than 1 star I would. This place is literally a joke, 4 trips between November 3rd 2021 to today may 31st to get a retainer made. Each time another excuse on why it's not here. My teeth have shifted each trip. Not only that but the office never called the right number to confirm my first sizing appointment.
So they were blaming me for it not fitting! I've been coming here over 7 years and dr. Jacksons office has gone completely downhill. I will not be returning to this office. My paperwork and x-rays are being transferred. I hope this review saves some people time and effort to go find a dentist that cares!
