I have been going to Dr. Fried for over 25 years and many years ago I moved out of the Metro West area to the North Shore and I still travel the extra distance to continue with the best care possible. Dr. Fried and his staff/team is the best you can find. They make you feel very comfortable and everyone is always so very friendly and kind. Every experience is second to none!

I highly recommend Dr. Fried and his amazing staff! Also, I would like to highlight the fact that he and his team have been voted number one dentist in the Metro West for over 20 years and that confirms how awesome they really are!

Honestly, how did Dr. Fried find so many super skilled and professional people who are at the same time amazingly friendly and nice? I have been regularly going to this terrific dental office for 12 years and have only had great experiences with the dentists, hygienists and receptionists. Amazing! I had an old silver filling in my back molar ( quite large) that was very aged. In one appointment, Dr Fried replaced it using his in-house super latest technology mini milling machine that I got to watch create my custom overlay in about 10 minutes. He is the most pain free and gentle dentist I have ever experienced. In less than one hour, my tooth is state of the art! Thank you!

Very friendly and professional staff. Always feel like I'm part of the "family" when I come to the office. Dr. Werman is spectacular. Susan always does a great job cleaning my teeth and very thorough! I would recommend your practice to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I've been coming to this office for 8+ years, after a long absence of not going to the dentist because of having bad experiences. I am so happy I found this office, everyone here is friendly and patient and just makes you feel comfortable. If you haven't been to a dentist in a while and are apprehensive because of past experiences I can't recommend this place enough.

Recently my veneer (crown, installed by a different dentist a long time ago) fell out on a holiday to my horror. I called Dr. Fried's office and despite the fact that it was a holiday, Dr. Fried scheduled to see me that day (just 40 min later). I truly appreciated his prompt response and willingness to help me out during what was a stressful time for me.

I also am very impressed by all of the staff, including Susan - a terrific hygienist who shares her stories with me while I get my teeth cleaned. She's the best hygienist I've ever had! I strongly recommend this practice!

I had been going to Dr. Fried for years, but when I retired I no longer had dental insurance so I just stopped going for regular check ups and cleanings. Then, I broke a molar and my mouth was getting pretty uncomfortable. So I mastered my embarrassment and called to see if I could get an appointment. The office staff could not have been more welcoming and supportive!

They pulled up my four year old record and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The dentist, Dr. Thomas, was gracious as well as very skilled, listening carefully to my concerns. Turns out I need a new crown, which is a very expensive procedure. She explained that the office offered an in-house dental insurance program which covers regular check ups and discounts on procedures. Dr. Thomas worked with me on financing solutions while preparing a temporary crown to relieve my pain. There were no recriminations for neglecting dental care for four years, just positive attitudes and problem solving. This is a wonderful dental practice!

I had a wonderful experience. I don't do well at dentist normally I'm very anxious and nervous. You staff made me feel very comfortable. I look forward to doing future business with your company. Your personal are excellent and professional, very thorough and factual I like that.

I had to switch dentists since my dentist is out of network now. The receptionist was super nice and got me in for a same day appointment. My hygienist was amazing too! Go back for full exam with Dr. Fried. Great experience so far!

Dr. Fried was very friendly. More than that he was available - he didn't just rush in and rush out - sitting down to speak with me and actually have a conversation (directly and indirectly related to my oral health). And the Dental Hygienist that saw me was also very friendly. Again, better than that, she was exceptionally thorough. My teeth looked amazing when I left. So much so that I called back in to say "thank you."

COVID-19 update: I was super impressed with all the changes they made to make their office as safe as possible. Looked like a huge ventilation system upgrade, a big suction tube next to your mouth to keep fresh air flowing while they were working on you, PPE everywhere and on everyone. It felt very safe. And my teeth will be glad to be taken care of.

The best dentist around! Dr. Fried has been my dentist for about 10 years and I totally trust him and his staff. I highly recommend him. It's nerve wracking to go to the dentist anyway but he is honest and really comforting.

I've been going there for about 4 years. I've been pleased with their work. My previous dental office used to pressure me to buy their latest service and wanted to replace all of my old silver fillings. Dr. Fried and his employees haven't done anything like that. Everyone has been very nice and professional. My recent visit was for a chipped tooth and they got me in right away. I really appreciated that!

I have been a patient of Dr Fried for almost 30 years. He is a great dentist with a professional courteous staff. Many of my friends and family are patients and they have all had as great an experience as I have.

I love the dentists and hygenists at this place! They were also voted- for the 10TH TIME- best dental practice in the Framingham area so apparently a lot of other people love them as well. The dental staff has always been able to answer all of my questions and I always feel like they are being honest with me. I live in Quincy now but I still make the time to come out here because they are really that good :
