I have recently switched from my current dentist to Dr. Dhaliwal's practice after a very close friend recommended. During my first visit with Dr. Dhaliwal, I was impressed with the care I received from Dr. Dhaliwal. He listened to my problem and suggested 3 different options, and I am trying the one that is very simple in terms of procedures. The main thing that made me feel more comfortable that I felt that I am fully involved in my dental issue treatment plan. Dr. Dhaliwal explained the possible issue and options to fix it starting with the simple one. I have made second appointment for routine cleaning with Dr. Dhaliwal as I think I have found the dentist that I was looking for.

Yesterday was my first visit to this office. First impressions EXEPTIONAL! Everyone shows genuine care for the patient. Love everyone there. I felt Dr. Dhaliwal dedicated some extra time to introduce himself, very detail oriented and explained everything with so much patience to me and answered all my questions. Efficient, friendly and supper professional from the moment you walk in.

Dr. Dhaliwal is the best! He would never do any treatment not needed. He is excellent at matching your tooth color should you need a white filling so he has an artistic eye. He is calm and gentle. Always checking in to make sure your comfortable. His staff are always friendly with warm smiles and hygienists are gentle. I've been going to him over 15 years! I won't go to anyone else even though I moved and it's a drive. I trust him.

Dr. Dhaliwal and his staff are professional, pleasant, and very thorough. This was by far the best dentist, and dental experience I have ever had. I can't wait to go back, and who says that about the dentist?

Dr Dhaliwal was Recommended to me by Dr Van Brocklin so I decided to go for a cleaning. Best cleaning and dental experience I have ever had. Dr Dhaliwal takes his time to explain things and go over any concerns. When I have dental work I get a call or txt the next day to see how everything is going. Dr Dhaliwal & his Staff are great and have full competency in dentistry.

Nice office. Good location. Easy parking. Always on time & a very friendly staff. I don't know too many people who enjoy going for a visit to a dentist, but the office is so pleasant that I actually like going to this dentist. Every patient I see in this office is smiling too. I've been a patient with Dr Ghaliwal since I moved from Castro Valley to San Ramon around 2011.

I really liked my dentist in Castro Valley. It was really difficult for me to choose another dentist. My dentist in Castro Valley retired and I somehow found Dr Ghaliwal. Another plus, he has a great voice. Best of all my dental health has never been better

My review of Dr. Guri Dhaliwal's office is overdue. I've been going here for 3 years and am happy with the staff, professionalism and service this office provides. I like that I can text message the office conveniently and can easily book or cancel appointments. The staff is quick at getting back to you and they accommodate any scheduling conflicts and also provide referrals.

The office is very efficient and there's not a lot of downtime to wait and I'm in and out the door fairly quickly. Dr. Guri is very personable, down to earth and overall a knowledgeable, solid and honest dentist. He doesn't try selling you things and looks out for the best of your well being and overall dental care. I like that he talks through his procedures and gives you details of each step so you know exactly what to expect.

Not only do I appreciate that but it's also a teaching moment as a patient. He doesn't just state what he will do next, he shares why is he performing the next step and explains what tool or gadget he has and why. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Guri. The staff and hygienists are fantastic and super nice. I love my experience and visits each time.

From the moment you walk in the front door Dr. Dhaliwal and his staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, and provide the best experience possible. He truly cares about his patients, and his work is amazing. It is a rare combination to find a dentist that is kind, honest, and provides FIVE STAR quality work. Despite the fact that I can be somewhat of a difficult patient, Dr. Dhaliwal has been incredibly supportive in helping me achieve the beautiful smile I've always wanted. Recently switched to this office because they are a preferred provider with my insurance and because they have good reviews. They did not disappoint! Everyone was so friendly and made me feel like I've been coming there for years! I also got a great cleaning and they were super thorough with pictures and xrays. Very pleased with my first visit and I will definitely be a regular going forward.

This is my first time here and very impressed with the exceptional care. Highly organized, all the paper work was done in advance. It was a 2-hour appointment since it is the first visit and they infact spent full 2 hours for me. Agnes was very friendly, professional, gentle and experienced. Dr. Dhaliwal was very sincere with his recommendations and explaining the options.

I am flattered to see him not marketing or stressing on any particular treatment but clearly explaining Pros, Cons, options. Very pleasant experience overall and definitely exceeded my expectations!

Dr Dhaliwal is a great dentist. I started going to him 4 years ago when I first moved here. He's very professional and the staff are great. The hygienists are all very warm and friendly, the facility is state of the art and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist in the area.

I met with Dr. Dhalival today for consultation. My experience was great. He is very knowledgeable and explain everything to me very nicely. I had consultation with a different office the day before. There was a world of difference between these two experience for same issue.

We have been going to Dr Dhaliwal for about 6 years now. He's very gentle with kids and gives honest but compassionate advice. We have nothing but great things to say about his office. He doesn't try to up sell procedures and always keeps the patients best interest at the forefront. His office staff is also very courteous and very helpful and accommodating.

I called Dr. Dhaliwal's office when I had a recurring issue with a previous dental procedure done with another dentist. I was happy that they accommodated me in their schedule the very same day I called. Dr. Dhaliwal and the entire staff are very personable and warm. I immediately felt at ease. Even though it turned out his office did not perform the procedure I needed, he referred me to a specialist and even put in a word with the specialist that allowed me to go in and have my procedure done the very next day. I highly appreciate that Dr. Dhaliwal put in so much effort to help me out. I am looking forward to having his office perform all routine dental work for me in the future.

I had a great experience getting my crown replaced by Dr. Dhaliwal. He is very respectful and did a wonderful job with my crown replacement. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone looking for a Dentist.

