I was a patient of Dr. Roger's for years, decades even. I had an excellent experience every single time. When Dr. Brad joined the practice, I switched over to him and have had the same excellent experience. Every encounter I have had at this practice has been phenomenal. I refuse to go anywhere else. I can not recommend Briggs Family Dentistry enough. Everyone on staff is kind, thorough, professional, skilled, and an excellent communicator. Thank you!

10/10 would reccomend to anyone who seeks quality dentistry. Attention to detail, thorough procedures, and patient comfort all of what you would expect out of a top notch practice.

My wife introduced me to this spot. Fact: it had been 10 years since I'd been to the dentist before going to Dr. Briggs. I needed one small thing done aside from the cleaning and I scheduled it for just a few weeks later. I brought some headphones, wore them throughout the 30 minute procedure, and left. He's met me three times in 2 years and he's remembered me every time.it's like we just saw each other a few weeks ago. Assistants are personable, office is nice, and I've had nothing but a pleasant experience thus far. If you have to go to the dentist, go here.

Both Dr. Briggs (father and son) are the best dentists that I have ever had! They are literally the only dentists that I trust! I love that they are very conservative with my teeth, and have my best interest at heart. I used to have a lot of anxiety with going to the dentist, and now I don't. Serina (daughter/sister of Dr. Briggs), is the best hygienist around!

She is so calm, and always has me laughing. I love Morgan also (she assists Dr. Briggs when I need work done on my teeth); she has such a sunny personality and is very sweet! I could go on and on about how much I love all of them at Briggs Family Dentistry. I feel like I am part of the family there!

Briggs family & cosmetic dentistry is without hesitation the best dental office that I have ever experienced! If health and well being is important to you than this is a must. Friendly greetings, competent service, & state of the art tools. I could go on and on but I hate those long reviews. You won't be disappointed by trying this wonderful practice.

When you want to know what dentist to go to ask someone in the dental field in the area. I worked as a clinician in the dental field for 10 years. One year ago, I chose this practice as my personal dentist because I witnessed how excellent their clinical work was years ago (I didn't work for them. I just witnessed their work). Even though I knew dental offices near me, I chose to go to their dental office which was 45 minutes from where I live. Recently, I have discovered how innovative and compassionate both Dr. Roger Briggs and Dr. Brad Briggs are with philanthropy.

Not as a gimmick. But because of their character. I also have had superior interactions with their support staff. Overall: A+ for quality of dental work A+ for character/honesty/personality

I am new to the area and I was recommended to try Briggs Family Dentistry. It was great! The office staff is friendly and incredibly knowledgable. I saw Cindy, as I was a new patient, and she walked me through everything and explained processes in the perfect amout of detail. Dr. Brad Briggs is upbeat and personable. I'll definitely be going back!

My 66 year old (crumbling) teeth were capped with expertise and friendliness. The fit and color is EXACTLY what I hoped for. Dr. Bradley Briggs is outstandingly skilled and a perfectionist. I look wonderful when I smile. The big space between my front teeth is gone, and the new caps fit BETTER than my original teeth. I could be a TV model with this smile.

Briggs Family Dentistry is the best! I have never been to a more patient conscious dentist and the staff are warm, caring and wonderful. I cannot record the highly enough. If there was a 10 star option I would give them 10 stars!

I hadn't been to a dentist for quite a few years, so I tried one of those places that offers a $25.00 exam and cleaning special. The special ended up with a $2240.00 estimate for what was "discovered". I decided to go to Dr. Briggs (I saw the son, Brad is his first name I think) for a second opinion before shelling out the thousands at the other place, and I am extremely happy that I did. Dr. Briggs didn't even charge me for the opinion.

The filling Dr. Briggs did for me only cost $313.00. I am a student without dental insurance so that is a major relief. I started out with a price comparison just because I feel like I dodged a bullet, but the entirety of the experience with this office was fantastic. As far as the physical space, the office is wonderfully decorated with a warm, homey feel.

The office also has a nice coffee and water bar setup for the patients to enjoy while they wait, which I didn't have to by the way: I arrived early and they called me back within 2 minutes of arrival. One of my favorite parts of the office was a wall decorated with pictures of adorable babies. The bathroom also has a butler statue with individually wrapped toothbrushes on a tray, too cool!

In the actual exam room you can watch a TV that hangs over head instead of having to focus on a drab wall (like the other office I went to) or the tools that are being put in your mouth. The staff is rock solid as far as customer service and friendliness. I feel like I basically made friends by visiting. Both of the dental assistants were very open and welcoming and I had great conversation with them. Dr. Briggs has the feel of a pro and my friend who referred me calls him a "f***ing artist".

During my filling he and his assistant performed their work with precision and excellence. I wish I could just follow him around his office for a day and experience how he works with people, I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend this office and doctor to anyone. The overall experience was probably the best I have had with any medical practitioner.

I wish more M.D.'s had this approach to patient interaction. Everything was very caring and comforting, like what I would idealize for someone caring for such an intimate aspect of my life, my health. Did I mention that he was on time? Actually he was early, that's almost unprecedented. The initial exam and cleaning may be more pricey than that "$25.00" special but the long term legitimate care (not just profit hounding) is far more valuable than saving a couple bucks up front. Go see Dr. Briggs!

I am saddened to have to write this review because I have had great dental exams every time I've gone, but this is the SECOND time I have had an issue with this practice regarding billing. BEWARE - they will not tell you that you are out of network, they will not check to see in what time frames your cleanings are covered, and on initial visit they take pictures that are not typically covered by insurance.

If you want friendly hygienists but do not care about being over charged, then this is the place for you. My teeth and I, on the other hand, will be finding another practice.

Even though I am a dentist a Briggs Family Dentistry. I am still a patient. My father has been my dentist for 40 years and i would never go any where else. My sister cleans my teeth, but i have also enjoyed cleanings with Mary Ann and Cindy over the years. Thank you Briggs Family Dentistry for such a rewarding group of patients and for keeping my smile healthy my whole life.

I've been going to Briggs Family Dentistry for five years now and am very impressed. Briggs Family Dentistry was recommended to me by my dentist in California when my husband's crown fell out. I called on a Saturday and my call was immediately returned by Dr. Roger Briggs. Amazing customer service. He was able to squeeze my husband in Monday and take care of the crown. Having experience in the dental field, I have high expectations with the dental work, current technologies offered, efficiency, and staff.

My husband has had a lot of dental work including a bridge, crowns, and composite fillings, and all have been performed with great expertise. I would recommend Briggs Family Dentistry to anyone who is looking for a high-level performing dental office.
