I worked in the dental field as a Registered Dental Assistant as well as a front desk coordinator for 30 years, so I have the perfect skill set to be the office manager here at Novato Family Dental Care. I graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelors in Education and a teaching credential, but my greatest asset is being raised in a dental family where my father and both my brothers are dentists.

Dr. Freemantle and his team seemed kind and helpful! Yesterday was my first day meeting Dr. Freemantle and I was able to get dental work done on my first day! Dr Freeman and his staff provide the best and most convenient dental care I've ever had& I've had excellent dentists! The difference: they really explain what they're doing and why, make suggestions about procedures that may be safe to put off, have very comfortable chairs, and are really friendly. They work quickly, gently, and are able to serve young children (from preschool up, including my young grandchildren) as well as teens and adults of all ages!

I love having a regular hygienist, Suping is great. She has been cleaning my teeth for many years. Dr Fremantle is also great and extremely accommodating. When my husband broke his tooth, he was right there for him, even though he was not a patient yet and his regular dentist could not fit him in. My husband switched immediately to my dentist!

I chose Dr. Vincent Freemantle based on friends' referrals and online reviews. My initial new patient appointment was 2 hours. It was the most thorough dental exam and consultation I have had. Never before had I had photos taken of my mouth and face besides normal x-rays that were reviewed in detail. Dr. Freemantle also did the initial cleaning. I am glad I switched providers even though all services are not covered by dental insurance that is part of Kaiser's Medicare Senior Advantage Plan.

LOVE THIS PRACTICE everything about it Dentists and staff are all professional and accommodating. Office is clean and welcoming and all protocols regarding covid are in place. I saw Dr Freemantle this time he is great. I also see Dr Perry and have good experiences as well. Visit Novato Family Dental Care you will not be disappointed

I broke a molar Sunday evening. Called the following Monday to schedule an appointment. I was asked if I was experiencing any discomfort which I was not, so they scheduled me two days later, Wednesday. Upon arrival I was seated in the chair immediately. Dr. Fremantle performed an examination of the situation and gave me 4 options. I chose a crown.
He had me out of there with a temporary crown in less than an hour from the time I arrived with virtually NO PAIN! I've experienced more pain during a dental cleaning than this temporary crown procedure. He/They CLEARLY exceeded this customer's expectations!
