Dr. Sato is a great dentist who always delivers excellent care. I got my teeth cleaned, along with x-rays and oral exam. Everything went well, was in and out in 45 minutes.

Dr. Sato and his staff have helped my 92 y.o. mother remain cavity-free since I can't remember. Always courteous and extremely. professional, they always remember her and greet her by name. She's been so pleased with them she's chosen to remain a client for 30 +++ years.

Excellent experience with Dr. Sato and staff. They were very friendly professional and thorough. Everything was explained in great detail. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. Thank you for the great care you provided. I highly recommend to family, friends and strangers.

Dr. Sato is a wonderful dentist. The hygenists are thorough and gentle. The office staff are friendly and very helpful. They were very patient answering my questions so I could select the best dental insurance for me. I have gone here for years and am always happy with the work (cleanings, exams, crowns, etc.) they have done.

This was my first visit and it was great! Very smooth experience and they were even able to add on my cleaning during the initial exam and x-rays. Very convenient for my schedule. Office staff were very accomodating and got me in on a cancelation. The Hygenist was so kind and thorough. She and Dr. Sato took time to explain what they were seeing, as well as ways I could be proactive at home. I'm currently enjoying freshly polished teeth feeling, and grateful for a good dental experience! A wonderful new to me practice after my previous, Dr. Hartman, retired.

My first appointment went great. I have bad dental anxiety and they did their best to keep me at ease. I also feel like they really try to explain to you what they are doing and why. Finally, they also don't try to "sell" you procedures. I had 1 potential cavity spot but they said it looked ok for now and wanted to keep an eye on it and encouraged me to brush well in that area.

Most dentists would hop on the opportunity to "sell" you a filing and get more money. I appreciated that they didn't push for that when it wasn't necessary. I have had past dentists that make me feel like I'm talking to a used car salesman.

The best dentist I've ever been to in my life. The staff is professional and thorough. The equipment they use is top notch. You can tell when you're there they take your dental health very seriously. I had to switch dentists because of my company's insurance change, and it was rough. Could not find another dentist like Sato.

I had my first appointment at Dr. Sato's office for a standard cleaning and x-rays. The staff was super helpful and they explained to me everything they were doing. They gave me great tips for how to take better care of my teeth and they were very careful when doing my cleaning to make me comfortable.

Dr. Sato, the dental hygienists, and the office staff are all down to earth and helpful. I'm a high strung person. Hate wearing a mask and not a fan of going to dentist. I came in after 6yrs of not coming in. Had no insurance and life issues, time passes faster than you know. So, I went to Dr. Sato's office after having successfully avoided the dentist for TEN years. My mouth was a mess, as expected, but the staff were so friendly and understanding and helpful. No shame or shade was thrown! It was a great experience, especially given how nervous I was. The hygienist was gentle and friendly, and Dr. Sato is very warm.

I've been going to Dr. Sato for about 1.5-2 years and I have been very pleased with my experience. I came from an out-of-network family dentist who was a long drive back to my hometown. I was nervous about the transition from a familiar setting to somewhere new, but I have to credit Dr. Sato and his team for making it an easy one. No matter how many questions I had, they always took the time to explain what they were doing, why, and how it would help. I really appreciate the quality of service they've provided, as well as the level of care/concern they have for their patience.

I've been going to dentist all my life, but I never experienced such a thorough examination as Dr. Sato did for me. Holly performed an excellent periodontal maintenance appointment to me. The best I've ever had. I highly recommend Dr. Steve Sato and his excellent team.

I love this dental office! Seriously, I've had horrible experiences before and it's so refreshing to finally get back to my childhood dentist. My hygienist Holly is the BEST! So attentive and gentle. Stop looking for a dentist. you've found one! Come to Dr. Sato!

I thought this was a decent place as I had a dentist assistant who was professional so far my experience was decent only with her and the front desk staff except for my very last visit. Unfortunately, on my last visit I couldn't see my regular person and instead this other lady "assisted" me. I believe her name is Brenda. It turned out a horror movie to me as she injected the pain killer and her lack of humanity and lack of patience kicked in when she was pulling my teeth and I felt the pain raw.

I asked her to stop as I was in tears literally so upset and in pain. Then I requested to speak with Dr. Sato who came as a gentle person yet on my way out my final bill was supposed to be $250. After I payed so many other charges they had for me. Days later, their final bill was $349 and I called and asked for adjustment as I was told that wasn't the right amount and yet they didn't fix anything but send me to delinquency and reported me to the credit bureau.

I refused to pay the wrong amount and even more so after the aweful experience I had. Not only that, they submitted the wrong charge but they did it twice to affect my credit score. The second bills was $374 so now out of the blue they requested $723?!? Who does that to people? They do! That is how mean and vicious Dr. Sato is on his practice. I was fooled by the other reviews and the nice staff he is lucky to have aside the heartless lady who couldn't care less about waiting for my pain killers to work.

They are lucky I hadn't care to press charges and get them regulated for sick fraudulent charges but wanted to make sure anyone considering working with them think about it and go elsewhere and go to a place where they are treated better.

Awesome dental practice. Holly did a great job cleaning my teeth. She was gentle and took her time. She answered all my questions. Holly was very informative of my teeth cleaning at home. Dr. Sato was very good. He was very thorough with his exam. The front staff was polite. I never have to wait for my appointment.

Love this dentist. happy I went here after a recommendation. Dr. Sato and his staff always take such great care of me and my family and everyone is so friendly, helpful and welcoming. I also really appreciate how they are upfront about the procedures, pricing and insurance coverage. It definitely makes a difference. Highly recommended!

I was sent to this location through LHI. All of the staff were very friendly. I appreciated that both the assistant and Dr. Sato himself offered explanations to the procedural checks and diagnosis routines. I'm usually big on asking questions, but most of them were answered without any prompt. That's very refreshing. I have thoughts about switching to this office, as my usual office I visit is in Centerville. I would definitely recommend this location, due to the excellent service.
