Outstanding all around. Angela is the absolute best dental hygienist I have ever encountered. I am normally a very nervous dental patient, and she puts me right at ease. Unlike other dental hygienists I have seen, I have never felt any pain during any of her cleanings. She is the best. Dr. Tutin is also terrific. He is honest and clear. Unlike other dentists I have seen, I never feel that he is trying to sell me anything or talk me into procedures I do not need. Even if I leave MA, I will always return here for dental care. 5 STARS! The office is bright, clean, and inviting. My son and I were very pleased with the service we received. Dr. Tutin and his staff made my football player feel comfortable (hard for a 15yr old). Dr. Tutin got to know him on a personal level and was able to fit him for an "awesome flashy mouth guard". I am relieved knowing his teeth will be protected while he's on the field and the mouth guard will not slip out easily.

Had a horrible experience with Dr. Richard S. Tutin. His work was terrible -- the worst I have ever experienced. Plus he has a pompous attitude, he doesn't listen to you.

Excellent family dentist practice. Dr. Tutin is experienced and has a great manner about him. He does not try to push dentistry at you, and strikes the right balance for what you should do now vs. what can wait until later. All the support in the office is friendly and professional. My wife and I are the second generation of patients in our family with Dr. Tutin and he respects and honors that tradition. I highly recommend the Framingham Dental Group.

The office staff and the drs. are amazing, very courteous and experienced. They ensure that you have a painless (literally) experience. They are patient and explain everything prior to performing the procedure every step of the way. I had a crown replaced recently and it went very well. The staff does not pressure you into procedures/ prosthetics that are not required and are willing to work with you and your insurance on payments. Last but not the least, hardly any waiting time. Totally recommended.

This is such an exceptional office! Reading these reviews was a huge part of the reason I selected Framingham Dental. So, contributing positive feedback now is the least I can do! From my very first visit, Dr. Tutin and the entire team have made me feel welcome, comfortable and confident in their ability to get to know me as a patient and care for my teeth.

The staff is warm, personable, timely and helpful (plus it has been easy to make appointments, and be seen for a last-minute dental issue). Any perception of being scared to see the dentist has been non-existent at Framingham Dental. If you're new to the area, or you need a new care provider, give their office a call!

Dr. Tutin is THE BEST! I lost a filling last night (Friday) at 11:30pm and emailed him. I got a reply this morning (Sat) at 8am and an appointment at 11am today (which is perfect since I need to be at work at 1pm). I have referred everyone I know who needs a new Dentist to him, and this is why. His office is State Of The Art, his people are friendly and capable, and he is AWESOME!

We had just moved to Framingham and needed a new dentist and had a great experience here. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We brought our 3 year old son for his first visit and he loved it. They are very well prepared for young children and treated him wonderfully!

First, my disclosure. I am a long time patient of Framingham Dental - like nearly 25 years. I had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Goldberg, and eventually when the practice transitioned to Dr. Tutin I was very pleased that he (and the staff), continued the very fine treatment that I had come to expect. Now my review. From Rosemary and Irene up front to the hygenists to Dr. Tutin, and the ENTIRE staff, I am always treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism.

I recently had to reschedule an appointment, and it was done quickly and with no hassle whatsoever. Also - as one other reviewer noted - I can't ever recall having to wait more than a few minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Tutin is personable and approachable. Now, I have never had major dental work (crowns, root canals) - thank goodness - but I have had fillings, cleanings, x-rays, and been referred for periodontal work. And no matter what the procedure, the staff of FRAMINGHAM DENTAL GROUP has made the experience as comfortable as it could possibly be. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Dr. Tutin and his entire staff are exceptional! One word will say it all.they are PROFESSIONALS! My family couldn't be more pleased with the relationship we have with that office. ** Awesome. Best Dentist.** Last fall I moved to the Framingham area. Being in need of a cleaning and some repair/removal work, I became a new patient at Dr. Tutin's office. I was referred to him by my fiance - both he and his daughter have been seeing Dr. Tutin for a number of years. My experience with all employees, all phases of my care, has been outstanding.

I have been treated with kindness and have felt incredibly comfortable calling and visiting the office. Dr. Tutin is a very approachable, likable and every day sort of guy. He makes you feel extremely comfortable in his care. I've been a patient of Dr. Tutin's Practice for more than a year now, and I have always been impressed and satisfied with the work environment, staff, and their accommodations. The level of cleanliness is superb; things are covered appropriately, such as keyboards and mice, to prevent cross-contamination between staff. The workspace is pristine and without tear or wear.

The environment smells clean and looks sharp. One walks in and feels immediately comfortable and appreciated. The staff is very friendly and communicative and follows-up professionally, by various methods including via text, phone, and email, as well as the traditional appointment cards. I have never missed an appointment and I have never been one to remember my appointments in the past. Great, friendly and accommodating staff. From Dr Tutin, to the hygienists to the front desk, I feel so welcomed whenever I walk in. A dentist office like this is hard to find!

Dr Tutin took over from my former dentist, who I'd had for 25 yrs. I was ver apprehensive about staying with the practice, and thought it was a good time to change dentists. However I really liked the secretaries, and they knew my family after so many years. I decided I would try Dr. Tutin. I'm glad I stayed with him. He is very understanding of my finances, and even helped me get some work done at Tufts Dental School. I never have to wait for appointments either. I recently moved, but we decided to stay with Dr. Tutin.

I had an emergency come up recently, and Dr. Tutin's staff was able to get me in within an hour. I have horrible dentist phobia, but everyone, including Dr. Tutin, took their time with me to make me feel more comfortable. It also helps that you have the option for nitrous oxide for a very reasonable fee. They even let me use nitrous during my cleaning, which was 2 days later. I have definitely found my dentist!

I found Dr. Tutin/Framingham Dental Group through Yelp reviews. The reviews were spot on. I have a very serious fear of the dentist, so bad that I avoided it for years. Dr. Tutin and the staff were so kind, patient, and sensitive to me during my first visit. I felt so comfortable and by the time I was in the chair, I felt excited to have my teeth cleaned for the first time in my life.

They offer several options of sedation dentistry, which was a huge relief and my first cleaning was comfortable and pain-free. I can't recommend this practice enough - if you are looking for a dentist, this is the place to go.

Dr. Tutin and his staff are AWESOME! They even make a Nervous Nellie like me feel comfortable! They have gone out of their way to accommodate my husband's and my schedules and they are super respectful. Never once did they make me feel bad for being nervous- in fact, they booked off extra time so they could finish my procedure at a pace that was comfortable FOR ME! I am NEVER going anywhere else!

Dr. Tutin and his staff are fantastic. I have been going to his office for over a decade and regardless of where I may live or work, I will always keep him as my dentist.
