I was waiting on a friend to get done with an interview and sitting in the parking lot here and I was accosted rudely by a man telling me I could not park there. There were plenty of parking spaces avaliable. They are rude on the outside just as much as the inside, I would not trust them with my teeth if I can't trust them not to threaten to tow my car!

I am so blessed to have found this amazing dentistry establishment. Each time I have been to Dr. Franklin's office, has been an incredible experience. From the exceptional receptionists as I walk inside this clean and beautiful falcity, to the highly skilled care; above and beyond; of the dental assistanced and dental hygienist.followed by the expert care and compassion of Dr. Franklin, I have been extremely happy. This place deserves a 10 star rating at least!

Communication could be better as the x-ray machine my son has to use was down so no X-rays even though I had called the office 2 days in a row to make sure they would use it instead of bite wing x-rays. Dr. Pitts checked him though which I appreciated and we loved the young lady who cleaned his teeth. She made it easy for Jon to have his teeth cleaned.

The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated her assistance with inputting my information into their system. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dentist and her staff to everyone. I was not stressed and did not feel like I would be burdened with unnecessary procedures or costs. Very happy to have found their services.
