One of the hardest jobs is a dental laboratory. It has to be a balance of ART and SCIENCE Most labs do not have either of these. Some have one. Not only does Oral Designs have both but what separates them is the CUSTOMER SERVICE and PERSONAL CARE. I know that they go the extra step. From when Shirley greets you on the phone to when their lab staff address your needs or problems to when they make a special delivery. Today will be the 3rd time my dentist has sent me here for a custome shade for the same tooth. Since the 2 before did not fit correctly and the color had a grayish tint we thought perhaps a different tech with fresh eyes could help. When I show up a new tech accompanied by her manager decided she would use the exact same shade but just make it thicker. Am calling my dentist and requesting a new lab. This is absurd
