Everyone at Smith Dental Care was kind and friendly and service was prompt. They answered my questions without issue and were very transparent about pricing. If you're new, ask about their new patient discount deal to save a good bit.

They are amazing. Everyone was so nice, from scheduling, to check in and out, to the hygienists, and Dr. Douglas. They are very up front about costs and affordable, which I really appreciate as a private pay patient. I had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist but now I feel so relieved. 10/10 would recommend!

I am absolutely in love with Smith Dental! I have spent many years afraid to go see the dentist . From my first phone call to schedule an appointment and the day of.they were amazing, kind and caring! They didn't make me feel like a big baby and they really took the time to listen to my concerns and to take into consideration my health and safety!

They also took the time to educate me and show me what my teeth are looking like and help me come up with a plan that was not only affordable but exactly what I need to make my mouth healthy again! I am definitely looking forward to my future visits and I will also be bringing my kids ! Thank you Smith Dental for your help and time!

This was the best dental experience I've had in a long time. My hygienist, Mrs. Kim was absolutely amazing. She's very personable and knowledgeable. I appreciated her work as she cleaned my teeth with total care. She carefully explained the concerns she had for my teeth and did so in a manner that was reassuring yet comfortable. I'm very pleased and thankful.

The staff at Smith Dental is phenomenal! I'm the kind of person who has always dreaded the dentist, but these folks really take time to make sure you're comfortable and don't make you feel bad at all for the state of your teeth! Wouldn't dream of going to another dentist after the amazing interactions I had at Smith Dental. Couldn't recommend this group enough! If you're hesitant about dentists this is definitely the place for you to get your smile back on track.

I have a special needs daughter who struggles with dental exams. I contacted Smith Dental to inquire on their sedation services. We had our initial consultation meeting with them yesterday, and I don't think I could be more pleased! Connie was beyond amazing with my daughter Katie. She made Katie feel comfortable through the entire x-ray and intake process. And Dr. Ogletree was just as considerate with her interactions with Katie. I wholeheartedly recommend Smith Dental!

The staff is excellent in every regard: welcoming, proficient, hygienist was excellent, greeting and exam by dentist thorough. The question of charges at the end of the preliminary visit took me aback. The normal charges they said were " deeply discounted" because "first visit promotional credits". This gave cause to wonder what charges would be after the promotional discount for first-time visit. I will try other clinics in Tyler to compare regular charges for cleaning and annual exam.

I love Smith Dental. I have always been scared of dentist and doctors but Dr. Joe makes me so comfortable. Then there is Ms. Kim, I have really become attached to her. She is a caring and lovely woman. I could go on forever They staff at the desk up front really brighten my day as well. I love to talk and even busy they seem to enjoy entertaining me. I highly recommend Smith Dental, wonderful people.
