Avalon Dental

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. B's for close to 20 yrs! We actually moved from San Ramon to Brentwood and continued to make the commute. Eighteen years later and we've moved again and still have no plans to change dentists. Dr. B is always gentle and let's you know what he's doing with each procedure. I have terrible TMJ and both he and the dental assistants have been very accommodating. All of the staff at Avalon Dental is friendly and helpful! I depend on reviews so felt compelled to share how happy we are with Dr. B!

Dr. Broschinsky is an exceptional Dentist as well as a person. He is honest, gentle, kind and loves his profession. I have been with Dr. Broschinsky for over 25 years and still get excellent service and care.

My visit was the best ever! Everyone was friendly and relaxed. The dentist took time to analyze everything. The hygenist cleaned my teeth well with no pain. The office manager was very helpful. What a find!

Excellent work and phenomenal service is very personalized. I have visited for cleanings, Invisalign treatment and major dental work. I am very impressed with this practice and even after moving out of California I prefer to treat with Avalon Dental. I recently visited for a cleaning and informed Dr. Broschinsky and his staff that my teeth and gums were becoming sensitive. My teeth were cleaned but not before the appropriate amount of numbing gel was used so I did not experience any discomfort.

Dr B. has always done a great job for me. I moved from San Ramon many years ago and make the drive (1hour each way) because I know I can trust his service. He always uses the most current technology in dentistry-it's comforting to know you have a dentist that stays with the times. Staff is always super friendly as well. I'm not a review writer but Dr. B deserves the acknowledgment.

Very professional and friendly. Modern up to date equipment, very clean and bright environment. Here I go, I'm about to say it. I'm no longer afraid to see the Denist. Whew, never thought I'd say that. Dr. B & staff are amazing. Friendly, efficient, informative and just down to earth. Multiple reasons that set them apart from other dentists I've seen over the years. I can actually say I feel comfortable getting my teeth worked on now. Well about as comfortable as I could get, being that I still hate the sound of drills. Best Dentist, hands down.

Had my son teeth's whitened here. He's a teenager and was very self conscious of the damage braces had done to his teeth. He is thrilled with the results. I found the price worth every penny and Robby the whitening guru made my son feel super comfortable. Thank you Avalon.

I was looking for a dental place to have my zoom whitening procedure done yearly, and this is definitely not the place. It took one month to schedule a consultation, and an additional month for the actual whitening session. I was not able to get it done in a reasonable time for my event. Once it was done, my whitening session produced no results and the office failed to return my calls to speak to me about my concern. I also found a male staff dentist to be inapprorpriate--he pretended to jam his elbow down my mouth during my session. I felt harrassed.

I have been a patient here for a few years now. I originally came to Avalon Dental through a Groupon for Zoom teeth whitening and have been a patient ever since. Dr. B and his staff are amazing! I always feel comfortable and confident in knowing that I am getting top-notch care and service. My teeth are now in excellent condition and are whiter than ever. I highly recommend Avalon Dental and will continue to choose them for all my dental needs.

Nice people here but I came in for the Zoom Whitening Groupon and my teeth didn't even lighten by 1 shade. The tech said it was possible but rare for someone to have no results but I wasn't happy at all with this.

I was recommended to Avalon Dental by my boyfriend and have had several great experiences with them! Keep in mind I have been TERRIFIED of the dentist my whole life. The staff is helpful and kind and answers all my questions! Dr. B is funny and does excellent work! He is efficient and explains what he is doing. I have had both a crown and a filling and and both were done very well and look really good! I would recommend them to everyone! They have turned around my lifelong fear of the dentist! Thank you!

Most dentists learn their techniques and tools in school and never change. Dr. B is amazing because he keeps up with new advancements in technology and is constantly updating to new and better technology to improve his patient experience and outcomes. I've now referred at least 7 friends family and coworkers to this office. They are so friendly and even text you for appointment reminders and conformation making it very quick and easy.

Their pricing is very competitive and they always discus all charges before you pay. Stephanie at the front is the best. Dr. B is gentle and always asks about your comfort level before continuing (I've had a few cavities done and a few really old ones re-done and have never had a needle near my mouth!) Go here and you'll change your mind about going to the dentist and enjoy your visits from now on.

I've been going to Avalon Dental now for a few years, my first visit was to cash in on a Groupon for teeth whitening. I enjoyed the experience so much that I decided to come back and get a cleaning a few months later, since then I've moved from the East Bay to the South Bay and I still drive up to Avalon Dental. I say all this to say that I would recommend Avalon Dental to anyone!

The dentist's office may not be anyone's favorite destination, however top quality care, great pricing and a personable/accommodating staff make Dr. B's office an enjoyable place to visit every time. The Avalon Team has once again gone the extra mile for me. I cracked a tooth today, called in a panic, and they got me in - SAME DAY! This is the kind of service you get with Avalon. I have been with Dr. B for 25 years, and can't imagine going anywhere else. Everyone there is so nice, and compassionate. Even when I'm nervous, they seem to ease me through it quickly.

I also love the office, it's more like a spa than a dentist office. No glass partitions here, just a friendly modern office with staff to match. If you're looking for a professional, top notch dental team - look no further! THEY ARE THE BEST!

Avalon is the only dental office that I will ever go to. The office is clean, the staff is friendly, and both the hygenist (Julieta) and Dr. B make you feel very comfortable in their chairs. One of the best things is how clear the front office is with my co-pays so I know where my money is going! I love this office and would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Also halfway through my invisalign treatment and the assistant Robbie has been great with communication through it all, really seems like everyone knows what they're doing here.

Dentist didn't even look into my mouth before trying to refer me for a root canal! Told them I had a cavity and it was hurting pretty bad. Was glad they got me in the same evening but, it was a big game. They took an X-ray then, prescribed antibiotics and ibuprofen that evening instead of filling my cavity and said he would see me the next day. Well, this jerk bated me to have my cleaning before asking, "Did I make an appointment YET with his endodontist buddy." Hadn't said a word about that before.

He lied and attempted to pass blame onto everyone else, including me. Had the hygienist ask for him. Wouldn't even look at me. Was a point when he stood behind the chair to talk to me, so I had to break my neck to see him. From the look of his eyes, I felt like he was high on something or drunk. So this guy must have judged the hell out of me, as he decides to fist bump me.

Like we're buds or on the same page. We're not. Would like to fist bump his face at this point. My tooth still hurts. Can't sleep. Had another X-ray and he was lying. Not surprised. Typical strip mall dentist. BEWARE! These good reviews sound fake because they are.

I have been a patient of Avalon Dental for about 15 years. I live in south-east Asia now, and only return to California once a year, for about a month. I look forward to many things when I get back to America, like: Visiting family, visiting friends, Mexican food, and believe it or not, GOING TO THE DENTIST. There are a lot of dentist offices. between San Ramon California, and Palawan Island, Philippines, but none quite like Avalon.

How many Dentists do you know that can reduce your anxiety level with an Arnold Schwarzenegger impression while performing a root canal? The guy is awesome! Every member of the staff is personable, skilled and competent, and the level of service there is unmatched. While other dentists are out on safari shooting endangered lions, Dr. B is learning and implementing the latest techniques of his craft. Avalon Dental; five stars seems about right.