I've been very happy with Dr. Dhaliwal since moving to the bay 2 years ago. He came highly recommended and has been great thus far. Dr. Dhaliwal replaced one of my super old fillings 1.5 years ago and used to tool to only numb the one tooth which was awesome. He had really great bedside manner and frequently ask how i was doing during the procedure.

Recovery was super quick and I've had zero problems. The staff is professional and friendly, they do a great job with cleaning, and perform a thorough evaluation of your teeth and your x rays. With covid, they are taking your temperature when your enter and my hygienist (who was in my mouth the longest for cleaning) was double masked and had a eye shield - safer for both of us. Highly recommend!

I originally came to the practice to help make a video for their website and I have done many different dentist office videos but for some reason when I talk to Dr. Dhaliwal he just seemed like such a good and authentic dentist in person that I decided to give him my trust which I've always had such a hard time with dentist. It was definitely a decision that I am super happy that I mean my first visit with him I was extremely anxious and almost couldn't sleep the night before and then after that initial visit I know I feel so much more confident in myself and with also going back to the Denist.

This is by far one of the best and one of my most favorite dentist offices that I've ever visited and had the pleasure of working with I now drive over an hour each way just to see Dr. Dhaliwal as my new dentist.

This Dentist leads with integrity and is family oriented. Several years ago, he helped my aging father-in-law get dental services in a setting that required special circumstances. Ever since that day, I had a gratitude towards the dentist and his practice. My dental services took so many twists and turns through pregnancy and self-inflicted neglect. Yet, Dr. Dhaliwal doesn't shame you.

His advice is sound in how to take care of your teeth while implementing the latest technology. When my travels have taken me to other dentists, they often comment on how well my previous dental work/records were handled. Do not hesitate to go to this office. Online consultations and dental emergencies are handled swiftly and with care. Not just an amazing dentist but a outstanding human being who cares. Excellent job Dr. Dhaliwal!

Words aren't enough to express how wonderful my experience was with Dr. Guri S. Dhaliwal & his staff. They went above and beyond to fit me in before my unexpected Chemo treatments, were extremely gentle, compassionate, and very thorough. I've always struggled with dental anxiety, but they go the extra mile to put you at ease, including massage chairs during your entire procedure.

They also do in-house crowns on most teeth that only take 1-2 hrs. and the fit was far better than any crown I've had in the past. The follow up call was very appreciated and I look forward to bringing the rest of my family to this office for all of their dental care. A+ all the way around!

Moved out of state and of course immediately had a dental issue. Staff were super kind and got me seen immediately. Dr Dhaliwal is very personable. Great practice and hope to have a long relationship with them.

I've been going here since I was in high school (I'm now in the working world) and I love coming here. The staff is so accommodating to your preferences, friendly and do a great job on your teeth. They make sure your concerns are heard and won't make you spend hundreds of dollars if they don't think it's absolutely necessary. That's the ultimate plus!

I started coming to Dr Dhaliwal based upon a recommendation from a friend after a couple bad experiences at my former dental office. Melissa (reception) is very friendly as are all the assistants. Dr Dhaliwal was thorough in his explanations of procedures and personally followed up after my visits. Bonus for same day crowns!

Being a Paradise fire Evacuee I don't know when or how the smoke-toxins are changing my body. My teeth became brittle and with a fractured tooth this weekend, I needed to find a new dentist that will accept me quickly. The whole office personnel were and are very helpful in getting me in quickly and resolving the pain by extracting the bad tooth. All in 12 hours is super appreciated. 5 stars, Im on the continued road of fixing my health. Great care and highly reasonable.

Highly recommend Dr. Dhaliwal's office. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. I usually do not like the dentist and I usually dread it, but I felt more than comfortable here! My dental hygienist walked me through everything and was so caring and patient. Everyone who works here seems passionate about their job and highly competent in what they do. Crown replacement in just under 2 hours. Dr. Dhaliwal continues to be the best choice in dentistry I could have made. I had a root problem that he detected. Today, I went in for the repair. He had to remove the crown to access the root. Then, I thought I would have to wait a couple of weeks for the impressions to make the crown.blah, blah, blah. Well, to my surprise, Dr. D has an in-house machine to make a crown.

So in less than 30 minutes after my procedure, a new crown was in place. It is great to have a dentist and hygienist who care about your teeth. They take the patient's best interest and highest standard of care to provide top notch dental services. His office is a stone throw from Bishop Ranch with easy and convenient parking. The receptionist, Erica, is awesome at finding pockets in their schedule to get you seen. Obviously 5 stars with an additional two thumbs up. Thanks Dr. D and staff!

I'm so glad my friend recommended Dr Dhaliwal and his office. My experience was unparalleled. I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist visit. Cathy is absolutely amazing. she took her time to talk to me and walk me through a care plan. She is extremely patient and superb at her job. Dr Dhaliwal also came and talked to me and explained everything very nicely.

I didnt feel pushed or forced and overall had a fantastic experience. Thanks to everyone at the office starting from Erica, Cathy and Dr Dhaliwal for taking good care of me and our family.

I've been going here for over five years. Simply the best. I used to work nearby but now live in San Francisco and still drive out to see him. Clean, friendly, and they use technology to assist you. I'll never leave as long as I'm in the bay area.

The office was clean and easy to find. They had the neatest technology! Instant X-Rays right on the screen in front of me. They scanned my mouth to make a 3D rendering of my teeth. It is very impressive! Cathy performed my cleaning. She was great! She was so gentle I almost fell asleep! I am making this my primary dentist from now on.

I was very happy with the care provided. Both Cathy and Dr. Dhaliwal were very helpful, explaining all the steps and made me very comfortable!

I know a lot of people dread going to the dentist, but with Dr. Dhaliwal taking care of you, going to the dentist doesn't have to be such a burdened experience anymore. In fact, it can actually be quite enjoyable!
